Teenagers tend to face various challenges, both social and health problems. One problem is sexual activity when they lack adequate knowledge and skills for self-protection. This puts teens at higher risk for health problems. This study aims to examine the relationship between knowledge about reproductive health and sexual behavior in adolescents. This type of research is quantitative with a cross sectional design. The sample was taken using a total sampling technique, namely 35 teenagers from class IX. The independent variable in the research is teenagers' knowledge about reproductive health and the dependent variable is teenagers' sexual behavior. Data was taken directly using a questionnaire instrument. The instrument was created by the researcher himself based on a literature review and other instruments used in similar research. Before the instrument is used, validity and reliability tests are carried out first. The results of the bivariate analysis of the relationship between adolescent knowledge about reproductive health and sexual behavior were 80% had good knowledge and positive behavior. Teenagers who have less knowledge but still behave positively are 36.4%. Teenagers who have sufficient knowledge and behave positively are 100% and none have negative behavior at all. Teenagers who have poor knowledge and behave negatively are 63.6% and as many as 20.0% of teenagers have good knowledge but still behave negatively. The results of statistical analysis of the chi square test showed a p value of 0.005 (p<0.05) which shows that there is a relationship between adolescent knowledge about reproductive health in class IX students. Adolescent sexual behavior is influenced by several factors, one of which is knowledge. One of the factors of negative sexual behavior is a lack of correct information about sexuality. Good knowledge will influence reproductive health behavior and increasing knowledge is very important to prevent negative reproductive health behavior. Cooperation is needed from parents, schools and related health services in improving quality reproductive health services for adolescents.

Maternal nutrition during pregnancy plays an important role in the survival of the baby in the future. Planning nutrition programs for pregnant women is important because planning nutrition programs is known as an effort to deal with nutrition-related problems experienced by toddlers. The 2022 Indonesian Nutritional Status Survey (SSGI) provides an overview of the nutritional status of toddlers in Indonesia. SSGI reports that the prevalence of stunting in Indonesia is 24.4%, which will decrease to 21.6% in 2022. Inadequate nutritional intake during infancy and childhood, recurrent infections and inadequate psychosocial stimulation at the first thousand days of life, greatly contribute to stunted growth and development in children. This research is a type of quasi-experimental research with a one group pretest and posttest design involving one group of subjects. The sampling technique in this research was accidental sampling and a sample of 35 respondents was obtained. P value 0.000, these results indicate that providing health education interventions through the FGD method is significant in increasing pregnant women's knowledge regarding balanced nutrition in pregnant women. There is an influence between health education through the FGD method on increasing pregnant women's knowledge regarding balanced nutrition in pregnancy.

Breastfeeding is a proven way to make babies healthier and help them grow well. Exclusive breastfeeding as a baby can reduce the risk of stunting. Breastfeeding is the process of giving milk to babies with breast milk (ASI) from the mother's breasts. The success of exclusive breastfeeding is greatly influenced by the smooth production of breast milk from the beginning of the breastfeeding period According to 2021 Basic Health Research (RISKESDAS) data, 52.5 percent – or only half of the 2.3 million babies aged less than six months – are exclusively breastfed in Indonesia, or a decrease of 12 percent from the figure in 2019. Breastfeeding initiation rate Early childhood (IMD) also decreased from 58.2 percent in 2019 to 48.6 percent in 2021. The main reason babies are never breastfed is because breast milk does not come out or is not smooth at the start of the breastfeeding period (65.7%) babies aged 0- 5 months (33.3%) have been given food with the largest type of food (84.5%) namely formula milk. The East Java Central Statistics Agency (BPS) recorded that in 2022 the percentage of babies aged up to 6 months who received exclusive breast milk was 69 .72%. Plus, the percentage of new babies born who received Early Breastfeeding Initiation (IMD) was 69.22%. This type of research is quasi-experimental with quantitative research methods. This research uses a pre-post test pst test without control group design. The population in this study were all 20 breastfeeding mothers in Sooko Village. Data collection instruments used checklists/Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for lactation massage and questionnaire sheets as well as breast milk expenditure observation sheets. The results of breast milk production are measured using a breast pump and measured using a measuring cup. From the results of the paried t-test, a significance of 0.000 <0.05 was obtained, so it can be concluded that there is an influence of lactation massage on breast milk production in breastfeeding mothers. Key words: Lactation massage, breast milk, breastfeeding mothers
