Data analysis was conducted using Smart PLS 3. The results show that service quality has a positive and significant effect on revisit intention. Customer relationship does not have a significant effect on revisit intention. Product quality has a positive and significant effect on revisit intention. Customer satisfaction also has a positive and significant effect on revisit intention. However, service quality, customer relationship, and product quality do not have a significant effect on revisit intention through customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. The theoretical contribution of this research is to provide insights into the influence of service quality, customer relationship, and product quality on revisit intention with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. Practically, this study provides strategic recommendations for the owners of The Bènsara Cafe to improve service and product quality to increase customer revisit intention.

Abstract

This research aims to develop and evaluate an innovative instructional media, namely a pop-up book integrated with Ahaslides, for teaching mathematics, specifically the topic of spatial geometry, to 5th-grade students at SDN Jatisari 01, Central Java. The Research and Development (R&D) method employing the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) was utilized. The analysis phase was conducted to identify the needs and gaps in students' understanding of spatial geometry. Subsequently, the pop-up book media was designed with the goal of enhancing student comprehension through interactive and engaging visualizations. The development process involved creating appropriate content and integrating it with Ahaslides to present the material dynamically. The implementation of this media was carried out in the everyday classroom context, followed by an evaluation of its effectiveness in improving student learning outcomes. This research is expected to contribute to the development of more innovative and effective instructional media to support elementary mathematics education.

Abstract

The animated film The Little Mermaid, adapted by Walt Disney in 1989, is a heartwarming tale about a mermaid named Ariel who falls in love with a prince. Social media users, mainly young adults, have noticed that the film touches on issues related to race and ethnicity. This study utilizes a content analysis method with a qualitative approach to explore the messages of equality that Disney conveys through the film. By examining fan comments, scenes, dialogue, and various forms of media such as images and text, we tried to uncover how Disney promotes equality in The Little Mermaid. Based on findings, Disney enthusiasts expressed disappointment with the company's failure to meet their expectations, particularly about Princess Ariel's depiction of dark skin. Detractors went so far as to make disparaging remarks, suggesting that black individuals were viewed as inferior and unequal to their white counterparts. Consequently, Disney's attempt to promote messages of fairness and equality was met with controversy among its devoted fan base.

Challenges include difficulty in reaching the right audience, managing the risk of inaccurate information, and building sustainable engagement. On the other hand, opportunities include the ability to create compelling narratives, connect communities with similar interests, and raise broader awareness about the importance of sustainable waste utilization. This research provides insights into the potential and crucial role of social media in driving social change towards more sustainable coconut husk waste utilization. Practical implications include the importance of developing effective communication strategies via social media to support sustainable waste utilization efforts in local and global markets.

Abstract

This research aims to find out to what extent that final-term test of pre-intermediate level in healthcare English program complies to the criteria of good test. A qualitative design with content analysis method was carried out to conduct this study. To analyze the data, the researcher first examined the test items and instructions in both the oral test and final test. After that, the items were classified. Once it was done, the researcher would decide to what extent the test is considered as a good test. The result shows that the test does not fulfill the criteria of a good test since only some of the criteria are complied. The oral test contains only three principles, which are validity, authenticity, and washback. Meanwhile, the same goes to the written test since it only covers validity, authenticity, and washback.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Cimahi City possess strategic potential, particularly in the food and beverage sector. Cimahi is one of the cities experiencing growth in the number of MSMEs, with a growth rate of 50.24%. However, the increase in the number of MSMEs has not been accompanied by consistent revenue growth, which has fluctuated from 2019 to 2023. Several challenges have been identified, including a lack of basic entrepreneurial knowledge among the workforce, insufficient self-reliance in entrepreneurship, and limited proficiency in the use of technology. To address these performance issues, it is crucial for MSME actors to create added value by strengthening strategic agility and innovation capability. The objective of this study is to examine the impact of strategic agility on business performance, mediated by innovation capability. The study sample consists of 106 MSMEs, selected using probability sampling with a cluster sampling technique. Descriptive analysis results categorize business performance and innovation capability as moderate, while strategic agility is categorized as high. The research findings indicate that strategic agility does not affect innovation capability, strategic agility influences business performance, innovation capability affects business performance, and innovation capability does not mediate the influence of intellectual capital on business performance.
