The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the SPEOS method (Endorphin, Oxytocin & Suggestive Massage Stimulation) on Breast Milk Production in Breastfeeding Mothers 0-6 months in Bantarjaya Village, Bekasi Regency in 2022.The research method was carried out using a quantitative research method with an approachQuasi Experimentsby using a statistical testWilcoxon (Not Normal Distribution). The population in this study were all breastfeeding mothers 0-6 months in Bantarjaya Village, namely 40 people. The sample in this study were breastfeeding mothers 0-6 months in Bantarjaya Village using the total sampling technique, the number of samples was 40 people. Data collection with a questionnaire. The output of this research is an article published in an Accredited National Journal and an IPR in the form of a pocket book of endorphin massage and oxytocin massage. The results of the study showed that of the 40 breastfeeding mothers, based on their milk production during the pretest, the most were breastfeeding mothers whose milk production was less, namely 57.5% compared to breastfeeding mothers who produced a lot of milk. After doing the SPEOS method (endorphin, oxytocin & suggestive massage stimulation)(post test), breastfeeding mothers whose milk production experienced an increase to 30 people (75%). Meanwhile, breastfeeding mothers whose milk production was less reduced to 10 people (25%).Statistical test results are knownasymp. Sig has a value of 0.000 (P <0.05), so it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted. This means that there is a difference between the resultsPretest andPosttest, so it can also be concluded that there is an effect of the SPEOS method (Stimulation of endorphin, oxytocin & suggestive massage) with an increase in milk production in breastfeeding mothers 0-6 months in Bantarjaya Village, Pebayuran District, Bekasi Regency in 2022. Abstract

The puerperium is the period after delivery up to 40 days when the reproductive organs recover. Postpartum services according to standards are provided to mothers and newborns from 6 hours to 42 days after delivery at least three times through home visits for early detection, treatment, or referral of complications that may occur during the postpartum period, as well as provide an explanation about health in general. One of the efforts made by the government is to procure MCH Handbook equipped with important information for mothers and babies, including screening for early detection of complications. Cadres will assist mothers in maximizing the utilization of MCH handbooks in the obedience of postpartum mothers to carry out postpartum visits, independent screening media for complications of the postpartum period and sources of receiving informational educational counseling during the postpartum period. This study aimed to analyze the effectiveness of using MCH handbook through the 40 Days CARE method for independently preventing complications in postpartum mothers. The design used was the Pre-Experiment (One Shot Case Study) with a sample of 30 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection used a questionnaire. Data analysis used T Test (α = 0.05). The results showed p value of 0.000, which means that there was an effect of using MCH handbook through the 40 Days CARE method on independently preventing complications in postpartum mothers. Based on this result, it is known that postpartum assistance has an influence and is effective in increasing the mothers’ independence in detecting and preventing postpartum complications, so the consistency in postpartum assistance and outreach to health cadres regarding this activity are badly needed

The results of a preliminary study conducted on 8 mothers who had babies, obtained 6 mothers who did not know about colostrum and its benefits, and had never given breast milk to their babies for the first time, and the milk was thrown away, because they thought breast milk was stale. Meanwhile, 4 mothers gave the first breast milk to their babies through early initiation of breastfeeding. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors related to the knowledge of third trimester pregnant women about the benefits of colostrum in newborns in Karangraharja village. This type of research is a quantitative survey, and data collection was carried out in a cross sectional manner. The population in this study were all third trimester pregnant women in Karangraharja village. The sample of this research is the total population with a sample of 83 respondents. This primary data was collected by distributing questionnaires. The statistical analysis used is the frequency distribution, chi square and logistic regression. The results showed that 50.6% of respondents had less knowledge about giving colostrum to newborns. Variables that are significantly related are age with pvalue=0.009, education with pvalue=0.014, parity with pvalue=0.035, family support with pvalue=0.031, support for health workers with pvalue=0.037 The dominant variable is Age OR value 3.431 means age ≥ 35 have a 3.4 times chance of having good knowledge about colostrum compared to the age of 20-35 years, it is concluded that age can affect one's comprehension and mindset. The older you are, the more your comprehension and mindset will develop, so that the knowledge gain will improve

Abstract

Hypertension is where the blood pressure is > 140 mmHg and > 90 mmHg. Combination therapy is needed if a single antihypertensive has not been able to control the desired blood pressure target while the cost of treatment is increasing from time to time. The purpose of this study was to determine the cost-effective combination therapy for antihypertensive drugs in hypertensive patients in an inpatient setting. This study is a descriptive study with a pharmacoeconomic analysis approach using the Cost Effectiveness Analysis (CEA) method which was carried out retrospectively. Data were collected using the Total Sampling technique with 93 patients which were then analyzed to determine the cost-effective therapy based on ACER and ICER. The results showed that hypertension was mostly experienced by patients aged 50-60 years, male sex was more than female. HT stage 2 is often experienced by patients. Type II DM is the most common comorbidity. The lowest ACER value is Rp. 65.195.77. The lowest ICER value is Rp. 7.047.2551 when compared with standard therapy, namely CCB + ACEI. The combinations used in the inpatient unit include two combinations of 42 patients (45.16%) three combinations of 37 patients (39.78%), four combinations 6 (6.45%) five combinations of 8 patients (8.6%). The lowest average direct medical cost is the combination of ACEI antihypertensive + Diuretic + -Blocker Rp. 2.765.262. The cost effective therapy based on ACER and ICER values is a combination of Diuretics + CCB + ACEI + Blockers with an ACER value of Rp. 65,195.77 and also dominant.

Abstract

Long-term use of hormonal contraception has various effects on acceptors. These side effects can be minimized by using non-hormonal contraceptives (condoms, IUDs, MOW) where their use is still very low. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with the use of non-hormonal contraceptives in WUS. The research design is quantitative with a cross sectional approach. The sample of this study was 194 women of childbearing age who were taken by random technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The statistical test used was univariate with percentage, bivariate with chi square and multivariate with logistic regression. The results of the bivariate analysis of several variables showed that there was a relationship between age (p = 0.049), service availability (p = 0.000) with the use of non-hormonal contraceptives. While the variables of knowledge, husband's support, parity, family income, information on health workers and access proved to have no relationship with the use of contraceptives.
