Abstract

Projection media is a media that can be used with the help of a projector. This media is a visual medium. It is said to be a viual media because it can visualize an object with its real form. This media is very helpful in providing a learning material that will be conveyed to students. With this projection media, it is hoped that students will find it easier to understand the material presented by the teacher. This disampin also helps teachers to explore their potential to be more creative and innovative in designing instructional media. From research at MTs Taufiqiyatul Asna Buka'an Keling Kepung Kediri Regency, it is applied quite well, and also maximally in the use of existing media such as blackboard media, LKS books, textbooks, props, projector media, computer labs and LCDs that are already available . The subject of Al Qur'an Hadith has a very broad subject matter and material so that learning media is needed in the teaching and learning process so that students do not get bored and tired of listening to teacher explanations with the lecture method without the help of learning / learning media. Al Qur'an Hadith is a field of study that uses a lot of learning media. Whether the available media is complete or not can affect the teaching and learning process, it can even become an obstacle in achieving learning / learning objectives. While the inhibiting factor is that teachers who are old cannot operate existing media except books and blackboards, and students also lack mastery in technology and information sciences.

Abstract

Islamic education received a lot of criticism from various groups both from the practice of education in general, but all parties agreed, both from the stakeholders' stakeholders, that the education of a nation would determine the destiny of the nation and the nation going forward. Because this is what will determine and contribute to education and culture in the future. A very well-known theory, namely the theory of life choices (real life choices) teaches that, humans throughout their lives always make choices in accordance with the circumstances they experienced. Take alternative choices if possible can be used in appropriate conditions, so that they can be used as well as possible. As education practitioners in the level of Islamic teachings, it is important to base a decision on the two best guidelines, namely the Qur'an and Hadith, this article will discuss decision making in the Qur'an and Hadith. Conclusion from paper are: 1) Decision making is an action of a leader in taking the most accurate alternative according to some alternative choices in front of him. 2) The role of a leader is very important for decision making in any situation and condition, so that it can lead to a better direction in an organization 3) Priority that must be prioritized for a leader towards decision making is the principle of the interests of the people above the interests of themselves or groups. 4) In decision making, it should be based on the teachings in the Qur'an and Hadith. A part from the value of “kebarokahan” obtained from him.

Abstract

Educational institutions entering the industrial era 4.0 are required to produce a generation of the nation's children who are knowledgeable, able to think critically, innovate, use information and communication technology as well as daily experiences in society as the core of learning. In practice, many universities have not specially prepared their students for the challenges of the industrial era 4.0, through the lessons they have designed. Based on this thought, the researcher wants to develop a Problem Based Learning learning model assisted by the Piss KTB application. The problem based learning model assisted by the PISS KTB application is included in the category of valid learning models and can be applied in the PAI student class, especially in fiqh subjects. The following are some of the requirements that must be fulfilled: 1. There is an internet network that can be accessed by students and lecturers. 2. Students have cellphones / laptops that have the PISS KTB application installed. 3. Lecturers are able to operate the PISS KTB application, 4. Lecturers are able to understand Arabic texts. While the effectiveness of the problem based learning model is very visible, it is proven by the increasing in student learning outcomes.

Abstract

The role of the principal is very important in the process of continuity and success of an educational institution. The principal needed is the one who can make decisions in various problems that exist in the school environment he leads. Leadership is not limited by gender, as both men and women have the same potential in leading. Therefore, this article aims to find out 1) female leadership gender perspective. 2) Leadership model in a new era. This research method is literature study research and in the collection of data researchers review articles. From the results of the research conducted, the results of the study are: (1) Leadership style can be influenced by gender roles, where gender roles can be categorized into masculine and feminine types. Many equate gender with gender, namely male gender for masculine and feminine for the female gender. (2) Female principal leadership can realize effective leadership because it has excellent and creates effectiveness. Women put more pressure on transformational leadership styles and feminism that involve the participation or views of subordinates as well as others, motivation, and power. A leadership figure that is by era 4.0 where women's leadership needs to act as (1) community-based educational leadership, (2) character-based educational leadership and (3) emotional intelligence in controlling conflict.

Abstract

The style or manner of a principal in his capacity as a leader will determine the success of improving the performance of teachers under his leadership. The purpose of this study was to obtain data on the principal's leadership style in improving teacher performance. Through a qualitative approach with descriptive methods, data collection techniques were carried out through a literature review consisting of 6 relevant articles regarding the influence of leadership style on teacher performance. The results found applying an instructive leadership style (telling) in improving discipline, (2) principals applying a consultative leadership style (selling) in increasing teacher work motivation, (3) principals applying a delegating leadership style (delegating) in increasing teacher responsibility, and the authoritarian leadership style is one of the leadership styles that is implied in order to improve teacher discipline so as to produce good performance and increase the teacher's sense of responsibility in learning. It is recommended that the principal can apply a better or varied leadership style so that the desired goals can be achieved properly and maximally.

