Abstract

In essence management serves to carry out all activities that need to be carried out in order to achieve the best goals in an organization. Thus, to achieve a good goal, it must be in accordance with the guidance of Islam. Where the Qur'an becomes a guide in this life. So that the concept of management in the verses of the Qur'an can achieve a goal that is desired by the organization. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach to the type of library research in which researchers examine and analyze the interpretation of Qur'anic verses related to the concept of management. So it can be concluded that the concept of management in the verses of the Qur'an has two meanings namely At-Tadbir (arrangement) and Ar-Rabbu (ruler).

Abstract

Public relations management serves as an informer as well as an intermediary between educational institutions and the community that can be done with publication activities. Even in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic, public relations managers must be able to publish appropriately and use appropriate media as well. This research aims to find out the use of social media as a public relations management publication media to increase public participation in the development of educational institutions in the pandemic era. The method used in the preparation of this article is a qualitative descriptive research method, which is a research method that uses qualitative data and is described descriptively, data obtained from the literature study of various sources and analyzed with qualitative data analysis. The results showed that social media is one of the appropriate publication media used by public relations management to increase public participation in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic, where various activities carried out are directly restricted by the government.

Abstract

This research is entitled Implementation of New Student (PPDB) in Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Pradigma Palembang. This research uses descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it was analyzed using Sandu Siyoto's opinion which consisted of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that first, the PPDB implementation process went quite well, it's just that in the promotion of new students, they did not use brochures or social media such as Instagram and YouTube, as well as the school's official website. The promotion process itself has not been conveyed to the public because as a promotional tool such as social media it has not been fully created, an example that is widely used is Youtube, we see now that the era is getting more advanced, of course MA Paradigma must have a Youtube, Instagram, Facebook account and so on. Second, the supporting factors in the implementation of new student recruitment are alumni, strategic school locations, teacher quality and extracurricular activities. While the inhibiting factors in the implementation of new student recruitment are alternative schools, inadequate facilities and infrastructure, building development that is not possible, and status as a private school.

Abstract

This research is entitled “The Role of School Committees in Improving the Quality of Facilities and Infrastructure at MTs Mambaul Ulum Musi Banyuasin". The main objectives to be achieved through this research are: (1) to determine the role of the school committee in improving the quality of facilities and infrastructure at MTs Mambaul Ulum Musi Banyuasin, (2) to determine the factors supporting and inhibiting the role of school committees in improving the quality of facilities and infrastructure at MTs Mambaul Ulum Musi Banyuasin. In this study using a qualitative approach. In the process of collecting data, the author uses the method of interview, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that: First, the role of the school committee in improving the quality of facilities and infrastructure at MTs Mambaul Ulum, includes: (1) as an advisory agency: the MTs Mambaul Ulum committee as a partner of the principal has given its considerations in every plan and programs that have been prepared by the school. (2) as a supporting agency, the role of the school committee as a supporting body for efforts to improve the quality of facilities and infrastructure at MTs Mambaul Ulum, can be in the form of financial support, energy, and mental support. For example, the committee helped build school facilities and infrastructure. (3) as the controlling agency, the school committee at MTs Mambaul Ulum controls or supervises the principal's decision-making or education planning in schools. (4) as a mediator (executive) the school committee as a liaison or mediator between the government, school parents and the community means that the aspirations of parents and the community or there is delivery of the school to the parents of students are all through the school committee. Second: The quality of facilities and infrastructure at MTs Mambaul Ulum is adequate and decent.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the forms of changes in the management of learning of basic education institutions in Mojokerto Regency in the Covid-19 pandemic and their backgrounds. The research is carried out qualitatively with a double case study approach. Based on the results of the study can conclude that the situation and conditions of the Covid-19 pandemic have changed the management of learning at MI Hidayatul Mubtadi'in and in Nurul Islam Elementary School, which was originally implemented face-to-face in classrooms, turned into online learning. At MI Hidayatul Mubtadi'in, online learning is carried out for key subjects. As for face-to-face learning directly still carried out for the learning of the Qur'an and the development of morals and ubudiyah activities because it cannot be replaced with other learning such as online learning and the like. Meanwhile, in Nurul Islam Elementary School, learning using semi-online and semi-offline systems is carried out for the learning of major subjects. As for the learning of the Qur'an and ubudiyah-yaumiyah activities are not carried out systematically in school. But it is only done simply by handing over more management to the parents of students.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze (1) How is the hifdzil jadid learning strategy in improving the memorization quality of students in PPTQ Lubabul Fattah and PP Bustanu Usyaqil Qur'an Tulungagung? Fattah and PP Bustanu Usyaqil Qur'an Tulungagung ?, and (3) What is the strategy of muraja'ah hifdzil qadim in improving the memorization quality of students in PPTQ Lubabul Fattah and PP Bustanu Usyaqil Qur'an Tulungagung ?. This research method uses qualitative research with a phenomenological approach and the type of research is field research. Collecting data using interviews, non-participant observation, and documentation. The results showed that (1) the hifdzil jadid learning strategy in improving the quality of memorizing students was memorizing using the tahfidz method, and using the talaqqi method, (2) the muroja'ah hifdzil jadid strategy in improving the quality of students' memorization was muroja'ah using the takrir method. , sorogan muroja'ah using the talaqqi method, holding mudarosah activities with sima'an among students, (3) the muroja'ah hifdzil qodim strategy in improving the memorization quality of students is independent muroja'ah using the takrir method, sorogan muroja'ah hifdzil qodim with the method talaqqi, sema'an routine and evaluation.

