Abstract

Abstract:This study discusses the fatherly-based manifestation of 'puli' temmalara on PGSD students at Cokoroaminoto Palopo University. Data used in the discussion of this study were collected through the performance of the Bugis cultural festival related to toddo 'puli temmalara. Pangadereng based on toddo 'puli temmalara is the actualization of civilization to not back down a step from the struggle in maintaining dignity and dignity. Pangradeng based on toddo puli temmalara which is actualized at PGSD students will hold a cultural festival related to everyday life to traditional rituals. Character valuesembodied in this pangadereng are; (a) truth / tongeng, (b) honesty / slab, (c) fair / adele, (d) getteng (firmness). Pangadereng (Civilization) based on toddo puli temmalara is very important for the community, both at the local, national and global level.

Abstract

The research focuses on analyzing students' creative thinking levels through the Everyone Is A Teacher Here learning model in grade IV SD Negeri Cebongan 2 Salatiga. The approach used in this research is a qualitative descriptive approach. This type of research is analysis. The instruments used were interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and data verification or inference. Data validity testing uses technical triangulation and source triangulation. Based on the data analysis of the results of this study it can be concluded that the application of the Everyone Is A Teacher learning model is done to enable students to think creatively by making questions based on the material provided and the level of thinking of students with each other has different ways of creative thinking, so as to be able to spark lots of ideas, lots of ideas, answers and problem solving and be able to provide lots of new knowledge and varied answers.

Abstract

This study aimed at determining if there was a difference in early reading ability between learners taught with the Structural Analytic Synthetic (SAS) method which was assisted with image media and those taught with global method which was also assited with image media. This quasi-experimental research was conducted in August 2019. The population was the second grades students of SDN 045 Tarakan. The sample consistedof two classes, class IIA as the experimental group and class IIB as the control group. The independent sample t-test results showed that the value of calculated t was 0,193, the significance level was 0,05, the df was 56, and the critical t was 2.00. it was known that the value of the calculated t was equal or less than that of the critical t. Thus, it was concluded that there was no difference in the result of initial reading ability between second grade learners taught with image media assisted SAS methodand those taught with image media assisted global method at SDN 045 Tarakan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of LKPD to increase students' understanding of the science material, namely the cycle of living things on theme 6. This type of research is a survey study using a questionnaire distributed to 40 respondents in grade V of SDN 193, Pekanbaru City. Data were analyzed using SPSS. From the research conducted shows the use of LKPD with the approach used is a quantitative approach that provides many benefits to students' understanding of science material that is the cycle of living things on theme 6. This can be seen from the average value obtained indicating that respondents generally answered yes or agree to the statement given. The use of LKPD with a scientific approach can increase students' motivation to learn and understand the life cycle material.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low understanding of students about knowing how to care for the environment to stay healthy. This study aims to improve students' understanding of how to care for the environment in order to stay healthy in learning natural science in class I Cibentar III State Primary School by using the question and answer method. The research method used by researchers is a classroom action research, with a total of 17 students. This research took place in 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of 2 actions. The techniques used in data collection are observation, tests, interviews, documentation, and field notes. The results showed that the application of the question and answer method could increase students' understanding of knowing how to care for the environment so that it remained healthy in learning natural science in class I Cibentar III Elementary School.

Abstract

Quality education is a significant challenge in the aspects of life. It because by globalization and rapid technological developments. The phenomenon that occurs on learning in primary schools, especially coastal areas requires qualified human resources. Qualified human resources are expected to utilize and manage the natural resources available. Learning in primary school, for example, in the town of Tarakan already well underway. Equipped with adequate learning infrastructure, schools were comfortable situation, and teachers who are competent enough in their field. However, something else is happening in the coastal areas in particular Tarakan Island Binalatung area where people mostly depend fishermen, seaweed farmers, even less so their children participate in fishing and leave lessons to aid her parents earn a living. Through lesson study conducted in the first grade at SDN 016 Tarakan, the model teacher and observer gain valuable experience as assisted in observing students with problems to be more attention and students are smart be facilitated learn better and this learning process be a reflection of the teachers that teach the team becomes more useful as well as for the evaluation of teachers in teaching.

Abstract

This study aims to portray the cultivation of nationalism through extracurricular traditional dance and nationalism character embedded in students who take extracurricular traditional dance in SDN Patihan City of Madiun. The sample of the study was extracurricular teachers of traditional dance and five students who took extracurricular activities in a traditional dance at Patihan Elementary School in Madiun City. The study was conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data collection instruments used observation sheets, interview guides, and extracurricular values documents of students' traditional dance. Data analysis was carried out through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results showed 1) the cultivation of nationalism through extracurricular traditional dance in SDN Patihan City of Madiun was carried out in three domains, namely cognitive, affective, and psychomotor; 2) the character of nationalism embedded in students, namely appreciation of the national culture itself, maintaining the nation's cultural richness, love of the motherland, discipline, respecting cultural diversity, ethnicity, and religion, and working together. The six characters are manifested both in cognitive, affective, and psychomotor.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze scouting activities as strengthening character education for students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) in training independence and to describe scouting activities as strengthening character education for MI students in training independence. Scouting activities as a strengthening of character education in students are very necessary, because with character education students can become strong individuals so that they are able to ward off bad influences in the environment where they live, as well as in training students' independence. The obstacle faced is the packaging of activities. The packaging of activities needs to be thought about so that it looks attractive and elegant so that students are not bored, as well as the availability of sufficient funds for the development of activities and support from parents to achieve maximum results.

Abstract

The objectives of this study were (1) To describe the implementation of thematic learning by teachers in class V SDN Sempu 2 Kota Serang, (2) to describe the results of the application of thematic learning by teachers to fifth grade students of SDN Sempu 2 Kota Serang.  The research took place in SDN Sempu 2 Kota Serang.  Data analysis was carried out in three stages, namely: data reduction, data presentation and conclusion / verification.  The results of the study: (1) the implementation of thematic learning by the teacher in class V SDN Sempu 2 Serang City has been running in accordance with the provisions of the government.  During the Covid 19 pandemic, learning activities underwent changes, learning activities were carried out through 2 types of activities. There are face-to-face activities carried out by teachers visiting students' homes and learning activities carried out through the WhatsApp Group, (2) The results of the application of thematic learning by teachers to fifth grade students of SDN Sempu 2, Kota Serang, students become easier to accept the material presented,  students are more active in the question and answer session, students become more character because the teacher always strengthens character through habituation activities during learning.

Abstract

Cooperation is a relationship made by two or more people who have the goal to carry out an activity together with those who have the same goals for the common good. Be an explanation of cooperation on that really needs to be instilled and developed in students, because by supporting the training of fourth grade students at MI Kinandang able to create and support competition, interpersonal communication, build and trust, and improve relationships in learning that is opened and transitioned. In cooperation skills, students learn firsthand about social skills which is a collaboration of one of social skills. Because social skills are very important for fourth grade students because students will be individuals who can behave in accordance with their social environment, so that students can be accepted into the environment or group. More than just students who have social problems that are not good, it can be done by students in relationships with the environment associated with collaborative activities.
