Abstract

Elderly is someone who has reached the age of 60 (sixty) years and over. The world's elderly population (age 60 years and over) is growing very fast, even the fastest when compared to other age groups. Menopause is a condition in a woman who experiences a decrease in ovarian function which results in a decrease in the production of the hormone estrogen. This situation, among other things, will result in the cessation of menstruation forever. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of education on the level of maternal anxiety in facing menopause. The design of this study is analytic with this is a pre-experiment with the One Group Pre-post Test design. By using a cohort approach. Population using total sampling. The population in this study were all mothers who lived in the Cempokolimo elderly hut, Pacet District, Mojokerto Regency. A sample of 31 respondents was obtained in November 2022. Data was collected by means of a questionnaire using the HARS scale with 14 questions and modified according to the emergence of changes, signs and symptoms that can cause anxiety in menopausal women. The statistical test used was the Wilcoxon signed rank test. The results showed that most of the anxiety levels before being given education (pre test) were mild anxiety, namely 18 people (58.1%), not anxious 3 people (9.7%), moderate anxiety 8 people (25.8 %) and severe anxiety in 2 people (6.4%). Results Most of the anxiety levels after being given education (post test) were not anxious, namely 18 people (58.1%), mild anxiety 10 people (32.2%) and moderate anxiety 3 people (9.7%) ). Statistical Test Results Based on the results of the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test it shows that the significance value is 0.000 <α (0.05). Because the significance value is < α (0.05), then H0 is rejected, which means that there is an influence on the effectiveness of education on the level of anxiety of mothers in facing menopause. the changes that are going through. Seeing the results of this study, there is still a need for regular health education education to reduce mothers' anxiety in dealing with menopausal changes

After the data was collected, it was then tabulated and analyzed using the Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test. The results showed that 27 out of 28 (96%) respondents had good knowledge of menstrual cycle after focus group discussion was held while only 1 (4%) respondent had fair knowledge. Meanwhile, from the statistical test results, it was found that there was an effect of focus group discussion on female adolescents’ knowledge of menstrual cycle with a value of -4.919a with a significance level of p <0.05.From the results, it is expected that respondents can apply the knowledge they gained so that they can be better in thinking and acting.

The sampling technique used was consecutive sampling and a total sample of 35 respondents was obtained. The free variable in this study is the education of the labor process. The variable bound to this study is the level of primigravida anxiety in the face of the labor process. Data analysis using Wilcoxon statistical test. The results showed that Wilcoxon Asymp statistical test results. Sig. (2-tayled) is worth 0.000 < 0.05, then it can be concluded that "Ha is accepted".meaning that there is a difference in the level of anxiety before treatment and after being given treatment. Health workers should be able to pay attention to the importance of giving birth education starting at the beginning of the third trimester of pregnancy. Abstract

Post operative pain is still a major problem for patients after surgery. Management of pain is still focus on the sensory component. The aims of this research was to explain the intensity of prayer and family support correlated with post operative pain. Analytic correlational was the method of this research. Samples were 40 patients admitted with chronic appendicitis at Nashrul Ummah Islamic Hospital and were found by Total sampling. Analysis of data bivariate test using pearson product moment and multivariate analysis using logistic regression with p significance < 0.05. There is a significant and negative correlation between intensity of praying with post operative pain (p = 0,000; r=-0,914) and also between family support with the post operative pain (p = 0.000; r= 0.704). Jointly a significant relationship exists between the intensity of prayer and family support with the post-operative pain, with values as a correlation coefficient (R) = 0.923, a determinant coefficient (R 2 = 0.852), F regression = 77.772, p = 0.000. The intensity of praying greater impact than the family support against the post-operative pain. The result effective contribution of intensity praying to post-operative pain is 73.1%, meanwhile, the effective contribution of family support is 14%. There is a negative correlation between the intensity's praying and the family support with the post operative pain. tThe intensity of praying is greater impact than the family support.

This research is a comparative analytic study with a cross sectional approach. The population consisted of 39 students, a sample of 32 students was selected by simple random sampling. The independent variables are media and video models, while the dependent variable is the skills of normal childbirth assistance. The results showed that 11 respondents (69%) had skills in the capable category, while respondents with video media had skills in the advanced category, namely 10 respondents (62%). Data analysis using SPSS with the Mann-Whitney test using = 0.05 obtained a value of p = 0.000 so that p <α in conclusion there are differences in delivery assistance skills with model and video media. Seeing these results, it is necessary to think about the use of media in accordance with learning objectives to increase learning motivation to improve skills.

Sampling is carried out using accidental sampling techniques. The instrument used in this study was a pain scale observation sheet. The results of the analysis were obtained before being given emprit ginger boiled water, half of the respondents experienced menstrual pain with a moderate pain scale of 34 (50%). After being given emprit ginger boiled water, most respondents experienced menstrual pain with a mild pain scale of 49 (72.1%). The results of the t-test test are obtained ρ = 0.00 ≤ α = 0.05 then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. This means that there is an effect of giving emprit ginger boiled water on reducing menstrual pain in adolescent girls aged 15-18 years in Gayaman Village, Mojoanyar District, Mojokerto. Abstract

Anemia in pregnancy is a condition with a hemoglobin (Hb) level of < 11 g% which is characterized by complaints of weakness, dizzy eyes , paleness, and even palpitations. Anemia is one of the factors that causes Premature Rupture of The Membrans (PROM). Mothers who experience anemia, the iron or hemoglobin which is a carrier in the blood will decrease, which results in fragility in several parts of the amniotic membrane, which at the same time causes leakage in the area. This study aims to determine the relationship between anemia in pregnancy and the occurrence of PROM. This study uses the design method study Observational Descriptive , Correlation Analytical Research Method with Retrospective Approach . The data source was obtained from all pregnant women at the gestational age of TM II and III who carried out pregnancy checks at the Maduran Health Center, Maduran Village, Maduran District, Lamongan Regency, at 12 Februari 2023 – 12 Mei 2023 with a total population of 31 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling . Statistical tests used Chi-Square and data were analyzed using the Fisher Exact Test . Based on the results of the study, the majority of respondents who experienced anemia as many as 16 respondents (51.6 % ). The majority of respondents who experienced PROM were 19 respondents ( 61.2 %), while the majority of respondents who experienced anemia and PROM were 14 respondents ( 45.1% ) . The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between anemia in pregnancy and the incidence of premature rupture of membranes (PROM) at the Maduran Health Center, Maduran Village, Maduran District, Lamongan Regency with a p-value (0.001).
