Abstract

WHO has designated the Covid-19 (Corona Virus 2019) case as a Pandemic. Covid-19, caused by the coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2), is a new type of respiratory disease (pneumonia) and is contagious. The state has made various efforts to control covid-19, but there are still many infected victims. Pregnant women have changes in their immune system and anatomy, making them susceptible to viral infections. Pregnancy examinations at the hospital will be at risk of transmitting covid-19 to pregnant women, while antenatal care is very important to identify any pregnancy complications. This study aims to identify the K1 and k4 programs' achievements with midwives' practice in standard pregnancy services during the Covid 19 Pandemic, using a questionnaire given to midwives as health service workers. The study design used a cross-sectional with a chi-square statistical test, with 30 midwives as respondents who opened independent practice services during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research instrument used a questionnaire. This study indicates that 70% of midwives have good knowledge but do not implement standard pregnancy care during the pandemic. The analysis results show no relationship between knowledge and standard practice of pregnancy services during the Covid-19 pandemic. Conclusion: Most midwives have good knowledge and do not practice standard pregnancy services during the Covid-19 pandemic. Suggestion. The following research is to identify the achievements of the pregnancy care program during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Non-communicable diseases (PTM) are the leading cause of death globally with the highest rates of cardiovascular disease with one of them being an increase in blood pressure or what is commonly called hypertension (Kurniingtyas B. F, et al, 2016). 32 cases of hypertension were experienced in menopausal women aged 56-60 years as many as 59% of the incidence. The purpose of this study was to find out the relationship between eating patterns and the incidence of hypertension in menopausal women aged 56-60 years (in Ponkesdes Sugihwaras, Jenu subdistrict, Tuban regency). The study design was non-experimental with a correlational approach, the population used in this study were all 56-60-year-old Menopause Women (in Ponkesdes Sugihwaras, Jenu District, Tuban Regency). with a large sample of research 30 respondents who were determined using systematic random sampling techniques. The independent variable in this study is diet, while the dependent variable is blood pressure. The instruments used in data collection are SOPs and Observation sheets. Analysis of the study used the coefficient test phie significance of the Asymp value. Sig. (2-sided) (α) = <0.05. Based on the results of the statistical test research the Asymp value was obtained. Sig. (2-sided) (α) = 0.003 (α <0.05). Statistical test results show that dietary variables affect blood pressure.

Abstract

Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a non-communicable disease that often causes health problems in the community. One way to avoid complications of DM is to adjust the diet. Adherence to the DM diet is a problem for DM patients in the community. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge about diet with dietary compliance in patients with diabetes mellitus. This research is a quantitative study using a cross sectional design. A sample of 37 respondents was taken using the Simple Random Sampling technique. Bivariate analysis conducted in this study used the Spearman test. The results of the study obtained Pearson correlation with p value = 0.000 <0.05 with a correlation level of 0.779. In conclusion, there is a relationship between the level of knowledge about diet and dietary compliance in patients with diabetes mellitus with a very strong correlation level. Knowledge about diabetes mellitus is one of the factors in increasing dietary compliance in people with diabetes mellitus. Health workers should be more active in involving families in the care of patients with diabetes mellitus.

This research aims to know the self-efficacy relationship with an implementing nurse burnout in the inpatient room in RSUD Sanjiwani Gianyar year 2020. This research is quantitative with non probability sampling research design with cross sectional approach. The technique used in sampling is the total sampling technique with the number of samples as much as 60 respondents. The instruments used in this study are questionnaires. Data analysis is carried out using the Rank Spearman test. The results obtained by most nurses have a high self efficacy that is as much as 29 people (48.3%) and burnout as much as 51 people (85.0%). The P-value result of 0.000 (P < 0.05) with a direction of negative correlation is the higher the level of self efficacy nurse then the lower the level of burnout nurses in RSUD Sanjiwani Gianyar. Belief is one’s ability to use knowledge and skills effectively can reduce burnout. Further research is expected to conduct research with a greater population level in order to be representative and can be generalized

Abstract

ABSTRACTHypertension is a disease that gets attention from all walks of life, considering that its impact requires comprehensive and integrated long-term treatment, one of which is to run a good diet. The design of this study uses Analytical Correlation with a Cross-sectional approach. The samples obtained were 96 by using the purposive sampling technique. The independent variable is knowledge, the dependent variable is hypertension diet. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. Data tabulated and analyzed using the Spearmen Rank test with a significance level of <0.05. The result almost half of the respondents had less knowledge (43.8%), more than some who did not comply with their diet (58.3%). The test results obtained p = 0.000 (p <0.05). There is a relationship between knowledge and the level of dietary compliance in patients with hypertension. The participation of health workers is needed in increasing patient knowledge about hypertension diet so that patients can undergo a good diet. Keywords: Knowledge; diet compliance; hypertension.

Abstract

The spread of the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia has made vulnerable groups more susceptible to contracting this virus. One of these vulnerable groups is pregnant women. More and more pregnant women in Indonesia are positive for Covid-19. Pregnant women who are infected with the Covid-19 virus are more likely to give birth to babies early in premature conditions. During the Covid-19 pandemic, many pregnant women were afraid to have their pregnancy checked. Anxiety when they want to do a pregnancy check is often felt by pregnant women during a pandemic corona virus. Analytical research using the "cross-sectional" method. The sample in this study amounted to 178 respondents. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling. The research instrument is a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate with chi square statistical test. Univariate results showed the majority of severe anxiety levels and the majority of ANC visits were irregular. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the anxiety of pregnant women during the Covid 19 pandemic and ANC visits with a p value <0.05.