Abstract

The long journey of Islamic education that has grown to date is strongly influenced by the thoughts of its driving figures in implementing the existing learning system in the educational institutions they develop. The thoughts of the education driving figures are driven by the intersection between the socio-cultural realities faced by these figures with the religious thoughts they profess, namely Islam. With the literature study method, this study aims to identify the schools in Islamic educational philosophy, the purpose of this research is to find out the construction of Islamic thought, especially Muslim philosophers about education, because we know that education is a human way of life. The results of this research can later be used as a philosophical foundation for every educational practitioner. In the results of this study found the schools of Islamic education philosophy, namely 1) al-muhafid 2) Al-Diniy Al-Aqlaniy and 3) al-dzara'iy. In addition to finding the schools in Islamic educational philosophy, this study also finds the implications of these schools with the development of Islamic education curriculum. The pattern of development of Islamic education in the perspective of the al-Muhafidz school only has an orientation to form students who are aware of the hereafter, in contrast to the Al-Diniy Al-Aqlaniy school, in addition to being oriented towards the sciences of the hereafter, in its educational development this school also integrates religious education and natural education. and arithmetic. Abstract

In this study to find out the role of the Principal in improving the effectiveness of teacher work in SMP Negeri 9 Talang Ubi Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir District of South Sumatra Province and know the obstacles faced by the Principal in improving the effectiveness of teacher work in SMP Negeri 9 Talang Ubi. The focus of this research is the Role of the Principal including the Principal as Education Supervisor, Principal as Leader (Leader), Principal as Administrator, as well as the obstacles faced by the Principal in improving the effectiveness of work and quality of teacher resources. Primary data sources in the study included the Deputy Principal, teachers, the School Committee, and the parents of students, and students. Data collection techniques use three ways: observation, interview, and documentation. Data is analyzed using the Interactive Qualitative Data Analysis model. The results of the study showed that the principal of State Junior High School 9 Talang Ubi has carried out his role as administrator, supervisor, and leader well and the obstacles faced by the principal in improving the effectiveness of teacher work and human resources, namely unspent school facilities and infrastructure and incomplete human resources. The principal is an education leader who has a very large task and role in developing the quality of education in schools, the development of the spirit of work, harmonious cooperation on education.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the sorogan method is used to understand the science of tajwids. Using qualitative approaches and case studies, research that takes the research objects of students of class V MI Darussalamah Sumbersari, Kepung, Kediri results in the conclusion that the sorogan method is an effective method in the subjects of the Qur'an in class V MI Darussalamah. With this method the achievement of learning outcomes is very maximal and satisfactory. The advantage of the sorogan method is that the teacher can know exactly the quality that has been achieved by students. While the shortcomings of the sorogan method are inefficient because it only faces a few students (no more than 5 people), so if facing many students this method is less precise.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the management of character education in schools from an Islamic perspective. The research method used is a qualitative method with a library research approach. The results of this study indicate that character education has a higher meaning than moral education, therefore character education not only teaches right and wrong, but at the same time instills habits (habituation) about good so that students become aware, able to feel, and want to do what is good. In the Islamic view, that character is called morals. Components of moral education or personality include: knowledge, attitudes, and behavior and are identical with the teachings of Islam itself which are sourced from the Qur'an and al-Hadith. Thus, it can be stated that the Islamic perspective of character education is a system of behavior that is required in the Islamic religion as stipulated through the Qur'an and al-Hadith Rasulullah saw. Implementation of character education in Islam according to the hadith of the Messenger of Allah, can be classified in 6 stages, namely: 1) Tawhid (starting from 0-2 years); 2) Adab (5-6 years); 3) Self-responsibility (7-8 years); 4) Caring-Caring (9-10 years); 5) Independence (11-12 years), and 6) Community (13 years and above).
