Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menyebarkan 100 kuesioner berisi persepsi dan harapan para pengguna jasa Stasiun Rejosari untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pengguna jasa Stasiun Rejosari. Analisis tingkat kepuasan pengguna jasa Stasiun Rejosari dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode ServQual dengan 5 dimensi Service Quality yaitu tangible, reliability, assurance, responsiveness, dan empathy.Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan dan analisis perdimensi dapat diketahui bahwa dimensi Reliability menempati rangking pertama dengan nilai skor -0.255, kemudian dimensi Tangibles menempati rangking kedua dengan skor -0.1744, rangking ketiga dan keempat yaitu Assurance dengan skor -0.12 dan Responsiveness dengan skor -0.02, dan rangking terakhir adalah dimensi Emphaty dengan skor 0.01. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kriteria-kriteria dalam dimensi Reliability perlu atau lebih diprioritaskan untuk dilakukan peningkatan. Sedangkan jika dilihat dari keseluruhan nilai GAP negatif berarti apa yang diharapkan pengguna jasa belum sesuai dengan apa yang diperoleh pengguna jasa dan perlu ada perbaikan pelayanan yang nantinya akan dapat meningkatkan daya tarik pengguna jasa untuk memakai jasa layanan Stasiun Rejosari.

Abstract

The movement of the flow of people, vehicles and goods results in a variety of interactions. Almost all interactions require travel and produce traffic flow movements. One of them is the shopping movement that has several alternative destinations including traditional markets, supermarkets, department stores, plazas, malls and so on. Currently department stores are the right alternative - for consumers because there are various human needs available. In Lampung Transmart Carrefour Mall provides a parking area on one basement floor with a car park capacity of approximately 150 vehicles and added parking capacity in the area around the mall for cars and motorbikes that cannot fully accommodate the vehicles of visitors who come to visit due to the attraction of the mall facilities. Data retrieval is done by means of questionnaire surveys on weekdays and weekends, namely surveys of visitor attraction coming from Lampung Transmart Carrefour Mall. The data processing method used the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (PSPP) Program, and analysis using multiple regression analysis. Visitors who come on weekday with an average of 10,140 people, and on weekends the most 26,367 people per day. In this travel attraction, the fac - tors that influence are the Visitor Origin Factor (X1), the Vehicle Parking Location Factor (X4), and the Factors of Visiting the Mall (X5). Abstract

Bakauheni Port, located in Lampung Province, is the ferry ports serving ships from Sumatra Island heading to Java Island or vice versa. In general case, the problem of service performance often encounteres in port operations. Ineffective management of the port is one of the obstacles in service. The queue system of waiting ships during docking activity is one of the result of ineffective management of the ports operations. The purpose of this study was to calculate the time taken by ship in maneuvering, raise and drop off passengers at the Pier I of the Bakauheni Port. The research was conducted by surveys at dock I of the Bakauheni Port during the normal condition. Data were analysed so as to know the operational time required for loading and unloading ships and maneuver. Based on data analysis, it can be concluded that the headway value of each ship operating at Pier I is: Suki 59,50 minutes, BSP I 56,45 minutes, Mustika Kencana 50,13 minutes, HM Baruna 53,64 minutes, Jatra 2 45,91 minutes, 45,91 minutes and Shalem 44,97 minutes. The average headway of the ships at Pier I was 51,77 minutes. From the value, it shows the operating in Pier I Bakauheni Port has already reached optimum due to total time needed less than the time determined by Bakauheni Port with a total  24 ship trip in Pier I.

