Abstract

In the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and rapid digital transformation, the need to align university training with enterprise job requirements has become increasingly urgent. Despite improvements in higher education in Vietnam, a significant gap remains between the competencies of graduates and the evolving expectations of employers. This study aims to develop a validated competency framework to assess the ability of university graduates to meet job positions in enterprises during the digital transformation period. The research integrates both theoretical models and empirical evidence, applying the ASK (Attitudes, Skills, Knowledge) competency framework and the CDIO (Conceive–Design–Implement–Operate) educational approach. Using a mixed-methods design, including expert consultation, in-depth interviews, and quantitative analysis with Cronbach's Alpha, EFA, CFA, and SEM, the study establishes a six-factor model. The model includes: (1) trained knowledge, (2) creative thinking ability, (3) professional skills, (4) communication and teamwork skills, (5) professional autonomy, and (6) ethics and responsibility. The empirical findings confirm that these factors are reliable and valid indicators of job readiness. The study also highlights the importance of university–enterprise collaboration in curriculum design, experiential learning, and resource sharing to enhance graduates' adaptability to digital technologies such as AI, IoT, and Big Data. The research contributes a scientifically grounded tool for measuring competency alignment with labor market demands and offers practical implications for higher education institutions aiming to modernize training programs. Ultimately, the study provides a foundation for universities to reform education in response to the demands of Industry 4.0 and the digital economy, thereby improving employability and sustainable workforce development.

Abstract

Islamic education in Indonesia plays a crucial role in character formation and civilization, but is faced with the challenges of relevance, quality, and adaptation in the modern era. This article outlines a comprehensive management strategy for Islamic educational institutions, which integrates modern management principles with Islamic values. The phenomenon of institutional diversity, quality issues, relevance dilemmas, traditional management, funding limitations, and the role of religious moderation is the background to the urgency of management. The theoretical basis includes general management functions (POAC) enriched with Islamic values such as Tauhid, Syura, Amanah, Ihsan, Adil, Maslahah, and Prophetic Leadership. The strategic planning methodology is emphasized through SWOT Analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, and Strategy Canvas as a visual tool to map operational models. The implementation of the strategy includes strategic planning based on Islamic vision, integrative curriculum management, professional human resource management, accountable financial management, technology-based infrastructure management, public relations and partnership management, and sustainable quality management. Despite facing challenges such as resistance to change and limited human resources, Islamic education has great opportunities through government support, demographic bonuses, and technological developments. The conclusion confirms that an effective management strategy, supported by the Strategy Canvas and SWOT Analysis, is the key to the progress of Islamic education, with suggestions for developing managerial capacity, standardization, utilizing technology, strengthening collaboration, innovation research, and policy advocacy.

The coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.860, indicating that 86% of MSME performance is influenced by the three independent variables, while 14% is explained by other factors not examined in this study. All variables fall within the very strong influence category.

Abstract

This study explores how the complexity of customer orders and the strength of logistics systems impact service quality in E-Commerce fulfillment centers, using the Task-Technology Fit (TTF) model as a framework. The research focuses on E-Commerce companies in the Jabodetabek area, gathering data from 200 employees through a quantitative method using SEM-PLS. Results show that while complex orders can improve the alignment between tasks and technology, they may reduce logistics system effectiveness. However, strong logistics capabilities enhance both TTF and service quality. The study highlights TTF as a key factor linking logistics performance to service outcomes. These findings offer both theoretical insights into the TTF model and practical guidance for E-Commerce businesses aiming to improve service efficiency by better aligning technology, logistics, and task demands.

Abstract

History learning with a national perspective plays an important role in shaping national awareness and increasing love for the homeland among students. One of the historical events that has high national value is the Proclamation of Indonesian Independence on August 17, 1945. The Mendur Brothers, as photojournalists who documented the moments of the proclamation, made a major contribution to immortalizing this historic moment. Through a visual source-based approach, this study aims to analyze the role of Mendur Brothers' photography in history learning in schools. This research method uses a Literature Study study, namely discussions or reading materials related to a topic or findings in the research. (Wekke, 2019). In this case, the literature study utilizes articles, websites, and learning videos to be the main material regarding the role of Mendur Brothers in documenting the Proclamation event. The results of the study show that Mendur Brothers' photos not only function as authentic historical evidence, but can also increase students' understanding of the proclamation event and build national awareness. Abstract

In the past two years, the flow of general patients at XYZ Primary Clinic located in Bandung City has decreased. This happened without any modification to the service protocol. The purpose of this study was to determine how price fairness, waiting time, doctor-patient interaction, and patient satisfaction affect intention to return and overall satisfaction with the clinic. These three service-defining non-medical factors are considered to be very important for measuring service quality. SEM-PLS and IPMA were used for this study in quantitative form. A validated questionnaire was administered to 177 patients of XYZ Primary Clinic in Bandung City, which resulted in data collection. Based on the analysis, it was found that price fairness and doctor-patient communication significantly increased satisfaction; however, waiting time had a negative impact on satisfaction. In addition, patient satisfaction increases the intention to revisit the clinic. Furthermore, the results show that satisfaction can strengthen the influence of these three independent variables on return intentions. Through the use of IPMA, findings revealed that doctor-patient communication performed below expectations, yet was the most influential, making this aspect a focal point for improvement. This analysis highlights the need to improve communication among medical staff, sharpen operational service workflows, and make pricing transparent to encourage greater patient loyalty. The conclusions drawn from this analysis can strategically guide clinic administrators on policy decisions aimed at improving service quality from a patient perspective.
