Abstract

This study employed a quantitative approach to examine the impact of leadership and organizational culture on employee job satisfaction at PT Prima Tata Solusindo, involving a sample of 75 employees. The analysis demonstrates that both leadership and organizational culture exert a statistically significant influence on employee job satisfaction. The correlation analysis reveals a strong positive relationship between leadership, organizational culture, and job satisfaction. Furthermore, the simultaneous regression analysis indicates that while leadership and organizational culture jointly contribute to job satisfaction, other variables may also play a role in influencing the outcome. Hypothesis testing was conducted using t-tests and p-values to assess the significance of each independent variable. The first hypothesis (H??), which posited that leadership (X1) does not influence job satisfaction (Y), was rejected (p = 0.001 < 0.05; t = 3.762 > 1.96), indicating that leadership has a significant and positive effect on employee job satisfaction. This finding aligns with existing literature emphasizing the importance of leadership in enhancing employee morale and engagement. The second hypothesis (H??), which proposed that organizational culture (X2) does not affect job satisfaction (Y), was also rejected (p = 0.000 < 0.05; t = 7.570 > 1.96). This confirms that organizational culture significantly contributes to employee job satisfaction, reinforcing prior studies that highlight the role of a supportive and inclusive workplace culture. The third hypothesis (H??), examining the combined influence of leadership (X1) and organizational culture (X2) on job satisfaction (Y), was likewise rejected (p = 0.001 < 0.05; t = 2.985 > 1.96), indicating a statistically significant joint effect. These results suggest that the interplay between leadership and organizational culture is a key determinant of job satisfaction in the organizational context studied. In sum, the findings support the conclusion that both leadership and organizational culture, individually and collectively, have a significant and positive impact on the job satisfaction of employees at PT Prima Tata Solusindo. These insights contribute to the broader understanding of employee well-being and can inform leadership development and cultural management practices within similar organizational settings.

Abstract

This research investigates the influence of banking Super App characteristics on customer-brand engagement, brand trust, and brand loyalty through the lens of Social Exchange Theory (SET). As digital banking continues to evolve, Super Apps emerge as comprehensive platforms that integrate various financial services, aiming to enhance user experience and foster long-term relationships. This study specifically examines the roles of perceived fluency, integration quality, and assurance quality in shaping customer perceptions and behaviors. Using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM), data were collected from 298 individuals who regularly use digital banking services. The findings reveal that perceived fluency and integration quality significantly influence customer-brand engagement and contribute to building brand loyalty. In contrast, assurance quality plays a critical role in strengthening brand trust, which subsequently reinforces loyalty. One of the key contributions of this study is the identification of brand trust as a mediating variable between assurance quality and customer-brand engagement. This underscores the importance of building trust through reliable and secure app functions, which can deepen emotional connections with users. Furthermore, the study provides empirical evidence supporting SET in the context of digital banking, illustrating how perceived value and trust can foster reciprocal and sustained interactions between customers and financial institutions. The implications are relevant for banking strategists and app developers seeking to enhance user retention and engagement. Future research is encouraged to explore additional factors such as customer experience, personalization, and technological innovation to enrich the understanding of customer-brand dynamics in the digital finance ecosystem.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effectiveness of monetary policy in promoting inclusive economic growth in Indonesia during the 2015-2025 period. Global economic dynamics and structural transformation of monetary policy through the P2SK Law have shifted Bank Indonesia's paradigm from stability-focused to balancing stability and inclusivity. Using a qualitative approach through literature studies and content analysis, the research identifies three phases of monetary policy: Stabilization Phase (2015-2019), Pandemic Response Phase (2020-2022), and Structural Transformation Phase (2023-2025). Results indicate varying effectiveness across policy instruments, with differentiated reserve requirements and payment system digitalization positively contributing to inclusivity. Determinants of effectiveness include institutional factors, economic structure, external factors, and financial-digital infrastructure that interact to create regional disparities. Monetary policy reformulation is necessary through the development of multi-dimensional evaluation metrics, strengthening regional policy coordination, differentiated instrument innovation, and accelerating digital transformation of the financial system to achieve more inclusive economic growth.

Abstract

The rise of digital media and growing environmental awareness have shifted consumer preferences toward brands that emphasize authenticity and sustainability, especially in the beauty industry. This study aims to examine the influence of influencer authenticity and sustainability experience values on the driving repurchase of Avoskin skincare products. A quantitative method using purposive sampling was applied, collecting data from 158 consumers in Bandung who had purchased Avoskin products at least twice. Influencer authenticity was measured through transparency, credibility, uniqueness, and consistency, while sustainability experience values included sustainability, spirituality, ethical packaging, and social empathy. Driving repurchase was evaluated using indicators of satisfaction, trust, perceived quality, and loyalty. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) via SmartPLS 3.0. The results indicate that both influencer authenticity and sustainability experience values have a significant and positive influence on Driving Repurchase. Consumers are more likely to make repeat purchases when they perceive influencers as trustworthy and the brand as aligned with their ethical and environmental values. Authentic and sustainable branding strategies are essential in strengthening consumer trust and loyalty. This study confirms the role of value-based engagement in cultivating long-term consumer relationships within the skincare industry. This research extends the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) by integrating social and ethical value dimensions, offering a novel perspective on behavioral intention in the context of influencer marketing and sustainability in beauty products.

Abstract

This study aims to explore in detail the structural mechanisms that reinforce inequality, focusing on the interaction between economic (class), social status (prestige) and power (authority) dimensions and analyzing how social stratification produces and reproduces inequality in access to public services in Surabaya City, Malang City and Sidoarjo Regency using a conflictual approach based on Marxian and Weberian theories. The study adopted a qualitative method with a multicluster case study design, combining in-depth interview techniques, participatory observation and documentation analysis. The research shows that inequality in access to education, health and public administration services is significantly influenced by unequal structures of social class, status and power. In the Marxian perspective, such inequality is a reflection of the dominance of the capitalist class in accessing and controlling public resources, while the Weberian approach reveals that social status and bureaucracy create systematic differentiation of opportunities. This study makes a theoretical contribution by synergizing two classic approaches in explaining the phenomenon of urban social inequality in Indonesia and filling the void in stratification studies that have tended to be descriptive. Practically, the results of this study recommend the need to reform the public service system based on the principles of distributive justice and equal access. The findings also imply that without substantial structural changes, inequality in public services will continue to reproduce the cycle of social injustice in urban spaces.

Abstract

Innovation is a key driver of competitiveness and sustainability, particularly for industries undergoing strategic transformation. This study explores organizational innovation culture using a mixed-method approach, integrating quantitative assessment and qualitative insights. The Innovation Quotient (IQ), which comprises six building blocks : values, behaviors, climate, resources, processes, and success; served as the primary assessment framework. Data were collected through surveys and semi-structured interviews across various organizational levels. Findings reveal strengths in areas such as corporate values and internal collaboration. However, gaps were identified in leadership behaviors supporting innovation, resource allocation, and the absence of formalized innovation processes. These shortcomings suggest critical barriers to institutionalizing innovation. The research assumes that corporate culture significantly influences innovation outcomes, and that systematic evaluation can yield actionable insights. This research assumes that organizational culture influences innovation outcomes and that systematic evaluation can identify practical improvements. It contributes to both academic and managerial perspectives by applying the IQ model in the mining industry. Practical recommendations include developing structured innovation leadership programs, allocating dedicated innovation resources, and embedding innovation metrics into strategic planning. These actions aim to foster a more adaptive and innovation-conducive organizational culture.
