Abstract

AbstractThe quality of education in essence cannot be separated from the quality of the learning process in the classroom, while the quality of learning can be seen from the aspect of the process of student learning outcomes. A good learning process will encourage students to always be actively, creatively, and critically involved so that they can achieve maximum achievement and learning outcomes. In addition to the less than optimal learning achievement among class XI Tphp 2 students, they are also very passive in the social studies learning process. This is proven in the social studies learning process in the classroom where the social studies teacher dominates in delivering the material and students tend to accept without being given the opportunity to convey their ideas about the material presented so that in the social studies learning process the criticality of students is almost not too prominent. In addition to the use of monotonous learning methods, students are also less able to think critically in social studies learning, this is also caused by the low interest in students' learning in social studies subjects.Keywords: cooperative model, social studies learning, critical, achievement

Abstract

This research aims to integrate local culinary into tourism in creating economic and social benefits in the digital 4.0 era. Data collection techniques are documentation from relevant journals and literature sources such as Google Scholar. Data analysis with critical literature. The results of the study show that the integration of local culinary into tourism in the digital 4.0 era creates economic and social benefits. Local cuisine attracts tourists with the uniqueness of traditional dishes. Digital infrastructure and marketing increase the visibility of local culinary delights. Positive impacts on tourism and local communities, such as new income and jobs. The interaction of tourists and local residents through culinary increases cultural understanding, local identity and tolerance. Huge potential for sustainable economic and social benefits

Abstract

Labeling halal certificate on Pie Susu is a typical food from Bali which is famous and is a souvenir like Pie Susu Dewata very important For done , so bring enhancement production sales . Study This use approach participatory direct researcher with approach quantitative with results research showing that this product has experienced rapid development after having a halal label on its product packaging. Turnover goes up, products are better known, promotions are more, and sales are up. This is the advantage of a halal certificate that makes consumers trust.

Abstract

Background: The road to Ijen Geopark is a provincial road that connects Banyuwangi Regency and Bondowoso Regency. The activity of collecting fees by the Tamansari Village Government for road users to Ijen Geopark which is intended to increase development in Tamansari Village has become a polemic in itself. The road to Ijen Geopark has 1 lane which has 2 lanes. Government Regulation 97/2012 explains that the road levy is for roads that have 2 lanes, each lane having at least 2 lanes. Objectives: To describe, analyze, and interpret the implementation of Tamansari Village Government policies in withdrawing provincial road fees for road users to Ijen Geopark based on Government Regulation 97/2012. Method: Using qualitative principles according to constructive and participatory models. Primary data from interviews, and secondary data from the results of literature studies and various regulations relevant to the substance of the research. Result: The fee collection program can be justified if it does not violate existing regulations and is properly beneficial for development and society. Conclusion: The wrong levy collection policy causes community dissatisfaction, causes people to have no sympathy for the government, and reduces the utilization of infrastructure provided by the government.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the contract or investment cooperation agreement made by partners and PT. IMB is legally valid, to find out the agreement between PT. MIB with partners is an investment agreement, to find out the business run by PT. MIB with partners is an illegal investment to know PT. IMB commits fraud under the guise of investing in victims as partners, to find out about illegal investment laws from the perspective of Pancasila. In this study, researchers used field research methods and used a qualitative approach. The results of the research found that the cooperation agreement entered into by partners and PT.IMB was not legally valid. The agreement between PT.MIB and partners is an investment agreement but there are some irregularities, PT. IMB commits fraud under the guise of investment. Conclusion The agreement between PT. MIB and partners is an investment agreement even though there are some irregularities, but PT. MIB is not competent at law because it does not have permission to accept investment from investors, both domestic and foreign. If seen from the characteristics of fraudulent investment, PT. MIB is running an illegal investment business.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of the work environment and job satisfaction on the performance of employees in the Department of Industry and Trade of Pasuruan Regency. The analysis tools used to describe the work environment and job satisfaction in relation to performance utilized SPSS. Additionally, multiple regression analysis was employed to analyze the influence of motivation and work discipline on the performance of educational staff. The results of the partial hypothesis testing (t-test) for both independent variables, the work environment, and job satisfaction, showed a significant partial influence on the dependent variable, the performance of employees in the Department of Industry and Trade of Pasuruan Regency. Based on the data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that the research on the work environment and job satisfaction's impact on the performance of employees in the Department of Industry and Trade of Pasuruan Regency has shown that the simultaneous (F-test) testing of the independent variables, the work environment, and job satisfaction, has a significant combined influence on the dependent variable, the employee's performance. Furthermore, the research results revealed that the regression coefficient value for job satisfaction was higher compared to the coefficient value for the work environment. This finding indicates that job satisfaction is the dominant factor influencing employee performance in the Department of Industry and Trade of Pasuruan Regency.

