Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of workload and work environment on turnover intention in employees at PT. Jambi Planning Commerce, with motivation acting as a mediating variable. This study uses descriptive and verification methodology, using a quantitative approach. Questionnaires were used to collect data from 52 permanent employees of PT. Jambi Planning Commerce. SPSS version 29.0 was used to conduct statistical analysis, which includes multiple regression and path analysis. The objective was to investigate the direct and indirect impacts of workload and work environment on turnover intention, mediated by motivation. The results show that the number of workers and working conditions have a large and favourable impact on motivation and the likelihood of leaving the job. More precisely, the direct impact of workload on motivation accounts for 17.9% of the overall effect, while the indirect impact accounts for 18.1%. The work environment has a direct impact of 26.1% and an indirect impact of 18.1% on motivation. Collectively, these characteristics explained 80.2% of the variability in motivation. In addition, the level of work assigned and the conditions under which work is performed have a significant impact on the desire to leave the job, accounting for 25.8% and 18.8% of the effect, respectively. In addition, there is an indirect effect of 18.4% each, which results in a cumulative effect of 81.4%. Motivation plays an important role in turnover intention, accounting for 75.9% of the variation.

Abstract

Medium enterprises are a fairly important part of the business sector in playing a real role in various economic interests in national development, especially for the creation of businesses and jobs, especially after the Covid-19 pandemic in 2023. This is supported by the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy, which was stated by the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy/Head of the Tourism and Creative Economy Agency, Mr. Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno, who said that tourism and creative economy actors, especially in the MSME sector, must continue to hone their digital technology skills to boost the economy and create jobs. Based on this phenomenon, researchers are interested in researching digital technology and green innovation in the MSME sector in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the influence of Strategic Management Accounting, MSME Digitalization, and Leadership Quality on MSME Financial Performance. Where in this study, Financial Technology and Green Innovation, which are supporting factors in addition to advances in information technology, are used as moderating variables between the variables: Strategic Management Accounting, MSME Digitalization, and Leadership Quality on MSME Financial Performance. This study uses primary data conducted by distributing questionnaires to Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in several major cities in Indonesia, such as the target of this study, namely MSMEs in the cities of Jakarta, Denpasar, Bandung, Surabaya and Medan. The results of the study indicate that MSME Digitalization and Leadership Quality have a significant effect on MSME financial performance, but Strategic Management Accounting does not have a significant effect on MSME financial performance. Financial Technology strengthens the influence of MSME Digitalization and leadership quality on MSME financial performance but Financial Technology does not strengthen Strategic Management Accounting on MSME financial performance. Green innovation strengthens the influence of MSME digitalization on MSME financial performance but Green innovation does not strengthen the influence of Strategic Management Accounting and Leadership Quality on MSME Financial Performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to: 1) Find out the leadership style of regional employees, work facilities and follow-up to describe discipline with performance; 2) The purpose of this study is to test the direct and indirect influence of leadership style and work facilities on employee discipline; 3) This study was developed with the aim of testing how leadership style and work facilities affect employee performance both directly and indirectly; 4) The influence of discipline on employee performance; 5) Testing Leadership Style and Work Facilities on Employee Performance (Through Discipline). This study was conducted at the Regional Finance and Asset Agency of Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency, Jambi Province, Indonesia, with a research sample of 88. This analysis method uses the Path Analysis tool, and hypothesis testing uses the F test & t test using SPSS - V.22. Findings from the analysis; 1) Very good status in leadership style and work facilities, very good / very high in discipline practices and employee performance; 2) Discipline is influenced by leadership style and work facilities directly or indirectly. Simultaneously, the results of the significance test show that leadership style and work facilities affect discipline; 3) The results of the hypothesis testing are also known simultaneously to show that leadership style and work facilities have a significant influence on employee performance. Likewise, partially, leadership style and work facilities have a significant influence on employee performance; 4) Discipline has a significant influence on employee performance; and 5) Leadership style and work facilities through discipline affect employee performance.

Abstract

Knowledge is a key strategic resource for organizations, knowledge facilitates transformation in the divisions of the company. Therefore, the implementation of an employee knowledge improvement program is important for the company. This study aims to examine the Influence of knowledge sharing and learning organization on employee performance through employee engagement at PT Surabaya Industrial Estate Rungkut. This research uses primary data through distributing questionnaires. This research involved 60 employees as respondent with a partial least square (PLS) based structural equation modeling (SEM) data analysis method through SmartPLS 4 software. The results showed that knowledge sharing significantly and positively impacts on employee performance and learning organization significantly and positively impacts on employee performance. Knowledge sharing significantly and positively impacts on employee performance through employee engagement and learning organization significantly and positively impacts on employee performance through employee engagement.