Abstract

Science learning have a important role in the formation of human character, one of which is through scientific thinking skills and habits that can be used as material on build morals, character and morals to underlie national education on character building. Science learning serves as a benchmark approach to build a person’s character in building a personality in himself. This study aims to understand the concept of character education from a hadits perspective through a contextual and non-contextual understanding study. Data were collected from various referensces which were analyzed with an approach through the understanding of a core analysis. The research showed the results that the hadits studied in this study contained the patterns or behavior of human life. Character education will be seen more clearly with the hadits of the Prophet, especially those containing character education so that the quantuty of hadits and character requires Muslim scholars to take advantage of character education sourced from the Qur’an and hadits. The Qur’an and hadits of the Prophet can be applied through several aspects of their foundation and scope. Related to cases of rampant crime that befell the world of education in Indonesia. We as students must able to neutralize this problem through a syar’I review which refers to the hadits of the Prophet Muhammad in the Qur’an.

Abstract

The increase in the use of social media during the Covid-19 period allows it to reduce the social sense of the community in the educational environment. So school principals have a tough task how to manage school units by implementing good education administration in the post-Covid-19 era. So the purpose of this paper is to examine various kinds of literature (books, journals) on how education administration is integrated with social intelligence from an Islamic perspective in order to find a good concept of maintaining public relations in the school environment after the pandemic. The results show that ; 1) Social intelligence from an Islamic perspective that can be integrated such as compassion for fellow human beings, sincerity, kindness, helping others, and friendship with fellow human beings; 2) The way the principal interacts must be based on indicators of social intelligence from an Islamic perspective (compassion for fellow human beings, sincerity, kindness, helping others, and friendship with fellow humans). The implementation of administration that is integrated with social intelligence from an Islamic perspective is not only to improve good relations between humans (Hablum Minannas), but also to seek the pleasure of Allah SWT (Hablum Minallah).

Abstract

Tematik lessons require a real understanding of various situations in the surrounding environment or society. For teachers, understanding the nature of Tematik certainly has a major contribution to make the Tematic learning process more meaningful. Seeing the presentation of the problems that occurred at MI Darussalam Pikatan, for this reason the researchers tried to conduct a classroom action research entitled "Application of Think Pair and Share Type Cooperative Learning Strategies to Improve Learning Outcomes for Fourth Grade Tematik Subjects at MI Darussalam Pikatan Wonodadi Blitar in the 2019 Academic Year /2020” to prove that the think pair and share (TPS) type of cooperative learning strategy can improve students' understanding of Tematic concepts and also achieve learning instructional goals. After the second cycle, the final test results obtained the average score of students was 84.48. From the results of the final test of the second cycle, student learning outcomes have increased when compared to the results of the final test of the first cycle, which is 71.36. From the formative test data II, it is known that 29 students have obtained a score of 75 and 4 students have not met the minimum completeness criteria, so the percentage of learning completeness in cycle II is 87.88%, which means that the percentage of student learning mastery has met the predetermined completeness criteria, namely 75%. Learning strategies play an important role in teaching and learning activities. The application of learning strategies that are in accordance with the curriculum and student characteristics can make students active in participating in learning activities. So that it can improve the quality of learning

Abstract

At this time the world has been shocked by the plague that affects all levels of society, in this case the world of education has the most real impact. The world of education, especially universities where students are very active are forced to study independently from home so that there are many complaints and other negative impacts. In order the lecture also have many problems faced these new method on learning from home. Here the researcher teaches English, EFL instruction shows different paradigm during Covid-19 Pandemic. Face to face or conventional English study club classroom sessions in University has transformed into Learn from Home (LFH). In addition, The Ministry of Education and Culture has issued a circular Number 15 in 2020 to regulate LFH in a response to the raise of Covid- 19 sufferers and victims. This study was to describe challenges faced by the lecturer and students of university in online TEFL, especially for the second grade of university students of STITM Ngawi. This was a case study by means of direct observation towards online English club classroom sessions implementing in a rural public university level in Mantingan regency, East Java province, Indonesia; documentations on their works and projects; and interview. The result shows that the challenges are students’ economic background affecting their readiness in preparing gadgets and quota to get involved in online learning, internet connection, time, supplementary materials, and heterogeneous students’ capability.

Abstract

Leadership is a conscious effort made by a person (leader) to be able to realize the goals of the organization through others by providing motivation so that others will carry it out, and therefore there is a need for a balance between the individual needs of the implementers. A leader must understand and understand the basics of leadership in order to be a leader, both in a small sphere, such as families, discussion leaders, etc. and leaders in large scopes such as organizational leaders, religious leaders, state leaders and so on. But there are several factors of leadership emergence: first, situation and condition factors; second, the capability factor; third, hereditary factors; fourth, the lifting factor; fifth, the importance factor. In the world of education, the Principal in developing character education plays an important and crucial role because it becomes a policy determinant and director in the implementation of character education in schools. As the implementation of the president's policy on character education in various agencies and thoroughly in the life of the nation and the state, as educators and school leaders must participate in realizing the nation's children with character. To get clear data, the authors used observation methods, documentation and interviews. While this type of research is field research using qualitative approach. The object of the research is the Principal Leadership Strategy in Developing Character Education for Students at SMK Ma'arif NU Pare. The subjects of this study were the principals of SMK Ma'arif NU Pare, Teachers, and also Students.
