Abstract

The teacher occupies an important position and determines the success of the achievement of goals in a learning process. Choosing the right learning method is something that needs to be considered by teachers. This method of mind mapping can improve student learning achievement. Based on this, research was conducted with the title application of Mind Mapping Learning Methods to Improve Student Learning Achievement in Fiqh Subjects Class X IIS at MA Sunan Gunung Jati Gurah Kediri Year of Study 2020/2021. The purpose of the research in this thesis is to find out the learning achievement of students of class X IIS fiqh subjects in MA Sunan Gunung Jati Gurah Kediri after the application of Mind Mapping learning methods is given. The research subject was a student of class X IIS MA Sunan Gunung Jati Gurah Kediri as many as 12 students. The data collection procedure is through student learning outcome tests, student activity observation sheets, and the dissemination of student response questionnaires. The approach in this study uses a qualitative approach because with a qualitative approach researchers can decipher the data obtained. The study used class-action research that lasted for two cycles and preceded pre-cycles. Based on the results of cycle 1 and cycle 2 by looking at data from the pre-cycle, data can be obtained that, students who have not completed in pre-cycle reached 41.6% or 5 students from 12 students. While the completed amounted to 58.3% or 7 students. While in cycle I have increased to 25% or 3 students who have not reached completion, and 75% or 9 students have achieved completion. n cycle II the increase is getting higher with 8.3% or 1 student unfinished and 91.6% or 11 students have achieved completion. Seeing an increase in learning outcomes from pre-cycle to cycle 1 to cycle 2 which has increased, then the application of mind mapping methods can improve the learning outcomes of Grade X IIS MA Sunan Gunung Jati lesson year 2020/2021

Abstract

The era of globalization full of challenges is an unavoidable period. For this reason, learning institutions, especially Islamic learning, must be able to respond to these challenges by changing the direction and orientation of learning. In experiencing the growth of the globalization era and the competitiveness of this highly environmental nation, both in terms of science and technology, it is necessary to have a defense in order to preserve the existing culture through efficient and effective learning management. SMPIT Gameel Akhlaq Bekasi has core subjects of Cultural Arts. There, students are introduced to cultural diversity because students come from different regions. On the subject of Cultural Arts, there is cultural content from many regions, this creates a sense of love for the cultural diversity of the Indonesian nation. SMPIT Gameel Akhlak Bekasi also emphasizes personality learning through tahfizh and memorizing the Qur'an, this also affects the personality of the students who want to be able to affect the management of learning and culture in schools that cannot be separated from Islamic values ​​in culture and local wisdom of citizens. so that it can print the next generation of quality and can bring Indonesia into a developed country.

Abstract

This study aims to see the extent of the librarian's form of communication and its impact on user satisfaction in the IAIN Kediri Library. The theory used is librarian communication and user satisfaction. Using a qualitative approach, this study resulted in the conclusion that the form of communication of IAIN Kediri librarians was very good and had a good impact on users. The majority of users feel that librarians are always fast and responsive in assisting students in finding information in the library, librarians prioritize the interests of students who need help, librarians are willing and patient in serving students, librarians do circulation services well, and librarians provide services according to the promised time

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the leadership of school principals in improving human resource management in order to create quality Islamic educational institutions. The research method used is a qualitative method with a library research approach by collecting books, journals, and previous research results that support the research theme, including literature on leadership which includes the leadership role of school principals, improvement of human resources, and quality Islamic educational institutions. The results of this study indicate that the principal's leadership is the most important and urgent variable in improving quality human resources and Islamic educational institutions. Improving the quality of good human resources needs to be carried out by school principals through existing activities in management functions, namely by carrying out planning, organizing, directing, and supervising all tasks that have been given to all school members, so that it will produce a good performance. and will be able to realize the vision, mission, and goals of Islamic educational institutions. For this reason, for the sake of improving its quality, Islamic educational institutions need to be assisted, defended and fought for in order to be able to live and develop in this modern era.

Abstract

In the implementation of learning and education, facilities and infrastructure are very important. The existence of management of facilities and infrastructure in educational institutions will be maintained and its use clear. If the existing facilities and infrastructure are inadequate, the implementation of the learning process in schools can be hampered and not run well. Vice versa, if the facilities and infrastructure are complete and supportive, they will be able to facilitate the learning process, because complete facilities and infrastructure will provide variations in the learning process. This study aims to determine how the management of facilities and infrastructure in improving the quality of learning at the Madrasah Tsanawiyah Ibnu Sina Karawang. It is carried out with a qualitative descriptive approach which is carried out by analyzing, describing, and summarizing various conditions obtained from a collection of information obtained from field interviews or direct observations regarding the problem in question. In managing facilities and infrastructure, MTs Ibnu Sina Karawang has implemented planning, procurement, and management of facilities and infrastructure. However, the condition of the facilities and infrastructure at MTs Ibnu Sina Karawang is still very minimal, with the condition of the rooms being lightly damaged and some heavily damaged, there is a leaky classroom roof, there is no library and laboratory space and the condition of the benches and tables are damaged. This is because there are still limited funds and budgets, and the number of students can be considered quite small. the existing funds are not sufficient to cover the costs in the management of facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

This study examines and analyzes the Management of the Learning Process at PKBM RA Mardhotillah Karawang. PKBM itself can be categorized as a non-formal education unit that provides educational services such as formal education. So that it fulfills the prerequisites in carrying out the learning process at PKBM RA Abata Mardhotillah Karawang. The research method used is the descriptive qualitative research method. And this data collection technique uses interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The results of this study indicate that the management of the PKBM RA Abata Mardhotillah Karawang learning process has shown systematic governance, this is evidenced by a number of learning programs implemented in the annual program plan and the preparation of daily implementation schedules.

