Abstract

Employees are an important asset in the organization. Humans are the driving force and determining the running of an organization, good human resources will produce good performance. The performance of the Tax Office can be assessed by how much the tax target is able to be achieved by all elements of existing human resources. The tax target that has increased every year requires employees to improve their performance. The purpose of this research is test and analyze the effect of stress, motivation, facility, and training on employee performance.The sample in this study were 122 employees at the Karanganyar Primary Tax Office. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The conclusion in this study is an effect of stress, motivation, facilities, and training on the employees performance. Abstract

The purpose of this research know that leadership style, motivation, organizational culture and social competence have a simultaneous effect on teacher performance. Motivation has an effect on teacher performance. Satisfaction has an effect on teacher performance and knowing compensation has an effect on teacher performance at SMP Batik Surakarta. The research method is in the form of survey research using quantitative with a sample of about 48 teachers. The data collection method used a questionnaire saturated sampling technique. Primary data is used as a source of primary data. Processing the data using the SPSS program using multiple regression equation analysis tools, t test, F test and coefficient of determination test (R2). The results the analysis variables: Leadership Style, Motivation,Organizational Culture and Social Competence have a simultaneous effect on the performance Surakarta Batik Junior High School teacher and Leadership_Style, Motivation, Organizational Culture and Social Competence have a significant effect on the performance of the SMP Batik Surakarta teacherpartially/individually. The results of the observations show that simultaneously the independent variables which include Leadership Style, Motivation, Organizational Culture and Social Competence have a relationship with teacher performance

Abstract

The purpose of this the research is to know the influence of brand image, price, and promotion toward purchase decision of batik in Toko Gea Geo. This study uses a quantitative approach to the customer population in Gea Geo stores. Samples are taken using the calculation of Slovin formula. Data analysis using multiple linear regression model, F test, t test and R2 test. The results showed that simultaneously the variables of brand image, price and promotion had an effect on purchasing decisions. This is evidenced by the results of the F test has a significance value of 0.000

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the characteristics of good corporate governance on the disclosure of corporate social responsibility (CSR). The population is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2020 and a sample of 87 (eighty seven) companies using purposive sampling technique in sampling. The technique of collecting data for this research is from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website, namely www.idx.co.id, company websites and various sources that are relevant to the research topic. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression, t test (partial test), F test (simultaneous test), and the coefficient of determination test. The results showed that partially the board of commissioners variable, auditor variable, and public share ownership variable had no effect on the extent of corporate social responsibility (CSR) disclosure, while the audit committee variable affected the extent of corporate social responsibility (CSR) disclosure. The test results based on the simultaneous test show that the variable of the board of commissioners, the variable of the audit committee, the variable of the auditor, and the variable of the public stock have no effect on the extent of corporate social responsibility (CSR) disclosure. Abstract

This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial influence of motivational variables, independence, learning interests, and learning methods on students' learning achievements at SMA Batik 2 Surakarta. This research method uses a quantitative descriptive research design. The population of all grade XI students of SMA Batik 2 Surakarta amounted to 285 people, with a sample number of 70 students. Sampling techniques using purposive sampling. Data collection using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using statistical analysis are multiple linear regression tests, F tests, t-tests, and determination coefficients. The results showed that motivation, independence, interest in learning, and learning methods influenced students' learning achievement by 81.0% while 19.0% was influenced by other variables that were not conscientious, such as discipline, education level of parents, peers and others. The suggestion of this research is that SMA Batik 2 Surakarta should always increase motivation, independence, interest in learning and learning methods in order for students' learning achievements to improve from before.

Abstract

Teacher discipline and organizational culture practices in schools and teacher competence and leadership of school principals greatly affect teacher performance at SMK Batik 2 Surakarta. This study aims to determine whether discipline, competence, organizational culture and leadership quality have a simuly effect on teacher performance at SMK Batik 2 Surakarta. This type of research is a type of quantitative research, conducted at SMK Batik 2 Surakarta. The research time was carried out for one month, namely in December 2020. The research population was 50 people using a non-probability sampling technique with the technique taken, namely saturated sampling (census) with a sample of 50 people. Data collection is done by observing, documenting and asking questions. The data analysis technique was carried out with the classical assumption test, namely normality test, multicollinearity test, as well as heteroscedasticity test and multiple regression analysis as well as model suitability test (Good of Fit) by analyzing the coefficient of determination (R2), F test, t test and the coefficient of determination ( R2). The results showed that: 1) there was a positive and significant influence on teacher perceptions of discipline on the teacher's performance at SMK Batik 2 Surakarta supported by empirical evidence, 2) there was a positive and significant influence on organizational culture on teacher performance at SMK Batik 2 Surakarta supported by empirical evidence, 3 ) there is a positive and significant effect of teacher competence on teacher performance at SMK Batik 2 Surakarta supported by empirical evidence, 4) there is a positive and significant influence on leadership quality on teacher performance at SMK Batik 2 Surakarta supported by empirical evidence. Abstract

