Abstract

Investments in the form of stocks actually have a high risk in accordance with the investment principle, namely low risk low return, high risk high return. An investor should really understand about stock prices and often conduct stock price analysis first so as not to make the wrong investment because the price movement of a stock cannot be predicted with certainty. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial fundamentals on stock prices in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015-2019. The results of data analysis partially show that the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has no and no significant effect on stock prices. The results of data analysis partially show that Net Profit Margin (NPM) has a negative and significant effect on stock prices. The results of data analysis partially show that Earning Per Share (EPS) has an effect and is significant on stock prices. The results of simultaneous data analysis show that the independent variables Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Earning Per Share (EPS) have a simultaneous and significant effect on the dependent variable of stock prices.

Abstract

This study aim to determine the relationship between psychological factors (risk perception, herding and overconfidence) and macroeconomic factors (inflation, interest rate and exchange rate) on investment decision making. Population in this study was 150 respondents investor in Jakarta using purposive sampling with criteria investor being at least 17 years old. Distribution of questionnaires to respondent using google from to carry out processing of collecting respondent data with multiple linier regression analysis techniques using SPSS (Statical Package for the Socials Science). The result of this research indicate that psychological factor overconfidence has positive and significant effect on investment decision making, while herding has a positive and insignificant effect on investment decision making. This affect the intention and belief in making investment decisions making based on theory reasoned action

Abstract

 This study aimed to determine the effect of the rupiah exchange rate and inflation on the composite stock price index (CSPI) on the Indonesia stock exchange (IDX). The period used in this study is 5 (five) years, starting from 2017-2021.This study uses a quantitative approach. Population and sample are taken from all data at the end of the JCI month, rupiah exchange rate and inflation in the 2017-2021 period using saturated sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression.The results showed that the rupiah exchange rate partially had not significant effect on the composite stock price index (CSPI) indicated by the t value <t table (0.901483 <2.00247) and the significance of 0.3711> 0.05. For the inflation variable partially negative and significant effect on the composite stock price index (CSPI) is indicated by the value of t count <t table (-4.135408 <-2.00247) and a significance of 0.0001 <0.05. Simultaneously the rupiah exchange rate and inflation influence and significant effect on the composite stock price index shown by the calculated F value> F table (16.21406> 3.16) and a significance of 0.000003 <0.05. The ability of the rupiah exchange rate variable and inflation in explaining the stock price index (IHSG) of 34.02% as indicated by the size of the adjusted R square of 0.3402 while the remaining 65.98% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of institutional ownership, managerial ownership, independent commissioners, and audit committees on tax avoidance with Size Perusahaan as a moderating variable in food and beverage sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The research time period used is 5 years, namely the 2017-2021 period. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. Based on the predetermined criteria, 17 companies were obtained. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The analytical method used is panel data regression analysis. The results show that institutional ownership has a negative effect on tax avoidance, managerial ownership has a positive effect on tax avoidance and the independent board of commissioners has a negative effect on tax avoidance. This research has a purpose, namely to find out whether the role of occupational safety and health can affect the performance of employees at the company PT. Waru Gunung. The research used the method used, namely qualitative with descriptive analysis. Data obtained through direct interviews with the manager and employees of PT. Waru Gunung. Thus it can be conculded that the role of occupational safety and health is very influental in improving employee performance at the PT. Waru Gunung company.

Abstract

AbstractBasically, marketing is a method used to invite or recommend a buyer of goods or services offered by a seller. Therefore, sellers implement various marketing ideas and innovations, for example on social media.Prophet Muhammad SAW taught his followers to use the Islamic marketing system. However, the marketing system that is applied and commonly used is the traditional marketing system. This is a challenge for us to be able to strengthen and spread Islamic marketing techniques, namely marketing techniques that are in accordance with sharia principles and Islamic religious beliefs. AbstrakPada dasarnya pemasaran adalah suatu cara yang digunakan untuk mengajak atau merekomendasikan seorang pembeli barang atau jasa yang ditawarkan oleh seorang penjual. Oleh karena itu, para penjual menerapkan berbagai ide dan inovasi pemasaran, misalnya di media sosial.Nabi Muhammad SAW mengajarkan pengikutnya untuk menggunakan sistem pemasaran Islam. Namun, sistem pemasaran yang diterapkan dan umum digunakan adalah sistem pemasaran tradisional. Hal ini menjadi tantangan bagi kami agar dapat memperkuat dan menyebarkan teknik pemasaran yang islami, yaitu teknik pemasaran yang sesuai dengan prinsip syariah dan keyakinan agama Islam.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of store atmosphere, store location, and e-review on consumer purchase intention. The type of research used is quantitative research. The sample used in this study amounted to 96 respondents who were calculated using the Lemeshow formula with a non-probability sampling technique, namely consumers who made purchases at the Kopituh coffee shop. Data were taken using a questionnaire instrument with a survey method using google Forms and analyzed using SPSS software version 26. The results showed that part there was a positive and significant influence on the store atmosphere variable on consumer purchase intention with a t count of 11,042, store location have a positive and significant effect with a t count of 10,717, and e-review had a positive and significant effect on consumer purchase intention with a t count of 10,134, and. Then the store atmosphere, store location, and e-review, variables together or simultaneously have a significant effect of 68,060. While the results of the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained a value of 0.689, meaning that the overall store atmosphere, e-review, and store location variables can explain the contribution of 68.90% to consumer purchase intention, while the remaining 31.10% is explained by other variables that not used in this stud

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of online pastry & bakery training on entrepreneurial interest during pandemic era.  The research method used is quantitative, using SPSS software for data processing.  The sample used in this study were 105 respondents who had attended online training on making pastries and bread.  Data was collected through a questionnaire made in the form of a google form and shared online.  Researchers will select respondents that are domiciled only in the territory of Indonesia with the object of research being shown to Indonesian people who have attended online pastry and bakery training during the Covid-19 pandemic.  Through the linear regression test, the results showed a significant influence between online pastry and bakery training on entrepreneurial interest. This supports several previous studies that have been conducted by other researchers. The limitation of this study is a small number of samples and only limited to pastry and bakery online training.  This research can be useful for the wider community so that it can generate intentions to entrepreneurship and attending training is a way to be able to enrich the knowledge needed in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Negotiations have always been going on in the business world. Distributive negotiation is a strategy in negotiations that results in one party losing in the form of arguments or material. In the distributive negotiation process, there are 5 types of closing deals, namely Providing Alternatives, Closing Assumptions, Separating Differences, Exploding Offers, and Sweeteners. Women agribusiness entrepreneurs in the city of Bogor use alternatives, Bank BNI Syariah Medan uses alternatives, namely PT Freeport Indonesia Uses Sweeteners, and Indonesian Government Glasses Use ExplosOffersffer. A good closing agreement is a closing agreement that is adapted to the situation during the negotiation process.

Abstract

Consumer satisfaction is able to have a good impact on businesses so that they can develop properly and get maximum profits. This study aims to explain the influence of product quality, facilities, and service quality on customer satisfaction at Angkringan Pule. This type of research is associative using a quantitative approach, to examine how much influence independent variables exert on dependent variables.. The type of data used is primary data obtained from questionnaires with sampling techniques using accidental sampling. In this study, the data were analyzed using data quality tests (validity test, reliability test), classical assumption test (normality test, multicholinearity test, heteroskedasticity test), multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test (F test and t test), coefficient of determination(R2). The results of this study show that product quality, facilities, and service quality have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction both partially and simultaneously.
