Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the Yanbu’a method on the reading quality of the Qur'an among students in the tahfidz subject in the eighth grade at Al-Maksum Junior High School. Using a quantitative approach with experimental methods, data was collected through observation, pretest-posttest tests, and documentation. The research results show that the average score of students during the pretest was 60.93%, which then significantly increased to 85.03% after the yanbu’a musyafahah program method was applied. The percentage of students who achieved a high learning outcome category with scores between 80-100 on the pretest was 0% out of 31 students. After the pretest, there was a significant increase, with 83.871% or 26 students reaching that category on the posttest following the implementation of the Yanbu’a musyafahah program. Inferential statistical analysis supports this finding, indicating a significant difference between the pretest and posttest results. In conclusion, the application of the Yanbu’a method is effective in improving the quality of Quran reading and the learning completion rate of students in the eighth grade at Al-Maksum Junior High School.

Abstract

This study was motivated by various issues faced by the managers of special terminals and TUKS regarding the low user satisfaction with the Sehati 2.0 application. Several problems identified include system unreliability, slow response, as well as a lack of security and user trust in the application. Additionally, a lack of understanding of the users' needs has also been a factor hindering the optimal use of this application. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the impact of service quality on user satisfaction through information technology in the Sehati 2.0 application used in special terminals and TUKS. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach with a sample of 311 managers of special terminals and TUKS. Five constructs were examined: Reliability, Responsiveness, Credibility, Security, and Understanding the Community, and their effects on Information Technology and User Satisfaction. The study employed 11 hypotheses to test the relationships among these variables. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1-5, distributed between June 2023 and November 202. Data was processed using SEM AMOS version 23. The model testing results show that reliability, responsiveness, credibility, security, and understanding the community each have a significant impact on user satisfaction with the Sehati 2.0 application. Additionally, these five variables also have a significant influence on information technology within the Sehati 2.0 system, which ultimately has a significant impact on user satisfaction. Regression analysis indicates that the dominant variable most affecting information technology is Reliability, contributing the most to the model. Furthermore, information technology serves as a strong mediating variable in the relationship between service quality and user satisfaction. The determination value (R²) of this model is 78%, indicating that 78% of the variation in user satisfaction can be explained by the independent variables examined in this study.

Abstract

The hospitality industry is undergoing a significant transformation due to the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) and 5G technology. This new paradigm is characterized by innovative services and experiences that are made possible by these technological advancements. AI is being integrated into hospitality services, revolutionizing the industry, particularly by enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of guest interactions and back-end operations. The advent of 5G technology is poised to usher in a new epoch for the hospitality industry, not just as a technological upgrade, but as a transformative force reshaping guest experiences and operational efficiencies. The integration of 5G technology in the hospitality industry can enhance the guest experience by providing personalized services and smart room controls. However, ensuring strong and uninterrupted mid-band coverage is a significant barrier to implementing 5G in hospitality. Successful AI applications in hospitality include personalized recommendations and chatbots that automate routine tasks. The absorptive capacity of the hospitality industry is critical for leveraging external knowledge for competitive advantage. Investing in research and development activities is essential for innovation and staying competitive in this rapidly evolving industry.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a theoretical model that explores the relationship between sense of belonging and work effectiveness among employees. Sense of belonging, defined as an individual’s feeling of being a valued and integral part of an organization, has been increasingly recognized as a crucial factor in enhancing employee motivation and performance. However, the mechanisms through which sense of belonging influences work effectiveness remain underexplored. Through a comprehensive literature review and empirical analysis, this paper proposes a model that illustrates how sense of belonging impacts work effectiveness directly and indirectly through mediating variables such as job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and employee engagement. Data were collected from a diverse sample of employees across various industries, and the results indicate a significant positive correlation between sense of belonging and work effectiveness. The findings suggest that fostering a strong sense of belonging within organizations can lead to improved work outcomes, providing valuable insights for human resource management practices
