Abstract

Abstract In executing a project, it is essential to maintain control to address any deviations, ensuring the project remains on schedule. Consequently, oversight and control measures must be implemented across all areas, particularly in terms of time and cost management. The Palembang City Wastewater Treatment Plant Network Project faced delays in its field operations, leading to discrepancies from the original timeline. In this context, the author will evaluate cost and time management using the Earned Value Analysis (EVA) method to assess performance and estimate the total cost and time needed for project completion, considering the delays. The EVA method serves as a comprehensive approach to manage project costs and schedules. The key parameters for this analysis are SEAC and BEAC. The SEAC indicates the projected duration necessary to complete the project, estimated at 918 days, while the BEAC reflects the total estimated cost for completion, amounting to Rp 210,078,454,167.97. The project's performance, evaluated through cost and time metrics via Earned Value Analysis, revealed unsatisfactory cost performance, as indicated by a negative CV value at the 25th month, the conclusion of the study, and a CPI of less than 1. This signifies that actual costs have exceeded planned costs, with negative SV and an SPI of less than 1, pointing to delays in the project. Keywords— Earned Value Analysis (EVA), Control, Cost, Time.

Abstract

Meulaboh City as the center of the district capital in West Aceh certainly cannot be separated from problems in the field of transportation, especially at the crossroads. Increased population mobilization is a support for the community in carrying out various activities, to improve the economy. Meulaboh is one of the CBD (Central Business District) areas in West Aceh district, this causes the need for a signaling intersection evaluation. The problems considered in this study are what factors affect the performance of range intersections, what are alternative solutions to improve range intersection performance. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that affect the performance of the Range intersection, and devise alternatives or solutions to improve the performance of the Range intersection in accordance with the physical conditions and needs of the local community, the method used in this study is MKJI 1997. Based on the results of the calculation analysis, the traffic flow volume of Manekroo road is 3856 junior high school / hour with a capacity of 1843.87 junior high school / hour, Imam Bonjol street 4229 junior high school / hour with a capacity of 1167.35, Gajah Mada street 6221 junior high school / hour with a capacity of 5638.91 junior high school / hour, Sisingamangaraja street 4157 junior high school / hour with a capacity of 3248.08 junior high school / hour. Based on the calculation of the cycle time adjusted for -3 seconds, this means that the intersection has entered saturation, which is marked by a high average intersection delay value of 891.58 stops/smp/sec with an average saturation degree value in each short of 2.02 much higher than the MKJI 1997 provision of 0.85. After changing the phase from 4 phases to 3 phases, the initial green phase still gets a DS value that is not better / better. After the calculation analysis is complete, the next mapping will be carried out at the Meulaboh Range intersection in West Aceh using the Geographic Information System (ArcGIS).

Abstract

Abstract               Inadequate road infrastructure will affect the safety of road users. So it is necessary to have road conditions that meet regulatory standards. This supervision is carried out to manage road assets for safety. Surveillance is carried out along Jalan Yonif 407-Tugu 0 KM Slawi II. This research aims to present the results of quantitative and qualitative surveys based on measurements of safety deficiencies in the field so that they can become a reference for making improvements. Data and information collection as well as inventory of existing data is then carried out on the data and by comparing using standards according to existing regulations and standards. The survey results obtained data on road equipment, IRI values, volume, speed and degree of saturation. and the condition of existing road equipment, as well as the 85th percentile speed. From the analysis results obtained, road conditions still have many deficiencies. The road equipment on this road is still incomplete and many road equipment are damaged. The condition of the road surface is still in the good category, it's just that there are several road sections that have lots of patches, cracks and holes. Level of services C which means stable flow but vehicle movement is controlled by a higher traffic volume with a speed of at least 60 km/h, moderate traffic density and increased internal traffic resistance, drivers have limitations in choosing speed, changing lanes or overtaking. Therefore, improvements are needed to create road safety. Keywords—volume, safety, road equipment

Abstract

Concrete compressive strength analysis is an important step in the design and manufacture of quality concrete. Selecting the right quality local aggregates, and conducting accurate aggregate testing, can optimise the strength of the concrete produced. In Hilisalo'o Village, Sitolu Ori Sub-district, there are many local aggregates in the form of stone and sand. This study aims to determine the compressive strength value of concrete using local aggregates in Bogali River, Hilisalo'o Village, Sitolu Ori Subdistrict. The method used in this research is experimental research. Based on the results of the 14-day-old concrete compressive strength test, the compressive strength value of concrete using local aggregates in Bogali River, Hilisalo'o Village, Sitolu Ori Subdistrict has a different average compressive value based on the working method, namely material (sand, gravel, cement, and water) without control (unwashed material) has a compressive strength value of 119.07 kg/cm2 (K-119 or 9.88 Mpa), material (sand, gravel, cement, and water) with control (washed material) has a compressive strength value of 180.48 kg/cm2 (K-180 or 14.98 Mpa) material (sand, crushed stone, cement, and water) without control (unwashed material) has a compressive strength value of 167.30 kg/cm2 (K-167 or 13.89 Mpa), and material (sand, crushed stone, cement, and water) with control (washed material) of 209.83 kg/cm2 (K-209 or 17.42 Mpa).  The results of the compressive strength test show that the materials (sand, gravel, cement and water) with the contract.

Abstract

As urban populations grow, additional housing is urgently needed. The development of housing infrastructure is therefore crucial to supporting the community's daily activities. The Pasar Jumat High-Rise Apartment Development Project (RSNTT18-01) is located on Jalan Sapta Taruna Raya in Lebak Bulus, South Jakarta. One area worked on is the foundation. A foundation is defined as a construction at the base of a structure or building that transfers the load from the upper part of the structure or building to the soil layer below. Every foundation must be able to support loads up to a predetermined safety limit. This study aims to determine the bearing capacity of the piles that can withstand these loads. The RSNTT18-01 project uses a bored pile foundation. The bearing capacity of a bored pile foundation is calculated using bored  Penetration Test (SPT) data. According to the research, the bearing capacity of a bored pile at a depth of 12 meters is 3,8× N, with a structural load (Pu) equal to 6.5647 x 109 N, then one pile cap requires 18 piles.

Abstract

Road infrastructure development projects are dynamic and inherently inherently risky, both small and large-scale. Each project faces different risks and can impact its implementation. Therefore, risk assessment is essential to identify potential risks and mitigate potential negative impacts. The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of risk on time (risk severity) in the implementation of road infrastructure projects in Aceh Province in 2021. The method used was a time-risk impact analysis method, with primary research sources obtained from questionnaire responses and secondary data obtained from literature studies. The respondents were from contractor companies, including: Directors (directors/deputy directors), Project Managers/Field Managers, and Engineers. Instrument validity and reliability tests were conducted in previous studies, while data processing was performed using descriptive statistical analysis and Severity Index (SI) analysis. The results of this study are expected to determine the impact of risk on time and the dominant variables in the implementation of road infrastructure development projects in Aceh Province.
