Abstract

These research aims to disclosed and analyzed those influence from competency, Organizational career management and Performance appraisal towards Career path Advancement on millennial HR profession with assist of organizational commitment as intervening variable. These research population were workers / HR profession with category of millennial ages in companies around Jabodetabek with research sample was taken by random sampling as many as 218 people. Data obtained from distributed questionnaires result with analysis methods by SEM using the SmartPLS version 3.2.8 program and The results showed that those variables of competency, organizational career management, and performance appraisal had positive and significant influence against Career path advancement. Alongside with Organizational commitment variable were also positively and significant mediated of those variables towards Career path advancement.

Abstract

This study aims to prove the influence of job satisfaction, procedural fairness and work motivation on teacher performance at Yuppentek 1 High School in Tangerang Municipality. By using 100% of a sample of 71 teachers, the main instrument was in the form of a questionnaire. Data in this study were analysed using (1) descriptive analysis of respondent characteristics (2) descriptive analysis of research variables and (3) analysis of Partial Least Square (PLS)-Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with smartly 3.0. The results indicated that based on the results of data testing, the evaluation of the measurement model was valid and reliable and could be received substantially. Partial Least Square application test results showed that 73.3% of teacher performance variance is influenced by teacher job satisfaction. While 56.9% of the variance in teacher performance is influenced by procedural fairness in schools and 53.1% of the variance in teacher performance is influenced by teacher work motivation. Interpretation of the results of R Square and R Square Adjusted resulted that 48.6% of teacher performance is influenced by job satisfaction, procedural justices and teacher work motivation. However, 51.4% of teacher performance variance is influenced by other factors out of job satisfaction, procedural justice and teacher work motivation

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Financial Performance on Food and Beverages Company Stock Returns on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2015-2019 Period. The research method used is an associative method that aims to determine the effect or also the relationship between two or more variables. Samples were taken by techniquepurposive samplingas many as 12 companies from a population of 15 food and beverage companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, while the research data collection instrument for each variable is to use the ratio of financial performance and stock returns. The results of the research analysis found that the model used is the Fixed Effect Model with the results: (1) There is no significant effect between the ratio of liquidity to stock returns; (2) There is no significant effect between the ratio of activity to stock returns; (3) There is no significant effect between leverage ratio on stock returns; (4) There is a significant influence between the ratio of profitability to stock returns; (5) There is a significant influence between market value on stock returns

Abstract

This research aims to discover and examine those influence from training, motivation and compensation towards employee performance at DKI Jakarta's Procurement Center Agency. This research method used quantitative research by causality research. The population from this research were all employee at DKI Jakarta's Procurement center with amounted of 140 people. Sample chosen through saturated sampling method. Data collection method occured by questionnaires and interviews. Data processing using SPSS Windows 25.0 software with descriptive analysis and hypothesis test to multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) Training variable partially had positive and significant impact to employee performance at DKI Jakarta's procurement center; (2) motivation variable partially had positive and significant towards employee performance at DKI Jakarta's Procurement Center Agency; (3) Compensation variable partially had positive and significant impact to employee performance at DKI Jakarta's Procurement Center Agency; (4) There had simultaneously significant impact between each variables of training, motivation and compensation towards Employee performance at DKI Jakarta's Procurement Center Agency.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to determine the effect of Price, Quality of Service and Brand Image on Customer Satisfaction of Alfamart Customer in using VSAT IP Broadband Quota service of PT Telkomsat. Number of respondents in this research is 248 respondents who work in Alfamart retail stores especially Jabodetabek area. The research method uses a questionnaire with SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) data analysis which is described in PLS (Partial Least Square) - SEM Application. The result of this research showed that the Price variable has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Quality of Service variable has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Then the Brand Image variable also has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and work motivation on the organizational citizenship behavior of teachers in SMA Negeri 9 Tangerang. The study approach is a quantitative approach through data collection method using a questionnaire with a sample of 56 respondents with the sampling technique used is census. The method of analysis used is multiple linear regression conducted through SPSS software version 25. The results show that the variables of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and work motivation partly have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. At the same time, all three variables independent of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and job motivation have a positive and significant impact on organizational citizenship behavior teacher at SMA Negeri 9 Tangerang

