Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect intended overall and partial between culture organizations, non-financial compenzation, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Methods used in this research is by distributing questionnaires to employees is using a Likert scale, respondents who used as many as 55 employees, using SPSS 25 software programs, data analysis performed using validity, reliability and correlation of multiple linear regression. Sampling techniques were obtained from a sample of 55 respondents, data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. The results showed that; (1) Cultural organizations significantly influence organizations commitment; (2) Non-Financial compenzaion significantly influence organizations commitment; (3) Job satisfaction significantly influence organizations commitment; (4) Organization culture and job satisfaction significantly influence organizations commitment

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of profitability proxied by Return on Assets (ROA), capital structure proxied by Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), and Pruchasing Manager Index Manufacture (PMI) on the value of a company that is proxied by Price to Booked Value (PBV) and its impact on Stock Price. The object of this research is the consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2014 - 2018. The sample collection technique used was purposive sampling, where 14 companies met the criteria. The analysis used is panel data regression analysis. The results of this study indicate individually ROA and DAR significantly influence PBV while PMI has no effect. ROA, DAR and PMI have no significant effect on stock prices. Then through PBV as an intervening variable, ROA and DAR significantly influence stock prices, while PMI has no effect. Simultaneously ROA, DAR and PMI have a significant effect on stock prices through PBV as an intervening variable.

Abstract

Social media has become a widely-adopted technology since it being introduced to the world, affecting businesses in myriad ways. Majority of companies nowadays started to invest on social media marketing in regards to the ability of this marketing initiative lead to better profitability. However, only few studies have looked at the empirical link between media richness from social media i.e. Instagram and purchase intention among consumers. This paper discusses the influences of media richness on Instagram towards consumers’ intention to purchase mediated by brand equity. This study was conducted utilising survey research method, aiming to create better understanding of consumer intention to purchase as being influenced by social media richness. A total of 537 undergraduate students in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia age 19 to 24 years old took part in this study as respondents. The respondents are exposed to Instagram postings on similar products for sale. Partial least square structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) applied to fit the data in the hypothesised model. The outcome of study is useful to both researchers and business practitioners to understand the importance of social media richness specifically utilising Instagram as business platform. Future study should consider on discovering different perspective of media richness involving other types of social media.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of entrepreneurial orientation, marketing capabilities, market orientation, and technological innovation partially or collectively on competitive advantage. To find out and analyze the effect of entrepreneurial orientation, marketing capabilities, market orientation, and technological innovation on competitive advantage either partially or collectively. The population in this study amounted to 330 MSEs Batik entrepreneurs in Central Java, divided into 2 cities and 3 districts, namely the city of Surakarta and the city of Pekalongan, as well as Sragen, Sukoharjo, and Pekalongan districts. The research method used in this research is quantitative research methods. The research design used explanatory research and descriptive research through survey and questionnaire approaches. The analysis used in this research is the Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). The statistical analysis tool used was LISREL 8.70. Based on the research results, the following research findings are as follows entrepreneurial orientation, marketing capability, market orientation, and technological innovation partially or collectively have a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage. Technological innovation is partially the variable with the greatest contribution value to competitive advantage. Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyze those influence of financial ratios towards earnings per share with soundness level of banks as an intervening variable based on risk-based bank rating method at BUKU IV Banks in Indonesia for the period of 2015-2019. The six banks are PT Bank Mandiri Tbk, PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk, PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk, PT Bank Central Asia Tbk, PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk and PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk. This research used secondary data with quantitative approach. Data analysis technique used panel data regression by purposive sampling. The results showed that NPL & GCG had significant negative influence on soundness level of banks and NPL had significant negative impact on EPS. GCG had significant positive influence against EPS, and ROA & CAR did not have significant positive impact towards soundness level of banks & EPS, while soundness level of banks were not found to have significant negative affect to EPS, and soundness level of banks did not mediate NPL, GCG, ROA and CAR in affecting EPS

