Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of entrepreneurial competence and work ethic partially and simultaneously (jointly) on the performance of UMKM players in Tangerang City, studying in Tanah Tinggi Central Market, Tangerang City. This study uses an associative method with a quantitative approach. Sampling as many as 52 people, with the Slovin method. Data collection techniques and tools are literature study, observation, and questionnaires or questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis to determine the description of respondents' responses and data distribution, while inferential statistics are used for hypothesis testing. Data processing is assisted by Microsoft Excel and SPSS software version 25. The results of hypothesis testing show that: The contribution of competence and work ethic to the performance of UMKM players is 54.6%, while the remaining 45.4% is influenced by other variables not examined. The higher the competency value and work ethic at the same time at a certain value, then the high the competency value and work ethic value make the performance value of UMKM actors increase at a certain value as well. Hypothesis testing proves that there is a significant effect of entrepreneurial competence and work ethic partially or simultaneously (jointly) on the performance of UMKM players in the Main Market of Tangerang City. The most dominant influence on the performance of UMKM actors seen from the coefficient of determination is the entrepreneurial competence variable. A person who has a high work ethic and entrepreneurial competence will provide an increase in his performance as a business hammer.

Abstract

Banten is the province with the highest unemployment rate. Its unemployment rate for some periods is higher than the national unemployment rate. Many jobs attract migrants to enter the Banten region. The large number of incoming migrants who are looking for work is not all absorbed by the labor market, thus increasing the number of unemployed people in Banten. This study aims to look at the description of internal migrant workers and local workers and determine the factors that determine the duration of job search in Banten. The data used is the 2017 Sakernas data. The unit of analysis is workers aged 15 years and over who worked 1 (one) years ago. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis with survival analysis methods using the Cox Regression Model. The results showed that age, sex, marital status, education status, wage level, work experience, training, and employment status had a significant effect on the length of time someone was looking for work to be released from unemployment.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the market penetration strategies used by companies, especially the Indonesian e-commerce industry, to increase their competitiveness. This research occupies a qualitative method toward Indonesia’s e-commerce industry, especially the three dominating companies, such as Shopee, Tokopedia, and Bukalapak. This study uses descriptive research, and our data sources are documents and literature about market penetration strategies conducted by e-commerce industries. The result showed that their strategy to do the market penetration is price adjustment, cooperation, or collaboration, offering some special promos, developing the features and services, and using artists and influencers as brand ambassadors.Keywords: Economy, Strategic Management, Market Penetration, Competitiveness, E-Commerce

Abstract

This study aims to analyze organizational commitment in increasing the target On Time Performance (OTP) of PT. Citilink Indonesia. The research approach used in this study is a qualitative approach using qualitative descriptive. Data collection techniques used by researchers are observation, interviews and documentation. The data source in this study is divided into two, namely primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used by researchers in this study is the data triangulation method. Analysis of the data used through three stages, namely data collection, data classification and conclusion drawing The results of this study indicate that; 1) airline organization commitment of PT. Citilink Indonesia can be said to be quite good because it saw an increase in the On Time Performance (OTP) target from 2018 only 85% and 2019 becomes 90%. In 2019 On Time Performance (OTP) was achieved with a figure of 92% 2). The analysis shows that organizational commitment is an important factor in increasing the target of On Time Performance (OTP) of PT. Citilink Indonesia. Abstract

The Influence of brand image, price and product quality on PT. Paragon Technoogy and Innovation. This research was conducted on a business administration student at Mulawarman University who had purchased cosmetics.This study aims to examine the effect of brand image, price and product quality on cosmetic repurchase interests. Data distributing questionnaires to 116 respondents. The sampling technique used is non probability sampling (accidental sampling). The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques with the help of statistical software SPSS version 23. The brand image variable partially has no effect and is insignificant to the repurchase interest, Price partially has a negative and not significant effect on repurchase interest and the quality product variable partially has a significant effect on repurchase interest and is the most powerful or dominant variable.Suggestions to increase repurchase interest is to maintain product quality.Brand image, Price, Product Quality, Repurchase Interest