Abstract

Implementation of guidance and counseling service activities in schools begins with needs assessment, program planning (RPL), activity implementation, evaluation, analysis, activity reports, and follow-up on service results. The problems that are often experienced by students are about their own personality and family background so that they have an impact on the teaching and learning process at school and affect their peers, with diverse family backgrounds, BK teachers are very productive in handling students at school to call their parents to follow up, it is very necessary for the role of parents who must always pay attention to the development of children from an early age so that it does not have a negative impact on the learning process. Abstract

The school headmaster is one of the factors in encouraging the school to reach its vision, mission, aim and target through the planned and implemented program. The aim of the study is to know the leadership of the headmaster of the school in improving the teachers’ commitment, work motivation, and obstacles experienced by the school headmaster in improving the teachers’ performance at MTs Al-I'anah. The study used the descriptive method. The data collection techniques were observations, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of this research were the headmaster of the school and the teachers of MTs Al-I'anah. The data analysis of this qualitative analysis shows that: (1) The leadership of the headmaster of the school in improving working commitment is thought empowerment of the training teacher in accordance with their field, class supervision evaluation and interns routinely madrasah supervision, and give reward to outstanding teacher; (2) The school headmaster leadership in improving work motivation is through professionalism work guiding, evaluate the teacher learning program, consensus agreement in time discipline, and intern cooperation with thie school headmaster and guiding teachers; (3) The headmaster leadership in improving discipline is through applying self discipline of school headmaster in order to be followed by teachers as the discipline being conducted by the school headmaster in fully self awareness without any coercion; (4) The obstacles faced by the school headmaster in improving the teacher performance is because of time restriction in carrying out classroom supervision, guiding professional teachers and evaluate the teachers teaching-learning process, as well as restricted fund allocation in MTs Al-I'anah.

Abstract

Sapta Sila text is a gist of serat Sastra Gendhing wich contains the concept of leadership from the famous figure namely Sultan Agung Hanyakrakusuma who is the third king of Mataram Islam Kingdom. This serat in Pagar Nusa Padepokan Jabalahad was introduced by the caregiver of Padepokan Jabalahad, Gus Iman Widodo. This researh are expected to provide an introduction that the values and philophy of Javanese still relevant to be used as a guide of life especially for Javanese people. One of Javanese leader who need to be imitated is Sultan Agung Hanyakrakusuma by knowing his principle of leadership wich is used as a refference for the formation of Sapta Sila. This Sapta Sila was pledged by Pagar Nusa Padepokan Jabalahad when they were appointmen to be a new members or to be a senior. This research uses a literature study method were the research makes library documents as a primary sources by using discriptive approach to provide an overview of an event in a cotext. This study uses a book entitled “Serat Sastra Ghending : Warisan Spiritual Sultan Agung yang Berguna untuk Memandu Olah Pikir dan Olah Dzikir” by Partini (2008) and a research by Ghulam Abdurrahman entitled “Nilai – Nilai Pendidikan Akhlak dalam Teks Sapta Sila Pencak Silat Nahdlatul Ulama (PSNU) Pagar Nusa” as a primary source. Based on this study, shows that there are seven leadership concepts in Sapta Sila Pencak Silat Pagar Nusa Padepokan Jabalahad namely : Swadana Maharjeng Tursita, Bahni Bahna Amurbeng Jurit, Rukti Setya Garba Rukmi, Sripandanyasih Krami, Galugana Hasta, Stiranggana Cita, Smara Bhuni Adi Manggala. This concept demand that Pagar Nusa Padepokan Jabalahad not only active in the world of pencak silat but to be able to keep a vows in the Sapta Sila and practice it in their daily lives. There are seven values of a leadership contained in Sapta Sila, including the religious value that embodied in the Sapta Sila number four; Visionary on the third and sixth precepts, morals on the first and second precepts; Teladan in second and seventh precpets; wisdom on the second; fifth and sixth precepts; integrity in the first and seventh precepts; and Reponsibility in the first and second precepts.

Abstract

This article discusses the Management of Classes during the Covid 19 Pandemic at MTs Sabilul Hasanah Banyuasin. With the main problem being the source of the problem, as we know that to achieve the learning objectives good Class Management is needed, but in the current situation due to the Covid 19 pandemic, not all schools implement face-to-face learning policies but online, the authors found in schools MTs Pondok Pesantren Sabilul Hasanah applies a face-to-face learning policy but in accordance with existing health protocol procedures. In this study, the author uses qualitative descriptive research. The data collection techniques in this study were through observation, interviews, and documentation. While the techniques used in data analysis are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions, so that the data can be known well, and for the validity of the data using triangulation. The results showed that the implementation of class management during the covid 19 pandemic at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Sabilul Hasanah had been carried out well, in the implementation of class management activities it was divided into two, namely student arrangements including behavior, discipline, passion for learning, group dynamics and facility arrangements. including ventilation, lighting, comfort, seating, and student placement. From the two arrangements for class management activities, he has done well. And as for the requirements for the implementation of face-to-face learning during the COVID-19 pandemic in accordance with the health protocol, it has met the requirements that have been set.