Abstract

This research discusses the study of egalitarianism in the social life of the Osing community in Banyuwangi, by highlighting aspects of welfare, justice and equality. The Osing people have a strong belief in the principles of egalitarianism which prioritize social equality and justice in the treatment of individuals, regardless of background or social position. The method used in this research is the research method used is a qualitative research method. Research was conducted on the Osing community in Banyuwangi. The collection technique uses data triangulation where the collection uses primary data and secondary data. The results of this research can be concluded that the study of egalitarianism in the social life of the Osing community in Banyuwangi has important implications in understanding and promoting the values ​​of equality, justice and prosperity in the context of that society. This study provides a richer picture of how the values ​​of egalitarianism are reflected in the life patterns of local communities and helps in formulating strategies and policies that can increase equality and prosperity for all members of the Osing community.

Abstract

Community development is a model of intervention in social work that really pays attention to the human aspect and community empowerment, which still has a strong presence in it with educational elements that seek to change a community. The key to creating social welfare in community development is participation from the community. It is hoped that community involvement physically, mentally, materially and financially can increase the sense of togetherness and ownership of the development process and results in the community. Kemiren Village is a traditional tourist village located in Banyuwangi Regency and the village is a representation of Osing culture and customs in Banyuwangi Regency. The Kemiren Village community is a community that upholds the values ​​of Osing customs and culture, where in their daily lives they use these values ​​as guidelines, all of which are a form of local wisdom of the Kemiren Village community. This research uses qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques by obtaining data from library study observation techniques, interviews and documentation. The results obtained are that tourism development in the Osing Traditional Tourism Village is less stable seen from the fluctuating number of tourist visits, but even though it is less stable, the tourism potential in the Osing Traditional Tourism Village is interesting enough to increase tourist interest in visiting, it's just that the management must have more ability to handle tourists. Then the forms of local community participation in developing tourism in the Osing Traditional Tourism Village are: The forms of participation of the Kemiren community in developing tourism in the Osing Traditional Tourism Village are participation in decision making, participation in community participation in tourism operational activities, community participation in enjoying or utilizing the results - tourism development results, and community participation in assessing and supervising tourism activities in the Osing Traditional Tourism Village

Abstract

The Indonesian nation is very rich in culture and traditions. One of the traditions it has is the Seren TaunTradition. Until now, this tradition is still preserved in several areas in West Jawa. This tradition is a tradition that has been carried out by the Sundanese people, by prioritizing one of the crops, namely rice. This tradition has been carried out in various areas of West Java, one of which is in Girijaya-Cidahu Village, Sukabumi, West Java. Even the agricultural sector is a source of livelihood for the people of Girijaya. Due to its strategic geographic location, which is near the mountains. In the era of globalization, it can be seen that many people have almost forgotten the traditions that surround them, but the Girijaya people have a strategy in preserving this Seren Taun Tradition, namely by means of local characters, palnting local chharacters to become a fortress to wirhstand the onslaught of outisde influences.

Abstract

Theories related to learning and education has developed since Greece and Roman era. The philosophers have already convinced the society with their thoughts of learning even though there are still some polemics and pro contra among experts. Their concepts have brought some changes dan influences to human education including an educational system in Indonesia. This article aimed at elaborating the development of educational theories and the implementation of those theories in educational system in Indonesia to get better understanding of the theories. In writing this article, a historical library research method was used to get data and information related to the topic. Relevant journals and books were used as the references to support the writing of this article. The result shows that concepts in education were used as references to build proper form of curriculum in Indonesia. It has important roles in developing national education which finally Indonesia has ten times revised the curriculum to get better educational system and work in line with the development era.
