Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was a difference in the average abnormal return and trading volume activity between before and after the Binomo case, and whether there was a difference in the average abnormal return and trading volume activity between before and after the information that Indra Kenz was named a suspect. Data are collected and analyzed using descriptive statistical test dan normality test. Method of hypothesis testing by paired sample t-test. The results obtained from this study indicate (1) there is no difference in the average abnormal return between before and after the Binomo case, (2) there is no difference in the average trading volume activity between before and after the Binomo case, (3) there is no difference the average abnormal return between before and after Indra Kenz was named a suspect, (4) There was a difference in the average trading volume activity between before and after Indra Kenz was named a suspect

Abstract

This research aims to find the influence of product design on purchasing decisions with price as a moderating variable. The grand theory in this research is relationship marketing, which is an approach to marketing that emphasizes fostering, developing and maintaining long-term relationships with customers rather than just focusing on short-term buying and selling transactions. Researchers used 3 variables in this research, namely product visuals, price and purchasing decisions. The population in this study was all 110 participants who were members of the esports community in Surabaya. After the researchers distributed the questionnaire, it was found that the response rate for respondents in this study was 74.54% or 82 respondents. The results of the first hypothesis show that product design influences purchasing decisions. The results of the second hypothesis indicate that price negatively moderates the relationship between product design and purchasing decisions Keywords: Relationship marketing, product design, price, purchase decision.

Abstract

The research aim to find out how profitability, liquidity, number of board of commissioners, performance of the board of commissioners, and representation of female board of commissioners affect CSR. The population in this research is General Banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample used is a general banking company registered on the IDX publishes annual and sustainability reports. Forty-two conventional general banking company sectors were sampled in the research for the 2018-2022 period. The method used is the panel regression method. Some of the tests used are the Brush and Pagan Lagrangian Multiplier, Chow, Hausman, and Hypothesis tests. This research hypothesis test shows a positive influence of profitability on CSR Meanwhile, the liquidity and diversity of the board of commissioners do not influence CSR.

Abstract

This research aims to examine information transparency and regulatory focus to increase buying interest at the Integrated Footwear Marketplace. The informants used in this research came from consumers, suppliers, producers, funding institutions and logistics services. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The results of this research show that the Integrated Footwear Marketplace uses two main concepts, namely co-design and economic sharing. The concept of co designing is seen in the consumer engagement menu where consumers can enter design ideas and designs and other consumers can provide responses and comments on these design ideas and designs. Transparency by showing data related to individual profiles, company profiles and various product descriptions. Information quality is related to information that is trustworthy, reliable, available on time, relevant and easy to understand. The concept of self-regulation creates natural motivation to achieve desired results. The concept of self-regulation can be grouped into approach and avoidance. This avoidance concept can be seen from the product description which explains it completely and in detail so that it can be taken into consideration regarding things that have the potential to become risks.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify the extent to which Kindergarten teachers in Prambanan District's motivation, competence, discipline, and work environment all have a role in shaping their students' academic and behavioral outcomes. Quantitative research methods are employed in this study. All 75 personnel from Prambanan District's kindergartens made up the study's population. This study used a census sampling method and collected data from 75 participants. Questionnaire-based information gathering. Statistical tests such the multiple linear regression test, the F test, the t test, and the coefficient of determination were utilized in the data analysis process. The study found that the performance of kindergarten instructors in the Prambanan District was highly influenced by four factors at the same time: teachers' motivation, teachers' competence, teachers' discipline, and the kindergartens' work environments. Based on the results of this research, kindergartens in the Prambanan District have begun implementing changes to boost agricultural extension employees' motivation, competence, discipline, and overall productivity in the workplace. Abstract

Potential Tax Fees for Acquisition of Land and Building Rights This is a writing that describes the potential conditions and projections of BPHTB in Semarang City. BPHTB is considered to have potential as a source of regional revenue used to carry out development aimed at the welfare of all people. Based on the results of the discussion and data analysis carried out by the writing team, it can be concluded that the potential for BPHTB to contribute to the Semarang City Regional Revenue is within the medium criteria for 5 consecutive years from 2018 to 2022. Realization of BPHTB Tax against target in 4 years 2018, 2019 2020 and 2022 are considered very effective because they are above 100 percent. Meanwhile, in 2021 it is included in the less effective criteria because it is below 100 percent. This is understandable because of the possibility that the Covid 19 pandemic will have an influence on the realization of BPHTB taxes. Then, based on forecasting analysis in the next 4 years from 2023 - 2025, it is estimated that there will be an increase. For 2023, based on forecasting, the realization of BPHTB tax revenue will be IDR. 706,601,278,256 exceeds Bappeda's target of Rp. 675,000,000,000.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of brand ambassadors and brand awareness on purchasing decisions and measure the role of brand image as a mediating variable in the influence of brand ambassadors and brand awareness on purchasing decisions on Erigo products. This model involves training variables as supporting variables. This research was applied to consumers of Erigo products in the Greater Solo area, the sample taken amounted to 100 respondents, with sampling using purposive sampling technique. This research was analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS3 software. The results showed that brand ambassadors have a positive and significant effect on brand image. Brand ambassadors have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Brand awareness has a positive and significant effect on brand image. Brand awareness has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Brand ambassadors through brand image mediation have no significant effect on purchasing decisions. And brand awareness through brand image mediation has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Brand Image, Purchase Decision

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Intellectual Capital with Financial Performance as an intervening variable on Company Growth and Company Value of the Automotive and Components Sub-sectors listed on the IDX. The population was 13 companies, and the sample was six with a purposive sampling technique. Analysis tools using Sem-PLS. The results showed that VAIC significantly influenced the company's financial performance. VAIC does not influence company growth. VAIC has a significant effect on firm value. The company's financial performance can mediate between VAIC and Company Growth with the status of the mediating result of Indirect-Only (complete mediation) significant and direct effects not substantial.

Abstract

This quantitative research investigates the relationship between Experiential Marketing (X1), Satisfaction (X2), and Customer Loyalty (Y) in the hotel industry. Data was collected through a questionnaire via goggle form with questions and statements related to the third variable. The research sample was selected based on hotels with a -+ 4 star rating. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression, T test, and F test using SPSS software. The research results revealed: 1). Experiential Marketing (X1) and Satisfaction (X2) have a significant positive influence on Customer Loyalty (Y) in multiple linear regression analysis. 2). The T test shows that both X1 and X2 separately have a significant effect on Customer Loyalty with the appropriate level of significance. 3). The results of the F test state that X1 and X2 together have a significant effect on Customer Loyalty. This research underscores the importance of creating engaging experiences for customers and ensuring their satisfaction to maintain and increase customer loyalty in the hotel industry. The implications of this research strengthen the role of these two variables in competition in the hotel industry and customer retention strategies.

Abstract

This study is entitled Analysis of Risk Management through Customer Due Diligence at Bank Sumut Syariah KCP Stabat to answer the formulation of the problem on how to analyze compliance risk management through customer due diligence at Bank Sumut Syariah KCP Stabat. The research method used is qualitative research which produces descriptive data by observing the research object and then analyzing it. The results of this study are that PT Bank Sumut Syariah Stabat Branch Office has policies and procedures regarding the implementation of Customer Due Diligence (CDD) which consist of four procedures, namely identification, verification, monitoring to reporting. PT Bank Sumut Syariah Kcp Stabat has carried out in detail the implementation of Customer Due Diligence(CDD) in accordance with the basic guidelines owned by PT Bank Sumut Syariah Kcp Satabat although the application of these principles sometimes experiences obstacles from various factors. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method that will provide descriptive data by observing the object of research and then analyzing it.
