Abstract

This study aims to find out, Career development at PT BCA Finance, to find out Employee Performance at PT BCA Finance, to determine the effect of Career Development on Employee Performance at PT BCA Finance Jakarta (Administrative Staff).This study uses a sampling method of nonprobability sampling, namely by accidental sampling technique with a population of 100 using saturated samples, as many as 100 respondents. The analytical method in processing data is validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression analysis, descriptive analysis method, Pearson product moment correlation test, coefficient of determination and hypothesis test (t test).The results of this study show that Career Development has a positive effect on Employee Performance of 0.616 units, if Career Development is increased by one unit it will affect Employee Performance 0.616, this can be seen from the results of the regression equation Y = 18.46 + 0.616X as well as the contribution of Career Development 51.69% while the remaining 48.31% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis test results show t_count 10,322 greater than t_table 1,661, then H_o is rejected and H_ (a) is accepted, meaning that there is a significant effect between Career Development on PT BCA Finance Employee Performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of promotion, the image of cooperatives, and service quality on increasing the number of members in savings and loan cooperatives (a case study of savings and loan cooperatives in Tangerang Regency). With an Associative Quantitative approach. The data analysis method used multiple regression. All populations in this study will be a sample, namely as many as 63 samples. The results of the research are (1) promotion has a significant positive effect on increasing the number of cooperative members (2) the image of the cooperative has no significant negative effect on the increase in the number of cooperative members (3) service quality has a significant and positive effect on increasing the number of cooperative members (4) promotion, the image of the cooperative, the quality of service simultaneously affected the increase in the number of cooperative members by F count 12,551> F table 1.99. The result of the coefficient of determination test showed that the value of Adjusted R Square was 35.9% and the remaining 64.1% was influenced by factors other than the variables examined in this study.Keywords: Promosi , Citra Koperasi , Kualitas Pelayanan, Peningkatan Jumlah Anggota

Abstract

This study aims to determine the performance of the Regional Wealth and Financial Revenue Service (DPKAD) of Oki District, South Sumatra by using the concept of Value For Money. This research was conducted by collecting data for 3 years, from 2017 to 2019. This study used secondary data. The data analysis method used is descriptive qualitative analysis method. Based on the results of research using the concept of Value For Money based on 3 main elements, namely economy, efficiency and effectiveness, it shows that: Economic ratios get 86.54%, 82.64% and 71.43%, which means that the economic ratio is below 100% during 2017 -2019 and the results of this ratio indicate that the criteria for economic ratios are categorized as "economic". The efficiency ratio during the research year of this ratio was 94.69%, 105.17% and 97.95%, although in 2018 the ratio was less efficient because the percentage was above 100%. However, the performance of the Oki district government as a whole is included in the "efficient" category. Meanwhile, the ratio of effectiveness obtained is 96.53%, 86.65% and 76.98%, where the percentage ratio below 100% indicates that this ratio is considered "ineffective". Based on the research results, the concept of Value For Money is very well applied to Oki District DPKAD because it can provide a more structured and comprehensive picture of performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh tingkat inflasi, Tingkat Suku Bunga BI Rate dan IHSG terhadap dana pihak Ketiga Masyarakat pada Perbankan Indonesia. Variable yang menjadi focus penelitian ini adalah perubahan Tingkat Inflasi(X1), Tingkat Suku Bunga SBI(X2) dan IHSG(X3) ketiga variable ini di duga pengaruh terhadap Dana Pihak Ketiga Masyarakat pada Perbankan Indonesia. Metode Penelitian berdasarkan hasil akhir yang terlebih dahulu diuji dalam beberapa tahap yaitu analisa Stasioner, data time series, Uji Kointegrasi, Hasil estimasi error corection model (ECM), Ujiasumsi klasik dan selanjunya analisa ekonomi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh tingkat inflasi, tingkat suku bunga SBI, dan IHSG berpengaruh terhadap dana pihak ketiga masyarakat pada perbankan Indonesia telah dapat menjawab hipotesis penelitian yang di rumuskan yaitu teruji dan di terima. Dari hasil penelitian ini variable inflasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan, Sukun bunga SBI dalam jangka panjang memberikan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap jumlah dana Pihak Ketiga di Perbankan nasional. Tetapi dalam jangka panjang Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan memiliki pengaruh yang negative terhadap Jumlah Dana Pihak Ketiga dalam Perbankan Indonesia.Keywords: Work Ethic, Entrepreneurial Competence, Performance of UMKM Players.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Risk Profile and Profitability on Capital and its impact on BPR Performance in Banten Province. This research data uses secondary data published by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) for the 2014-2018 period, namely the financial statements of 15 BPRs domiciled in Banten Province with the criteria of having total assets above 30 billion. The indicators of this research are the Risk Profile which is proxied by: Non Performing Loans, Loan to Deposit Ratio, Cash Ratio, and Earning Asset Quality, Profitability Indicators which are proxied by Operational Costs, Operational Income, Capital Indicators which are proxied by Capital Adequacy Ratio and Rural Bank Performance Indicators. which is proxied by Return On Asset. The method used is a quantitative method. The data analysis technique used a panel data regression model, and hypothesis testing with the Eviews program and continued with path analysis. The results showed that partially CR has a significant effect on CAR while NPL, LDR, KAP and BOPO have no significant effect on CAR. Simultaneously, NPL, LDR, CR, KAP and BOPO have a significant effect on CAR. Partially NPL, KAP and BOPO have a significant effect on ROA while LDR, CR and CAR have no significant effect on ROA, simultaneously NPL, LDR, CR, KAP, BOPO and CAR have a significant effect on ROA.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklan di media sosial dan potongan harga (diskon) terhadap keputusan pembelian keputusan konsumen blibli.com pada pengikut akun @bliblidotcom dengan pajak sebagai variabel faktual. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang menggunakan twitter dan sebagai pengikut akun twitter @bliblidotcom dengan minimal pernah melihat iklan serta potongan harga (diskon) yang diberikan blibli.com melalui media sosial twitter. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel yang terdiri dari 100 responden. Potongan Harga (Diskon), Iklan di Media Sosial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian baik secara parsial maupun bersama sama. Iklan dimedia social berpengaruh tidak signifikan Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian dengan Pajak sebagai variable factual. Hasil perhitungan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,362. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa iklan di media sosial, dan potongan harga (diskon) mampu menjelaskan keputusan pembelian sebesar 36,2%. Sedangkan sisanya 63,8% dijelaskan oleh faktor lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini.Keywords: iklan media sosial, potongan harga, keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of capital structure, corporate financial performance, company growth, company size on firm value in banking companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study were all banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with the research period from 2011 to 2015, totaling 14 banking companies. The data used are secondary data. The sample selected using Purpose sampling amounted to 9 companies. The results of this study indicate that partially the capital structure variable has a positive and significant effect on firm value, financial performance variables have a positive and significant effect on firm value, growth variables have a positive and insignificant effect on firm value and size variables have a positive and insignificant effect on firm value. , And simultaneously the capital structure, company financial performance, company growth and company size have an influence on the value of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2011 to 2015.