Abstract

Pelabuhan Bakauheni merupakan salah satu pelabuhan di Indonesia yang berlokasi di kecamatan Bakauheni, Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Penggunaan transportasi berbasis jalan rel dirasakan sangat efektif dan efisien dalam melayani tingginya tuntutan kebutuhan pergerakan dikarenakan transportasi berbasis jalan rel memiliki kapasitas dan kecepatan yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan transportasi berbasis jalan raya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan mendesain geometri jalan rel Bakauheni-Sidomulyo dan mendesain drainase jalan rel. Geometri jalan rel didesain berdasarkan pada beban lintas yang merupakan turunan dari jumlah demand angkutan eksiting dan tipe kereta yang melintasinya dengan mempertimbangkan faktor keamanan, kenyamanan, ekonomi dan lingkungan. Pada perancangan jalan rel ini menggunakan jalan rel dengan kelas jalan I dengan double track dan lebar sepur 1435mm sepanjang 39,173 km. Jalan rel ini direncanakan dengan 7 lengkung horisontal (dengan jari-jari 1400m) yang menggunakan tipe lengkung Spiral Circle Spiral (SCS) dan 6 lengkung vertikal (dengan jari-jari minimum 15736,5 m). Struktur jalan rel ini terdiri dari rel R60, penambat elastic ganda, bantalan beton, tebal balas 30 cm dan sub balas 30 cm. Drainase samping di buat seragam dengan bentuk segi empat dengan dimensi lebar x tinggi yaitu 50 x 30 cm, tinggi jagaan 38,7 cm. Penampang gorong-gorong yang digunakan berbentuk lingkaran dengan diameter seragam sebesar 0,60m.

Abstract

As technology continues to advance and Indonesia's population experiences rapid growth, transportation is also progressing. The train is a mode of transportation designed to carry passengers and goods, whether in small or large quantities, over long distances. Trains are one efficient modes of land transportation. This research located along Tarahan Bakauheni route, with the shortest straight distance spanning 50 km. The data used for the design of this railway track includes Passenger Data from Bakauheni Port, Coal Cargo Data, Topography Data, and other supporting data. The planning phase is carried out using regulations such as Ministerial Regulation No. 60 of 2012, PD 10, and other relevant rules. In the railway design, used is Class I with a track gauge of 1067 mm. The Horizontal Alignment planning for the route involves 42 curves with the SCS type, where each curve has a radius of 850m, a track elevation of 79.023 mm, and a transition curve length of 94.828 m. Class I railway has a maximum ruling gradient of 10‰ and includes 18 vertical curves with a radius of 8000m. The structure of the railway uses R60 type rails with concrete sleepers and employs double elastic fasteners of the Pandrol Fastclip type.

Abstract

The Commuter Line is a train service that serves short routes within or between cities, mainly for daily commuters in urban areas. Launched on February 10, 2021 to replace KRD Prameks, KRL Jogja-Solo aims to improve the efficiency of intercity travel. Passenger numbers for KRL Jogja-Solo continue to increase, based on PT KAI Commuter Line's latest data, with passenger numbers per month in 2023 showing a significant increase. For example, in August there were 512,547 passengers, while in December it increased to 709,634 passengers. This increase creates pressure on the existing carrying capacity. This research aims to assess the challenges faced by KRL Jogja-Solo in accommodating the increasing number of passengers and find solutions to meet the growing demand. This research focuses on improving the operational efficiency of KRL Jogja-Solo through schedule improvements, assessing passenger volume, cross capacity, and passenger projections for the period 2024-2033. The Scott method is used for cross capacity analysis and the geometric growth formula for passenger projections, with optimal solutions based on optimistic, moderate, and pessimistic scenarios. Results show that the addition of four afternoon trips and skip-stop scheme is the best solution in the optimistic scenario, skip-stop scheme without additional trips in the moderate scenario, and improvement of the existing schedule in the pessimistic scenario. This research emphasizes the importance of long-term planning and regular evaluation to ensure the smoothness and convenience of the Jogja-Solo KRL service.

Abstract

Railways is a unified system consisting of infrastructure, facilities, and human resources, as well as norms, criteria, requirements and procedures for the implementation of railway transportation. Railroad infrastructure is a railway line, train stations and train operating facilities. Railway maintenance activities are preventive measures (preventive) and / or replacement in accordance with the technical age. In this study there are several types of maintenance in handling rail replacement on the Manggarai - Tanah Abang crossing. From this study the total wear that occurred from KM 4+800 to 5+00 reached 232.2 meters of track. Wear occurs in curve number 16A. Then there are several treatments carried out such as checking rail material data, replacing rail roads, maintaining forces and electricity, normalizing arrows, and thermite welding. In this rail replacement, maintenance is carried out by inspecting the railroad, maintaining the lighting force whose height must be adjusted to the radius of the curve, and returning the arrows which require prior calculation in carrying out maintenance. Calculation of arrows and elevation must be in accordance with applicable regulations or standards.