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze: (1) Workload (2) Competence; (3) Performance Officer; and (4) The Effect of Workload and Competence on Employee Performance in the Production Department of PT. Pertamina either simultaneously or partially. The method used in this research is descriptive survey and explanatory survey, the unit of analysis in this study is employees in the Production Department of PT. Pertamina with a sample of 33 people. The type of investigation used is causality, and the time horizon in this study is cross-sectional. Based on the research results it was found that the workload experienced by the Production Department of PT. Pertamina is good, employee competence in the Production Department of PT. Pertamina in general can be said to be quite good. Employee Performance in the Production Department of PT. Pertamina is currently considered good. Workload and Competence affect the performance of employees in the Production Department of PT. Pertamina simultaneously and partially. However, partially Competence has a dominant effect on Employee Performance compared to Workload. Because Competency Performance is more dominant, it is prioritized in improving performance. Therefore the Production Department of PT. Pertamina is advised to increase the potential competencies that exist in each employee, so that they can work more professionally. Employee Performance at the Production Department of PT. Pertamina is currently considered good. Workload and Competence affect the performance of employees in the Production Department of PT. Pertamina simultaneously and partially. However, partially Competence has a dominant effect on Employee Performance compared to Workload. Because Competency Performance is more dominant, it is prioritized in improving performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture, career development, compensation and organizational commitment partially or simultaneously on employee turnover intention. The population in this study amounted to 1,982 employees at twenty-five outlets of The Foodhall in DKI Jakarta Province, with a total sample of 355 respondents. The research method used in this research is descriptive and explanatory survey methods. The sampling method is probability sampling with proportional random sampling technique, and the data analysis method used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with data analysis tools Lisrel 8.80. Based on the research results obtained the following findings: organizational culture, career development, and compensation partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on organizational commitment with a contribution of 58%. Partially career development which is reflected in career doubt has a positive and dominant effect on organizational commitment. Organizational culture, career development, compensation and organizational commitment either partially or simultaneously have a significant effect on employee turnover intention with a contribution of 81%. Partially, organizational commitment has the most dominant influence on employee turnover intentions. The results also show that organizational commitment is a fully mediating variable on the influence of organizational culture, career development, and compensation on employee turnover intention. The managerial implication of this research is that the turnover intention of The Foodhall's employees in Jakarta, which is reflected in the dimension of stopping work, will decrease if The Foodhall in Jakarta is able to increase organizational commitment which is reflected in sustainable commitment, while organizational commitment will increase if The Foodhalls in Jakarta can improve career development. employees who are reflected in career doubts which are supported by an increase in organizational culture which is reflected in the dimensions of results orientation and also supported by an increase in compensation given to employees which is reflected in the high level of indirect compensation.

Abstract

One of the problems in agriculture is the institutional problem of farmers who are not supportive. Non-Governmental Organizations can take a role in strengthening farmer groups, especially people in agricultural areas such as Humbang Hasundutan District. The purpose of this research is expected to provide in-depth information to describe and analyze activities conducted by Mercy Corps Indonesia in strengthening farmer group institutions. Research on the role of non-governmental organizations in instutional strengthening farmer group. This research uses qualitative methods. Researchers function as data collectors and analyzers related to the role of Mercy Corps Indonesia's non-governmental organizations in institutional strengthening farmer groups in Sinambela village at Humbang Hasundutan District. The results of this research were concluded several things, such as 1) Mercy Corps Indonesia Non-Governmental Organizations take a role in group strengthening farmers in Sinambela village, among them was through Livehood activities such as outreach activities, field meetings, making GAP (Good Demostration Practices) demonstration plots and strengthening the organization of farmer groups in Sinambela village. 2) Saolan and Haluaon farmer groups are slowly starting to strengthen from the dimension of organizational, human resources, finance, infrastructure and cooperation.

Abstract

This research aims to explored and analyzed those impact which relate to service quality and brand image in building trust and the decision to choose Oto Finance as financing institution used. The population were customers from PT. Summit OTO Finance which amounted to 9,302 customers until 2019, while the sample amounted to 155 respondents. The analysis technique that used in this research was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) by Lisrel software. The results showed that: 1) There had partially positive and significant influence from service quality variables on trust; 2) There had partially positive and significant influence of the brand image variable on trust; 3) There had partially positive and significant impact of service quality on decision to choose; 4) There had partially positive and significant influence from brand image variable on decision to choose ; and 5) There had positive and significant influence from the trust variable on decision to choose.