Abstract

Basically, this research was to evaluate the learners respond about the teacher’s communication skill role in their success of academic. Hence, the goal of this research was to determine the extent of teacher’s communication skill at STAIN Mandailing Natal, North Sumatra. To ensure effective teacher treatment, effective communication skill plays role important. To this purpose the extent to which a teacher practice the communication skill in teaching and learning process. This research was performed by using survey, the researcher distributed questionnaire to collect data needed to obtain the role of communication mastership in intensify teacher's pedagogy skill. The design was quantitative descriptive research. The population consists of 494 students of Islamic Education Department major, meanwhile the sample size of 32 students at the 6th semester was randomly selected. The instrument was questionnaires as data taker tool & weighted mean. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence organization comitment, Job Satisfaction and Employee Engagement. The research was conducted by taking samples of banking employees who had worked for more than 2 years. Then, the sample of this study was 125 respondents. The sampling technique was carried out based on a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique. It is a method that is based on certain criteria met by respondents with the data analysis technique used for hypotheses testing was multiple linear regression analysis through the program of SPSS ver. 24. The results showed that Job satisfaction does not significantly influence the organizational commitment of banking employees in Padang. The results of this study showed that sig. value of job satisfaction on organizational commitment was 0.592 > 0.05 but Employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on the organizational commitment of banking employees in Padang. The results of this study revealed that sig. The value of employee engagement on organizational commitment was 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

The growth of the construction sector in Indonesia has indirectly contributed to the growth in the performance of construction companies. This construction performance growth has an impact on stock price movements, apart from the influence of demand and supply of shares. The condition of fluctuating stock price movements requires investors to analyze financial statements before making investment decisions. To find out how the stock price performance can be done by measuring stock returns. In connection with these conditions, the purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of ROE, DER, CR, PBV and TATO on stock returns in construction companies listed on the IDX in 2015 - 2019. This research is included in the category of comparative causal research. The number of samples used in this study were 13 sample companies, with the sampling technique using purposive sampling. The type of data in this study is secondary data taken by the documentation method at Yahoo Finance. The data analysis method uses panel data regression analysis assisted by the Eviews 9.0 software. The results of the study partially show that ROE; DER, CR, PBV, and TATO have a positive and significant effect on stock returns. In addition, ROE, DER, CR, PBV, and TATO simultaneously have a significant effect on stock returns.

Abstract

This research aims to discovered those influence of career development and compensation towards turnover intention that mediated through work satisfaction. The research object were the employees of AJB Bumiputera 1912's head office. As many as 177 respondents filled these questionnaire, and sample was taken by Slovin formula from total population of 317 employees. This research was conducted in October 2019 until April 2020 at AJB Bumiputera 1912's head office. The sampling technique used proportional stratified random sampling while data were analyzed by SmartPLS (Partial Least Square)of path analysis application. The results from this research were indicated that career development had no significant influence on Turnover Intention and compensation had positive and significant impact towards turnover intention. Meanwhile, work satisfaction became a mediate factor between career development and compensation to turnover intention. Work satisfaction could mediated career development perfectly. And work satisfaction only had partial impact towards compensation.

Abstract

Baduy Tribe Village is one of the famous tourist destinations in the Lebak Regency. As a major tourist destination, the number of tourists visiting the Baduy Tribe Village is still far from expectations. That is because the tourism marketing strategy is still not optimal by the Regional Government of Lebak Regency. This research uses a qualitative method approach by utilizing the literature review and previous experience. One alternative strategy is through the creation of a Tourism Equation that utilizes tourist attractions visited by many tourists, such as Sawarna Beach tourism or other tourist attractions in other areas. The storefront of tourism can trigger public interest to further visit the Baduy Tribe Village. The results of this paper are expected to be used as an alternative that can be tried by the Regional Government of the Regency of Lebak to improve tourism development in the Regency of Lebak.