Abstract

The purpose and benefits of this literature review research are expected to build hypotheses regarding the influence between variables, which can later be used for further research in the scope of human resource management. The literature review research article on the determination of job satisfaction and company performance: Analysis of Competence, Self-Efficacy and Work Motivation is a scientific article in human resource management science. The approach used in this literature review research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique uses literature studies or a review of relevant previous articles. The data used in this descriptive qualitative approach comes from previous research that is relevant to this research and is sourced from academic online media such as the Thomson Reuters Journal, Springer, Taylor & Francis, Scopus Emerald, Elsevier, Sage, Web of Science, Sinta Journal, DOAJ, EBSCO, Google Scholar and digital reference books. In previous studies, 1 relevant previous article was used to review each independent variable. Abstract

This research aims to find out and analyzeThe influence of placement and competency on motivation and its implications for the performance of Bhayangkara Hospital Jambi employees. This type of research uses descriptive and verification research. The object of this research is the 93 employees of Bhayangkara Hospital Jambi. This research uses the path analysis method (Path Analysis). Based on the results of the questionnaire regarding the placement of the score, it is 10,872 which is included in the "Very Suitable" category. Then the description of the competency variable shows that it is included in the "Very High" category with a total score of 17,297. Then to describe the motivation variable, it shows that the score obtained was 7,419 which is included in the "High" category. Meanwhile, the description of employee performance variables shows that the score obtained was 10,857 in the "Very High" category. Based on the research results, placement and competency directly and indirectly influence motivation, placement and competency directly and indirectly influence employee performance, motivation influences employee performance. Then placement and competency through motivation have an influence on the performance of Bhayangkara Jambi hospital employees.

Abstract

This study was conducted to reveal the impact or effect of Green Marketing and Brand Image in Purchase Decission. The object of this study is online e-commecre platform from one the major supermarket in Indonesia. This supermarket starting to implement the green marketing strategy although they do not claim that they do green marketing, but what they do is closing to green marketing strategy. This major supermarket has a good brand image for offline store but not online. The method used in this research is quantitative method with 300 sample and using regresion analysis to uncover the effect of Green Marketing and Brand Image in Purchase Decision impact to Purchase Decission. The result of this study indicates that both green marketing and brand image has positive impact on puchase decission. The impact is partial also simulataneously. This result giving an insight for that major supermarket to reconsider their strategy especialy on Green Marketing and Brand Image in online platform.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the process of cultural acculturation in martabak HAR as a typical Palembang culinary cultural identity and explore its potential as a tourist attraction. Gastronomic theory was used to analyze the relationship between culture and food consumption. The results show that the cultural acculturation of martabak HAR involves the incorporation of Indian and Malay culinary elements, making it a unique Palembang cultural identity. Martabak HAR not only acts as a specialty food but also as a symbol of local pride and a strong tourist attraction. Strategies to maintain martabak HAR's reputation include maintaining the quality of raw materials, menu innovation, tourism promotion, good service, and offering an authentic culinary experience. This research provides an in-depth understanding of martabak HAR's contribution to the cultural identity and tourism of Palembang City.

Abstract

This research aims to prove and analyze the improvement in the performance of Vocational High Schools (SMK) through increasing industry requirements and organized capability mediated by partnership strategies and competitive programs. The unit of research analysis is Vocational School Leaders in West Java Province. The research method used was a descriptive and explanatory survey with a minimum sample of 338 respondents. The data analysis method used was Structural Equation Modeling with the SmartPLS 9.3.2 statistical analysis tool. The research results show that industry requirements, organized capability, partnership strategy and competitive programs simultaneously have a significant effect on organized performance. Industry requirements partially do not have a significant effect on organized performance. Partnership strategy partially has the most dominant influence on organized performance. Other results show that partnership strategy and competitive programs have a significant influence in mediating industry requirements and organized capability on organized performance. Competitive programs have a significant influence in mediating partnership strategy on organized performance. However, partnership strategy mediation on the influence of industry requirements on organized performance was full mediation and the most dominant compared to other mediations. Managerial implications, to improve the performance of Vocational High Schools (SMK) in West Java which focuses on outcomes (efficiency) can be improved through industry requirements with an emphasis on soft skills in student work motivation mediated by increasing partnership strategies on evaluation factors, especially increasing external evaluations with DU /DI towards the implementation of school programs.