Abstract

Transportasi merupakan sarana strategis dalam mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi dan mobilitas masyarakat. Kereta api sebagai moda transportasi massal memiliki keunggulan dalam efisiensi ruang, konsumsi energi, dan dampak lingkungan yang rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelayanan dan fasilitas di Stasiun Tanjung Karang serta merumuskan strategi peningkatan berdasarkan pendekatan evaluatif dan analisis SWOT. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik observasi lapangan, studi dokumen, dan wawancara informal. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan membandingkan kondisi aktual terhadap Standar Pelayanan Minimum (SPM) yang ditetapkan dalam Peraturan Menteri Perhubungan Republik Indonesia Nomor 63 Tahun 2019. Analisis SWOT digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman yang mempengaruhi kualitas pelayanan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar indikator SPM telah terpenuhi, khususnya dalam aspek keselamatan, keamanan, dan kesetaraan. Namun, aspek kehandalan, kenyamanan, dan kemudahan masih memerlukan peningkatan. Rekomendasi strategis mencakup perluasan ruang tunggu, penyediaan area cetak boarding pass yang terpisah, implementasi teknologi face recognition pada boarding gate, penambahan papan informasi, dan penyediaan tempat pengaduan pelanggan. Dengan strategi yang berbasis data lapangan dan teknologi digital, pelayanan di Stasiun Tanjung Karang dapat ditingkatkan menjadi lebih modern dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan pengguna.

Abstract

Electric Rail Trains (KRL) have become the most frequently used transportation mode for daily activities in the community. One of the existing problems within the operation system of Electric Rail Trains (KRL) lies in the current rectification process. During this rectification process, an effect occurs that can cause disturbances in the KRL's electrical system. This resulting effect is the harmonic effect. This study aims to address the problem of power quality degradation in the Electric Rail Train (KRL) at the Citayam Station Traction Substation, which is caused by this harmonic effect. The harmonic effect arises from the process of rectifying alternating current (AC) into direct current (DC) using a silicon rectifier, which can lead to voltage drop, speed reduction, or even the operational stoppage of the KRL.The research method used is quantitative descriptive. The study did not conduct direct measurements but instead used averaged assumption data from three related journals as primary data. The data analyzed were the values of Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) for both current and voltage, particularly focusing on the 5th, 7th, and 11th harmonic orders, which were identified as the highest contributors to the harmonic distortion. To mitigate the harmonics, this study designed a single-tuned passive filter using the ETAP (Electric Transient Analysis Program) software. The design aims to suppress the harmonic distortion, thereby improving the electrical power quality, maintaining the reliability of the traction substation, and optimizing KRL operations. The single-tuned passive filter designed in this research was capable of suppressing harmonics by up to 0.009%.

Abstract

The production volume target from 24.8 million tons in 2020 to 29.5 million tons in 2021 underlies the optimization of transportation availability in distributing coal mining products carried out by PT Bukit Asam Persero in achieving the growing target until 2023. In 2021, the Company will increase investment in developing business diversification, downstream coal. The railway network in Sumatra has a strategic role in serving the distribution of coal transportation. The railway line, which is directly connected to the location of the mining plant to port access and the availability of locomotive facilities and wagons that are very adequate, is an attractive option for mining companies and freight forwarders to establish coal transportation cooperation by rail. To meet the Babaranjang train tonnage target of 52 tons / year in accordance with the target of PT Bukit Asam (Persero), the Loop rail line design at TLS T4 PT Bukit Asam Muara Enim used the most effective classification. From the calculation results, 55 train trips are required per day to transport the production target of 57 tons / year in 2023. It is necessary to pay attention to the adequacy of the rail track from the TLS loop to Tanjung Enim Baru here it is necessary to conduct a study regarding the traffic from TLS to Tanjung Enim Baru because the number of trains set per day is 55 sets.
