Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze accounting information systems Flow of Tuition Fee Payment during the Covid-19 Pandemic at the University of Technology Sumbawa. The method used in this research is descriptive method qualitative. The sources of this research included the Vice Chancellor for 2 Fields Finance, to be precise, the Directorate of Financial Administration, University of Technology, Sumbawa. Employees who become informants in this study are Finance Director, Treasurer University, and Sub Directorate of Financial Administration. The data source of this research are primary and secondary, with data collection methods using techniques interviews, documentation and observation. The results of this study indicate that Accounting Information System for Tuition Fee Payment Flow during the Covid-19 Pandemic The Sumbawa University of Technology has been carried out effectively and efficiently. That matter can be seen based on existing data, procedures, infrastructure and software as well responsible and competent human resources. With the Groove you can pay online tuition fees during the Covid-19 pandemic help Sub. The Directorate of Financial Administration works while still doing social distancing so that the payment flow can be applied to date.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect simultaneously or partially the variables of discipline, innovation ability, leadership style and emotional intelligence with teacher work productivity at SMP Batik Surakarta. Researchers conducted observations at SMP Batik Surakarta with the object of teacher research as a sample in order to determine the relationship between discipline, innovation ability, leadership style and emotional intelligence with teacher work productivity.The research method is in the form of survey research using quantitative research with a sample size of about 45 teachers. The data collection method used a questionnaire with a saturated sampling technique. Processing of data using the SPSS program using multiple regression equation analysis tools, F test, t test, and the coefficient of determination.The results of the analysis can be obtained that the variables of discipline, innovation ability, leadership style and emotional intelligence have a simultaneous effect on the teachers work productivity of SMP Batik Surakarta. Discipline has a significant effect on the teachers work productivity in SMP Batik Surakarta. Innovation ability has a significant effect on the teachers work productivity of SMP Batik Surakarta. Leadership style has a significant effect on the teachers work productivity of SMP Batik Surakarta. Emotional intelligence has a significant effect on the teachers work productivity at SMP Batik Surakarta. The results of the observation show that simultaneously the independent variables which include work motivation, job satisfaction and compensation have a relationship with teacher performance. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of innovation ability, work discipline, leadership supervision on the performance of Clushter Blacksmith employees in Blitar Regency. This research type is explanatory research with quantitative method. The population is permanent employees of Clushter Blacksmith, totaling 50 people with a complete enumeration sampling technique. Using a questionnaire to collect primary data related to innovation ability, work discipline, leadership supervision and employee performance. Data processing using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with SPSS (Statissical Package for the Social Science) application. The results showed that innovation ability had a significant positive effect on the performance of the Blacksmithemployees performance in Blitar Regency. The higher the employee's innovation ability, the higher the employee's performance through the use of technology and information to develop, produce and market new products for the industry. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Blacksmithemployees performance in Blitar Regency. The higher the employee's work discipline will have a good impact on employee performance. Supervision of the leadership has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Blacksmithemployees performance in Blitar Regency. Supervision of the leadership is carried out to evaluate each employee's performance on a regular basis and provide input so that the performance of the employees develops.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial influence of the variables of parents attention, independence, emotional intelligence and motivation students' learning achievements at SMP Batik Surakarta. This research was conducted at SMP Batik Surakarta with the object of analysis of grade IX students. This research method uses a quantitative descriptive research design with a sample of 80 students. Sampling techniques using purposive sampling techniques. Data collection using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using statistical analysis are multiple linear regression tests, F tests, t-tests, and determination coefficients. The results showed that parental attention, learning independence, emotional intelligence and motivation influenced the learning achievements of grade IX students of SMP Batik Surakarta by 61.9%. In comparison, 38.1% was influenced by other variables not studied, such as learning interests, environment, peers or teacher competencies and others.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership, discipline, appreciation and motivation on a variable called DPKPP Klaten Regency work productivity. The research that has been done uses an approach called quantitative. The population in this study were all employees at DPKPP Klaten Regency, all of which totaled 75 people. The sampling technique uses saturated samples. The technique for data analysis in this research that has used an analysis called multiple linear regression. The results of a study that has been conducted show that leadership, discipline, appreciation and motivation have a positive and significant impact on a variable called work productivity in DPKPP Klaten Regency. It is hoped that the DPKPP Klaten Regency in the future will continue to maintain and improve the quality of leadership, discipline, appreciation and motivation in employees, so that work productivity will also continue to increase and of course be better than before. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze how much the contribution of service quality, pricing and relational marketing to the satisfaction and loyalty of glacillaria sp seaweed farmers in brebes district, central Java, or the services of their partners, plasma nucleus companies. The research method used is explanatory survey. Data was collected using a questionnaire, the time of data collection was cross-sectional. Data analysis using SEM. The survey identified a sample of 180 samples. The results showed that service quality, pricing and relational marketing contributed significantly to the satisfaction and loyalty of seaweed farmers. Abstract

This article aims to prove the relationship between the principal’s leadership, teacher’s competence, school culture, and teacher’s performance at SMA Batik 2 Surakarta. This research is quantitative or research by using a quantitative approach. The research method is in the form of survey research using quantitative research with a sample size of about 20 teachers. The data collection method used a questionnaire with a saturated sampling technique. The data were collected using an instrument that had been validated and which was reliable. Processing of data using the SPSS program using multiple regression equation analysis tools, F test, t-test, and the coefficient of determination. The results of the data analysis showed there is positive and very significant influence of the principal’s leadership, teacher’s competence, and school cultures on the teachers’ performance with the percentage of 77 %, there is positive and very significant influence of the of principal’s leadership on the teacher’s performance, there is positive and very significant influence of teacher’s competence on the teachers’ performance and there is positive and very significant influence of school culture on the teachers’ performance. Abstract

Researchers conducted observations at SMA Batik 2 Surakarta with the object of teacher research as a sample in order to determine the relationship between of the work environment,principal’s leadership and work motivation with the creativity. The results of the analysis can be obtained that the variables of the work environment,principal’s leadership and work motivation with the creativity have a simultaneous effect on the teachers SMA Batik 2 Surakarta. the work environment has a significant effect on the creativity of teachers in SMA Batik 2 Surakarta. principal’s leadership ability has a significant effect on the teachers of the creativity SMA Batik 2 Surakarta. Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of risk taking on product advantages with innovative and proactive as a moderating variable on MSMEs in Tangerang. Total of 90-100 MSMEs were studied by taking samples. The sampling technique used was convenience sampling based on the ease and willingness of MSMEs when collecting data. The technique of collecting data was done by distributing questionnaires to respondents who were selected as sample members. The data obtained will be analyzed by SEM using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that there was no effect of risk taking on product advantages with innovative and proactive as a moderating variable in MSMEs. Abstract

The purpose of this research are to determine the influence of discipline, satisfaction, flexibility, and work environment on the employees performance. This research uses descriptive quantitative methods. Samples use saturated samples, the entire population is sampled. The sample in this study were all employees of the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Taxes in Central Java II, amounting to 152 person. Data collection is obtained through questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that (1) discipline have a positive and significant influence on employee performance, (2) satisfaction have a positive and significant influence on employee performance, (3) flexibility have insignificant influence on employee performance, (4) work environment have a positive and significant influence on employee performance