Abstract

Research This aims to determine: (1) the influence of leadership style variables on employee job satisfaction, (2) The influence of work environment variables on job satisfaction, (3) The influence of leadership style variables on employee performance, (4) The influence of work environment variables on employee performance, (5) The influence of job satisfaction variables on employee performance, (6) The influence of leadership style variables on employee performance through job satisfaction as a mediating variable, and (7) The influence of work environment on employee performance through job decision as a mediating variable at PT.Saktijaya Artha Pratama Makassar. The population in this study were employees of PT. Saktijaya Artha Pratama, totaling 45 employees. The sampling method in this study used the Nonprobability Sampling approach. The method of collecting observation data and questionnaires. The results of this study were that leadership style and work environment had a positive and significant effect directly on satisfaction. work, but don't yes leadership and work environment do not have a significant direct effect on employee performance and job satisfaction can mediate the influence of leadership style and work environment on employee performance at PT. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh moderasi gaya kepemimpinan transformasional rantai pasok dalam hubungan kinerja pemasok dan kinerja rantai pasok. Rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengujian hipotesis dengan tiga hipotesis dan menggunakan model persamaan struktural (SEM). Populasi responden dari penelitian ini adalah 850 perusahaan manufaktur di Batam dengan pengumpulan data lewat kuesioner dan jumlah sampel yang memenuhi kriteria untuk dianalisa dari 171 perusahaan manufaktur yang diwakili oleh pimpinan di bagian manajemen rantai pasok. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Penerapan mutu pemasok tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja rantai pasok; (2) Gaya kepemimpinan rantai pasok tidak memoderasi hubungan antara penerapan mutu pemasok dan kinerja rantai pasok; (3) Keefektifan harga pemasok tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja rantai pasok; (4) Gaya kepemimpinan rantai pasok memoderasi hubungan antara keefektifan harga pemasok dan kinerja rantai pasok; (5) Fleksibilitas pemasok tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja rantai pasok; (6) Gaya kepemimpinan rantai pasok memoderasi hubungan antara fleksibilitas pemasok dan kinerja rantai pasok; (7) Pengantaran pasokan pemasok tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja rantai pasok; (8) Gaya kepemimpinan rantai pasok tidak memoderasi hubungan antara pengantaran pasokan pemasok dan kinerja rantai pasok; (9) Gaya kepemimpinan rantai pasok siknifikan mempengaruhi kinerja rantai pasok dan berpengaruh positif. Hasil penelitian bisa menjadi rujukan bagi pengambil keputusan dan pimpinan manajemen rantai pasok untuk menerapkan strategi manajemen rantai pasok dalam bentuk penerapan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional rantai pasok dalam meningkatkan fleksibilitas pemasok dan pengantaran pasokan pemasok sehingga berdampak terhadap kinerja rantai pasok perusahaan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and work environment on job satisfaction at Muhammadiyah University of Tangerang lecturers. The research was conducted on lecturers at the Muhammadiyah University of Tangerang. The research method used is to use a quantitative approach, with survey methods and cross-sectional. The population size of 550 is all lecturers at the Muhammadiyah University of Tangerang. The sample size was taken 10% by 55 people. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis using simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression. The results showed that the variables of work discipline and work environment partially had a significant effect on the satisfaction of lecturers at Muhammadiyah University of Tangerang. And simultaneously work discipline and work environment affect the job satisfaction of lecturers at the University of Muhammadiyah Tangerang.Keywords: Work Discipline, Work Environment, and Job Satisfaction