Plosowahyu Village is one of the villages in the Lamongan district. There are 3 hamlets, namely Plalangan Hamlet, Plosogeneng Hamlet and Wahyu Hamlet. Administratively, Plosowahyu village is divided into 12 RT and 3 RW. Each is under the leadership of the RT and RW heads. Plosowahyu Village is categorized as an Independent Village, namely an Advanced Village that has the ability to carry out village development. The physical development of Plosowahyu village potential is a sustainable development plan for the Plosowahyu village rest area which aims to improve the community's economy. As well as spearheading the empowerment of all aspects of integrated business activities with the support of increasingly sophisticated information technology, through the application of Management Information Systems in village governments and existing economic institutions, including Bumdes and existing MSME groups. The Plosowahyu village rest area will be one of the mini tours that is very pleasant for visitors and the community where there are stalls and also stalls for people who have local MSMEs for visitors to the rest area and floating houses in the middle of the lake which are a good feel for visitors in the area. participate in the BUMDES office, as well as educational tours with the Etawa goat farm which is also the icon of the rest area. So that it will increase the selling power of the rest area itself. For the manager, the Plosowahyu Village Rest Area is an integrated business that will not only generate income from a financial perspective, but must be balanced with effective, efficient and professional maintenance and management methods from upstream to downstream, so as to provide optimal services for the community. its users. If consumers already feel satisfied with the use of the available facilities, then this will make a return for the manager's income. For researchers, the Plosowahyu Village Rest Area will provide useful outcomes in scientific studies in the form of journals, intellectual property rights and other scientific works as well as contribute to improving community welfare.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of workability and leadership style simultaneously on the performance of Bappeda employees of Aceh Jaya Regency, then to determine the effect of workability and leadership style partially on the performance of Bappeda employees of Aceh Jaya Regency. The location of the research was carried out at the Bappeda of Aceh Jaya Regency. The object of research is the problem of providing work skills and leadership styles as well as employee performance at Bappeda Aceh Jaya Regency. Data analysis equipment used in this study is multiple linear regression. Simultaneous research results show that the test results simultaneously obtained the F-count value of 30.429, while Ftable at the significance level️= 5% is equal to 3,267. This shows, based on the calculation of the statistical test F-count shows that F-count > Ftable, with a probability level of 0.000, that the employee's workability and leadership style affect improving the performance of Bappeda Aceh Jaya Regency employees, while the results of the study partially show that the provision of work skills and leadership style affects the performance of Bappeda Aceh Jaya district employees. To improve the performance of employees at the Bappeda of Aceh Jaya Regency, the factor of providing employee work skills should be one of the priorities for improving employee performance and the distribution of appropriate leadership styles.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the influence of Digital Marketing, Green Marketing, Networking and Product Innovation on the Sustainability Business Performance of the Silk Cluster in Polewali Mandar, West Sulawesi. With the number of respondents as many as 30 silk business people, both weaving and just steaming the woven products. The instrument in the questionnaire is measured using a Likert scale (5 scales), while the variables are 1) Independent Variables consisting of Digital Marketing, Green Marketing, Networking, Product Innovation, 2) Dependent Variable is Sustainability Business Performance. The analysis used in this study is the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model (PLS SEM). The results show that only Product Innovation has a positive and significant effect on Sustainability Business Performance (β= 0.328; =0.022), while Digital Marketing has a positive but not significant effect (β= 0.025; =0.445), for Networking it has a positive effect. Negative but not significant (β= -0.030; =0.434) and Green Marketing actually has a negative and significant effect on Sustainability Business Performance (β= -0.277; =0.046). Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of repurchase intention in terms of promotional strategies and reseller purchase satisfaction at the Beteng Trade Center Surakarta fashion store. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. This study uses primary data collected using a questionnaire as a research instrument. The sample research method used was purposive sampling technique. The respondents of this research were 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results of the research in this study can be concluded that promotion strategy has no positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, promotion strategy has a positive and significant effect on purchase satisfaction, purchase satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, promotion strategy has a positive and significant effect on repurchase. intention through purchase satisfaction.
