TABYIN: Jurnal Pendidikan Islam diterbitkan oleh Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Islam Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Ihyaul Ulum Gresik Indonesia. Terbit setiap Juni dan Desember setiap tahun. Redaksi mengundang para akademisi, dosen, maupun peneliti untuk berkontribusi dalam jurnal ini. Redaksi mengundang para akademisi, dosen, maupun peneliti untuk berkontribusi memasukkan artikel ilmiahnya yang belum pernah diterbitkan oleh jurnal lain. Naskah diketik dengan spasi 1,5 cm pada kertas ukuran A4 dengan panjang tulisan antara 20-25 halaman, 5000-7000 kata. Naskah yang masuk dievaluasi oleh dewan redaksi dan mitra bestari. Redaktur dapat melakukan perubahan pada tulisan yang dimuat untuk keseragaman format, tanpa mengubah substansinya. Bahasa yang digunakan dalam bentuk bahasa Indonesia, Inggris, dan Arab. Jurnal ini bisa diakses secara terbuka yang berarti bahwa semua konten yang tersedia bebas diakses tanpa biaya, baik kepada pengguna atau pada lembaganya. Pengguna yang diizinkan untuk membaca, mendownload, menyalin, mendistribusikan, mencetak, mencari, atau mensitasi ke teks lengkap dari artikel tidak harus meminta izin terlebih dahulu dari penerbit atau penulis.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the use of the school library on improving student learning outcomes in class X and XI in the Al-Qur'an Hadith subject at MA Al-Imaroh Kab. Bekasi. In this study, using primary data and using a questionnaire. The method used in this research uses a correlational method with a survey approach. The population in this study were students of class X and XI at MA Al-Imaroh Kab. Bekasi and as many as 79 students who became the research sample with simple random sampling technique. The results of the research on the linearity test found that there was a linear relationship between the school library utilization variable and the increase in learning outcomes in Al-Qur'an Hadith subjects (sig. 0.802 > 0.05). In the t test it was found that there was a significant effect of using the school library on increasing learning outcomes in Al-Qur'an Hadith subjects (sig. 0.000 <0.05). From the regression analysis, the effect is in the same direction, meaning that if the utilization of the school library increases by 1%, the variable of increasing learning outcomes in Al-Qur'an Hadith subjects will increase by 0.776. In the coefficient of determination (R Square) it was found that the effect of using the school library on increasing learning outcomes in Al-Qur'an Hadith subjects was 74.1%. The conclusion from this study is that there is a positive and significant influence on the use of the school library on improving the learning outcomes of class X and XI students in the Al-Qur'an Hadith subject at MA Al-Imaroh Kab. Bekasi.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an effective classroom management model in the subject of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) at SDN Plawad 4 East Karawang. This model is expected to assist teachers in managing the classroom, improve the quality of learning, and facilitate the spiritual and moral development of students. The research method used is qualitative by involving PAI teachers at SDN Plawad 4 East Karawang. Data collected through interviews. The results showed that the classroom management model developed succeeded in increasing active student participation, creating a conducive learning environment, and increasing students' understanding of PAI material. In addition, this model also encourages the development of mutual respect, cooperation, and social care among students. Thus, this classroom management model can be used as a reference for PAI teachers in other schools in increasing the effectiveness of PAI learning.

Abstract

Manajemen Penilaian Kinerja Guru penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mewujudkan guru yang profesional, karena harkat dan martabat suatu profesi ditentukan oleh kualitas layanan profesi yang bermutu. proses manajemen penilaian kinerja guru yang meliputi perencanaan penilaian kinerja guru, pelaksanaan penilaian kinerja guru, dan evaluasi penilaian kinerja guru. Pendekatan penelitian ini merupakan kualitatif deskrptif dengan metode studi pustaka yang bersumber dari fenomena, buku-buku, jurnal ilmiah serta skripsi yang relevan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1)perencanaan penilaian kinerja guru terdiri dari beberapa tahapan yakni: penetapan jadwal, penetapan instrumen penelitian, metode penilaian kinerja guru, serta menetapkan tindak lanjut , 2)pelakasanaan kinerja guru terdiri dari: Pembagian SK, Pengecekan Kelengkapan, penilaian langsung, dan dokumentasi bersama, 3)evaluasi kinerja guru terdiri dari: evaluasi hasil dan evaluasi proses

Abstract

This paper tries to elaborate the ability of educators to understand the characteristics of students by optimizing the achievement of the learing process. At the implementation level, the success of the learning process is certainly related to the ability of educators in understanding students’ subjects that have differences, both physical and non-physical dimensions. Even in the learning process, understanding the characteristics of children becomes a barometer of the success of the learning process. This is because educators are the spearhead of the implementation of learning. To understand children, educators need to use all information both information sourced from internal and external children. The information can be related to child background factors such as children’s socio-cultural factors. These factors are important to understand to optimize the pattern of relationships and interactions between educators and students. Inaddition, student characteristics are related to several important elements such as intellectual aspects, physical, emotional and moral aspects. All these aspects are important to note that the difference in age will determine the difference in treatment. Differences in treatment are increasingly demanded along with changes and developments in technological science.

Abstract

Empathy is part of the low character of students, therefore, education needs to strengthen empathy for each student through a habituation program that can be used as the most appropriate solution to prevent a decrease in empathy in students. This research aims to find out how to strengthen empathy through the habituation program, to find out the supporting factors and inhibiting factors for strengthening empathy through the habituation program, to determine the impact of strengthening empathy through the habituation program, this research is located at SMPN 2 Telukjambe Timur. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method. The data collection procedures used are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by means of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of this study, it shows that the infaq habituation program has been implemented for approximately 8 years at SMPN 2 Telukjambe Timur. In the implementation of the infaq habituation program, it has been carried out to date due to supporting factors including: 1) Motivation 2) Understanding and the basics of religion become a guideline 3) continuous 4) teamwork. The inhibiting factors are the lack of awareness in students and the non-participation of parents in giving extra pocket money to spend.

