Especially on tourism policy, creative tourism, sustainable tourism, tourism management and organization, travel and tourism, leisure and recreation. And other diciplines, such as sociology of tourism, anthropology of tourism, psychology of tourism, law tourism, technology and information of tourism, geography of tourism, tourism education. It also encompases of any applied tourism, such as marine tourism, eco tourism, tourism empowernment of local community, man made tourism, agrotourism, etc.

Abstract

Abstract Events are activities consist of transient, and every event is a unique blending of its duration, setting, management, and people. The aim of research are describe management of monthly and weekly event and marketing strategyoturism at Nusa Dua. The result are that event gathering financial, image and experiences. As the tourists are Nusa Dua organizer have hold the event by monthly and weekly based on theme and kind of event. Every event use rental space and ticket. Guidanceform the Indonesia Tourism Development Corporation the tarketing strategy to increasing tourists to visits Nusa Dua area are use flyer, baliho, roadshow, presentation and posting at social media (instagram, facebook). Abstract

Abstract Nature tourism as the embodiment of biodiversity, natural beauty, ecosystem, ecotourism, tropical forest ecosystem, and marine ecosystem. Nature tourism can also be located in towns and villages in the form of natural landscapes of parks, rivers, gardens, rice fields, botanical gardens, zoos, campus and others. The beauty and attraction of natural attractions, can provide benefits for tourists, if managed optimally. Creativity and participation of natural tourism management, supported by juridical aspect, institutional aspect, infrastructure, budget and apparatus are in the Era of Regional Autonomy. Regional autonomy encourages collaboration and cooperation in the management of natural tourism objects based on pardigma Reinventing Government and Good governance. Therefore, the policy of regional autonomy can reduce various obstacles of management of natural attractions in autonomous regions, so that the management of natural and quality tourism objects that can be realized in the present and future. Abstract

Abstract Indonesia is a multicultural country that has various ethnicities, races, beliefs, religions, arts and regional cultures. The richness and diversity of Indonesia are one of the main and leadingfactors in national development in Indonesia. National development is carried out by optimizing the potential of culture through the tourism industry, especially cultural tourism. Cultural potential contributes the most to Indonesia because it can generate foreign exchange for the country so that the country’s economy can increase and can create jobs. To realize this, the cooperation between government, stakeholders in the tourism sector, tourism industry actors and society are important to promote tourism, especially the cultural tourism. Similarly, inter-ministerial collaboration needs to be carried out so that the development of Indonesia cultural tourism can be realized and sustainable. Cultural tourism can also be used as a means of diplomacy by Indonesia to promote Indonesia tourism by cooperating with other countries as well as non-government elements both at regional and international level. Abstract The traditional House is a building that has a structure, preparation, form and function accompanying motif that has its own characteristics. One of the tribes that have a distinctive custom homes i.e. Using existing tribes in the region of Banyuwangi Regency. Custom homes Using formerly in many Indigenous Villages Using Kemiren, Kecamatan Glagah, Banyuwangi. The condition of Using custom homes at this time greatly reduced capacity due to the development of modern homes, so that the Indigenous Village of cultural heritage Using Kemiren in the form of custom homes are increasingly eroded. It is expected the public can participate in a government program Using Custom Kemiren Village in order to maintain the cultural identity of the tribe Using and custom homes Using be brand image of Village Customs Using Kemiren. Abstract

Abstract The events of natural disasters and the beauty of nature are two very popular things, not only in Indonesia but also around the world. Disaster is a tragedy for human life. Although the memories must be remembered and respected, the location of the disaster can also be used as tourist destinations. The area after the natural disaster becomes the main attraction for the tourists. This article to give an idea of the area after the disaster does not mean that there has been destruction and devastation. But the area can still be repaired and developed again into a tourist destination. The disaster affected areas are presenting a new uniqueness and something that can be sold as a tourist destination with a new natural product. The tourist destination becomes a tourism commodity due to the uniqueness / peculiarities of nature and / or culture around it, in addition to the factor of self-reflection and contemplation of events in the past. Disaster-affected areas should be rebuilt with the spirit of creativity and the attention of various parties who are able to see the opportunities gap unique tourism. Abstract

Abstract This article focuses on mangrove ecotourism in Wringinputih Village, Muncar District, Banyuwangi Regency.Wringinputih Village, is a new ecotourism destination that is very attractive to both local and foreign tourists.This is related to the success of mangrove forest conservation carried out by coastal communities through community empowerment and their active participation.Through a bottom - up model and managed based on local wisdom by involving as many coastal communities as possible, finally various touirsm objects based on mangrove forests in Wringinputih Village can be realized and become a potential and attractive alternative tourist destination that is visited by many tourists.With qualitative methods and in-depth interviews with tourist managers, community leaders, and tourists in the village, there is enough data to explain this tourist village destination.As a result, Wringinputih village has become some attractions for potential ecotourism based on mangrove forests and others objects developed by local communities and has brought in local and foreign tourists so that it’s can accelerate activities and open employment opportunities for the community and increase their income. Abstract

In the competition era, change is the ways of many organizations choose to survive their company. The forms of change depend on the capacity and size of organization in it. The form of organizational changes are; structure, technology, physical setting and people. To develop these capabilities, organizations are forced to rethink how redesign their structures and human resources. For the coming year organizational design needs to be simpler, flatter, more flexible and lateral. Organizations change has impact for management special in tourism industries. Abstract

Abstract This research aimed to describe millenial generation perception of viel as identity, fashion, communication, and creativity. It used the focus discussion group technique. The result showed a variety of viel perception. As an identity, viel became moslemah wearing that must be according to Islamic rules. Viel also could be used in various daily activities as long as it didn’t disturbed the activity’s purpose. In its development, viel has been a chiq wearing and has been included to the fashion sphere. Fashion and creativity were a sphere to express the ability in the dynamic of modelling and business world. Viel as an identity and fashion gave a vast chances and challenges for the designers and businessmen to create creative modes gradually. The main challenge for the fashion designer and businessmen were because viel was originally derived from moslem fashion tied by Islamic rule. Abstract

Abstract: Trash can cause environmental problems if its existence is not handled properly. The ever-increasing garbage dump every year causes many problems to occur in the Final Disposal. This study aims to analyze the condition and distribution of waste that exist in three tourism objects in Banyuwangi, among others in Santen Island, Blimbing Sari and Beach Boom. This study uses SWOT analysis. The results of this study indicate that the cause of the distribution of waste on the beach because many people are used to throw garbage in the river so that household waste brought into the sea and the habit of littering. Although there are some bins in the tourist sites but the existence of the trash is less so functioned and less well maintained so as not to attract tourists to dispose of waste in place. Abstract

Abstract Today tourism has projected to become a new dynamic force to encourage global economic development. In the regional authonomy era in Indonesia tourism expected to drive the growth of others sector and to expand job opportunity, especially in creative industry. In connection with this expectation and from the reality that are several kind of tourism atractions found in different region in Indonesia, then consequently the policy of tourism development must be based on the need of community, especially local people. The concept of tourism-based community development is one of best choice for Indonesia to involve local people in the developing and managing tourism dynamic in a manner creative. Indonesia have to change the orientation of tourism development from recreative tourism to creative tourism, and it can be encourage of creativepreneur adn tourismpreneur.