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Keputusan Pendanaan, Keputusan Investasi, dan Likuiditas terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada perusahaan sub sektor pariwisata, hotel, dan restoran yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2014 – 2018. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi data panel melalui program Eviews 9.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Keputusan Pendanaan, Keputusan Investasi, dan Likuiditas secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan Keputusan Pendanaan secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, Keputusan Investasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, dan Likuiditas secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Kemampuan variabel independen dalam menjelaskan variasi dependen sebesar 17,82% sedangkan sisanya 82,18% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study discusses how the influence of the quality of work life and organizational culture on employee engagement as a moderating variable. This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of work life and organizational culture on employee engagement as a moderating variable. This research uses primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to employees who work at Trini Karya Yogyakarta, totaling 30 respondents with saturated sampling technique. Data analysis in this study is quantitative data analysis. This analysis includes the reliability test, validity test, statistical test through the Ttest, Ftest test, and the coefficient of determination R2, the classical assumption test and the Moderation Test.The research results show that after going through the above test, it is known that the quality of work life has a significant effect on employee performance as indicated by a significant value of 0.001 (0.001 (0.001 <0.05), this value can prove the hypothesis is accepted. Organizational culture does not have a significant effect. indicated by a significant value of 0.122 (0.122> 0.05), this value can prove the hypothesis is rejected.Employee engagement has no significant effect on employee performance as indicated by a significant value of -0.149 (0.0149> 0.05), this value prove the hypothesis is rejected. Keywords : Quality Of Work, Organizational Culture, , Employee Engagement, Employee Performance

Abstract

Financial management is an important thing for everyone to learn. The ability to manage finances can determine how each individual lives in the future. Good financial management can help raise the level of welfare of the People of Indonesia. This study aims to examine the influence of financial literacy, locus of control, and financial self-efficacy on financial management behavior in PT employees. Panarub Industry. This research is associative research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study was employees who worked at PT. Panarub Industry in the auto cutting department. The samples studied numbered 80 people. The analysis method used is test F and t using SPSS version 25. The results showed that there is an influence between financial literacy, locus of control, and financial self-efficacy on the behavior of financial management partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the effect of voluntary risk management disclosure and its implication to firm value. Independent variables used in this research are product diversification, geographical diversification, type of industry and company size. Intervening variable is voluntary risk management disclosure. While the dependent variable in this study is firm value measured using Tobin’s Q. This research used a sample of non financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2017. The sampling method in this research is purposive sampling and acquired 418 companies that meet the criteria. Hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis. The results of this research showed that the higher the level of product diversification, geographical diversification, type of industry and company size, the higher the voluntary risk management disclosure. Voluntary risk management disclosure has a positive influential on firm value, the wider the disclosure of corporate risk management, will increase the firm value, otherwise the less disclosure of corporate risk management, will decrease the firm value or the value are getting worse. Keywords:  Product diversification, geographical diversification, type of industry, company size, voluntary risk management disclosure, firm value

Abstract

On various international film festival, it is not uncommon indonesian movie prestigious receives the award. But, Indonesian movies have not been able to be a master in their own homes  to lack of appreciation. The indonesian movie number of spectators not comparable with the audience foreign film. As the product of industrial, film need marketing, in an unconventional manner the film industry of the need a network of a movie theater.The purpose of this research are: the first, to analyzing the factors that influence preference of consumers the indonesian movie viewing of the decision in a movie theater. Second, to know variable moderation is that influence preference of consumers the indonesian movie viewing of the decision in a movie theater. Third, to know the interaction of factors variable moderation and an explanatory variable that influence preference of consumers the indonesian movies viewing of the decision in a movie theater.Based on the analysis of SEM-PLS be concluded that: the first, variable that influence the indonesian movie viewing decision are the product, promotion, and the age of the audience. Second, the gender variable only can be used as it pure-moderation. Third, variable the age of the audience can be used as an explanatory variable and variable moderation simultaneously in analysis (quasi-moderation).