Abstract

Administrasi pendidikan pada profesi guru merupakan kegiatan pendidikan yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan keterampilan di bidang administrasi.Pengetahuan, teori pembelajaran, dan keterampilan yang digunakan mempunyai tujuan jangka panjang.Artinya, para tenaga administrasi dan administrasi dapat lebih mengembangkan ilmu yang telah dipelajari dan dipraktekkan di sekolah. Kata “administrasi” berasal dari bahasa Latin dan terdiri dari kata “ad” dan “ministrare”.memiliki arti yang sama dengan kata bahasa Inggris to, yang berarti "melakukan" atau "melakukan", dan ministrare memiliki arti yang sama dengan kata yang berarti "melayani", "membantu", atau "melayani".Artinya "membimbing". Dalam bahasa Inggris, “to manajer” juga dapat berarti “to organize”, “to care of”, dan “to direct”, sehingga kata “manage” juga dapat berarti “to organize”, “to take care of”, atau “mengarahkan.untuk Mencapai tujuan dalam perusahaan.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk membahas dan mengkaji bagaimana mengetahui evaluasi Dan Pengembangan Ranah Afektif Dalam Pendidikan Agama Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian ini yaitu metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan penelitian kepustakaan (Library research), yakni dengan membaca, menelaah dan mengkaji buku-buku dan sumber tulisan yang erat kaitannya dengan masalah yang dibahas. Adapun hasil pembahasan yaitu evaluasi pada hakikatnya adalah penyediaan informasi yang dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan pertimbangan dalam mengambil keputusan. Tujuan evaluasi adalah untuk menentukan kualitas daripada sesuatu, terutama yang berkenaan dengan nilai dan arti. Evaluasi meliputi semua aspek pembelajaran, baik kemampuan intelektual (kognitif), kemampuan rasa dan sikap/perilaku (afektif) serta kemampuan keterampilan (psikomotor). Dalam konteks pembelajaran PAI, maka pengembangan evaluasi belajar diarahkan pada pengembangan moral Islam (akhlaq) dalam kerangka pengembangan fitrah penciptaan manusia. Dalam hal ini pembelajaran PAI harus menempatkan ajaran Islam sebagai suatu obyek kajian yang melihat Islam sebagai sebuah sistem nilai dan sistem moral yang tidak hanya diketahui dan dipahami, tapi juga dirasakan serta dijadikan sebuah aksi dalam kehidupan anak didik

Abstract

Implemetasi nilai-nilai islam perlu dilakukan dalam dunia pendidikan karena tanpa adanya nilai-nilai tersebut manusia hanya menjadi sesuatu yang sangat rendah, nilai-nilai tersebut juga banyak mengandung unsur penyembuhan terhadap kejahatan-kejahatan sosial yang beredar. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memberikan sedikit informasi mengenai betapa pentingnya penerapan atau pengimplementasian nilai-nilai agama Islam dalam kehidupan sehari-hari kepada generasi muda. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode library research atau pada umumnya disebut dengan metode kepustakaan, metode ini diambil sebagai teknik pengumpulan data oleh peneliti. Alasan digunakannya metode penelitian kepustakaan karena peneliti memerlukan data dari berbagai sumber literature berupa buku dan majalah hasil penelitian terdahulu sebagai sumber data penelitian untuk mendapatkan landasan teori dalam permasalahan penelitian.

Abstract

Increasing student learning activities requires effective learning. One learning strategy that can increase student activity is learning using the e-learning method. The PAI learning strategy at SMPN 03 Purwoharjo has implemented e-learning methods based on Google Classroom. The formulation of the problem in this research is how the e-learning method learning strategy can increase student learning activities in the field of study of Islamic religious education in class VII B at SMPN 3 Purwoharjo. The research conducted aims to determine learning strategies for e-learning methods in increasing student learning activities. The qualitative method is descriptive type by collecting three data through observation, interviews and documentation. There are three stages used to analyze data, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The triangulation technique was used to check the validity of this research. The results of this research are that the Google Classroom-based e-learning method learning strategy in increasing student activity at SMPN 03 Purwoharjo is quite effective and more conducive. The e-learning method based on Google Classroom media has a positive impact on the effectiveness of the learning achieved. Students are more enthusiastic and active in participating in learning activities, both in paying attention to explanations of lesson material, doing assignments, and having the courage to express experiences and opinions regarding lesson material.

Abstract

In Isam, knowedge and education are highy vaued. Isam does not consider earning ony as a right but more than that, namey, as an obigation. The purpose of organizing a short-term Isamic boarding schoo is to deepen, strengthen and improve the appreciation and practice of Isamic teachings, especiay in terms of Isamic jurisprudence, Monotheism, Isamic History, Akhaqu Karimah and aso Ahussunnah wa Jama'ah. I aso want to appy Isamic teachings in everyday ife to form a soid spiritua mentaity, have a strong personaity, and face various chaenges. This study uses a quaitative approach with a case study type. In data coection techniques, researchers used interview, observation, and documentation methods, using a sampe of Siroju Haromain students at the short-term Isamic boarding schoo, which numbered around 35. The resuts are that this program focuses on instiing spiritua vaues ​​in its students. This program emphasizes three main aspects: Isami, Sharia, and character vaues ​​by introducing nobe moras as a compement to mastery of reigious knowedge and strengthening the image of students as individuas with nobe moras in the eyes of society. The strategy focuses on three aspects: structured and schedued reigious activities, systematic reigious earning, and patient and diigent teachers and mentors.
