Abstract

The highest amount of village funds in Lueng Baro Village is in 2021 at Rp. 1,006,174,231,- where the funds are used for other fields such as the village government of Rp. 424,174,226, - the area of gampong development is Rp. 443,220,000, - in the field of community development, amounting to Rp. 39,550,000, - in the field of community empowerment of Rp. 111.900.000,- and the field of disaster management is Rp. 47.330.000,-. The purpose of this study was to determine the efforts made by the local government to optimize village funds in the agricultural sector. This type of research is qualitative using interview guidelines. The number of samples or informants in this study were 8 people. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it is obtained that the Efforts made by the Regional Government for Optimizing Village Funds in the Agriculture Sector to realize an independent village is that the village government supports it is to help make proposals for farmer groups and letters needed by farmers to get assistance from other parties such as the local government agency. agriculture for agricultural assistance. Provide village fund assistance for agriculture. Furthermore, the village independence of the farming community is good, although it is not fully independent. However, they no longer depend entirely on government assistance to run their agriculture, they work on their own to meet their agricultural needs and work together to build agricultural roads.

Abstract

AbstractThe commitment of investors to invest their funds in Islamic stock instruments is influenced by various rational considerations because the decision to invest in stocks is closely related to risk and return. This study aims to analyze the effect of knowledge and investment motivation on purchasing decisions of sharia stock by society in the city of Bukittinggi. This type of research is a field research with a quantitative approach. This research picks up Bukittinggi as a sampling area with a sample of 100 Sharia stock investors, which were selected purposively. The results of the study prove that there is a significant positive influence of knowledge and investment motivation on sharia share purchase decisions with a contribution of 63.8%, while the remaining 36.2% is influenced by other variables outside the model. The higher the level of knowledge and investment motivation, the greater the decision to purchase sharia stock. This finding convinces potential investors and policy makers of the importance of stock knowledge and investment motivation in order to avoid risk. This study can be an important reference regarding the need for appropriate socialization and marketing strategies based on consumer behavior in developing market share of Islamic stocks in the secondary market.Keywords: Investment Knowledge, Investment Motivation, Sharia Stock Purchase Decision

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan  untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari CR, GPM, DAR, dan Jaminan aset terhadap kebijakan dividen pada perusahaan sektor industri dasar dan kimia pada tahun 2016-2019. Sampel  dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 17 perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia yang terdiri dari perusahaan sektor industri dasar dan kimia, metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini mendapatkan bahwa  secara parsial CR berpengaruh negatif atau tidak signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen, sedangkan GPM, DAR dan Jaminan Aset  berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen pada perusahaan sektor industri dasar dan kimia di tahun 2016-2019.Kata Kunci : CR, GPM, DAR dan Jaminan Aset , Kebijakan Dividen

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji perbedaan rata-rata kepuasan masyarakat dan menganalisis indeks kepuasan masyarakat desa atas pelayanan administrasi di kantor desa. Jumlah sampel diambil sebanyak 260 warga dalam 26 gampong di Kecamatan Meureubo, Kabupaten Aceh Barat, Provinsi Aceh. Data dianalisis dalam dua tahapan, yaitu uji one way Anova dan analisis indeks kepuasan masyarakat. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa terdapat perbedaan nilai rata-rata kepuasan masyarakat diantara 26 gampong. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian tersebut, gampong yang masuk dalam peringkat sepuluh besar dengan skor tertinggi rata-rata kepuasan masyarakat adalah Meureubo, Langung, Buloh, Paya Peunaga, Ujong Tanoh Darat, Pucok Reudeup, Ranto Panyang Barat, Peunaga Rayeuk, Ujong Tanjung, Mesjid Tuha, dan Paya Baro. Selain itu, terdapat sebanyak 7 gampong memiliki tingkat kepuasan masyarakat dengan mutu ‘A’, kinerja ‘sangat baik’, yakni Ranto Panyang Barat, Ujong Tanoh Darat, Buloh, Meureubo, Langung, Paya Peunaga, dan Pucok Reudeup. Sisanya sebanyak 19 gampong memiliki tingkat kepuasan masyarakat dengan mutu ‘B’, kinerja ‘baik’.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat Pengaruh Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Badan Narkotika Nasional Provinsi Sumatera Selatan yang populasi nya berjumlah 89 orang. Metode pengambilan pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode sampling puposive yang artinya teknik penentuan sampel dengan dengan pertimbangan kriteria tertentu. Dalam penelitian ini sampel yang diambil yaitu berdasarkan jumlah pegawai (pns) di badan narkotika nasional provinsi sumatera selatan yaitu berjumlah 49  orang yang menjadi sumber data. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah Kuesioner dan Observasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda, analisis korelasi, analisis determinasi, uji hipotesis t dan uji hipotesis F dengan bantuan SPSS 21 for windows.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan ada pengaruh yang sifnifikan antara Pendidikan dan Pelatihan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Badan Narkotika Nasional Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari dari uji t variabel pendidikan yaitu 0,002<0,05 dan variabel Pelatihan 0,004<0,05. Berdasarkan uji F yaitu 0,000<0,05 yang artinya seluruh variabel independen secara bersamaan berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependen.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Literasi Keuangan, Kecerdasan Emosional, dan Kecerdasan Spiritual Terhadap Perilaku Konsumtif (Survei pada Mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan 2019/2020). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode asosiatif dengan teknik analisis data regresi linear berganda. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 86 orang yang diambil menggunakan propotional random sampling mahasiswa  pendidikan ekonomi FKIP UNIS Tangerang Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan angket (google form) dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menggunakan uji non parametrik tes karena hasil uji normalitas pada penelitian ini <0.05 sehingga mendapatkan hasil bahwa Literasi keuangan tidak berpengaruh terhadap perilaku konsumtif, Kecerdasan emosional tidak berpengaruh terhadap perilaku konsumtif, Kecerdasan spiritual tidak berpengaruh terhadap perilaku konsumtif, dan Literasi keuangan, kecerdasan emosional, dan kecerdasan spiritual tidak berpengaruh terhadap perilaku konsumtif dengan nilai  2.71 dengan taraf signifikansi 0.334. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa besarnya pengaruh literasi keuangan, kecerdasan emosional, kecerdasan spiritual terhadap perilaku konsumtif Mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi FKIP UNIS Tangerang adalah sebesar 4% sedangkan selebihnya 96% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti diluar dari persamaan regresi ini.

Abstract

Analysis of the variables of intrinsic motivation and organizational culture on performance productivity was carried out at the Food Crops and Horticulture Service in West Aceh District using quantitative methods. Through this method the researcher collected data using a total sampling technique for 56 respondents. Questionnaires or questionnaires are distributed with a Likert scale as an indicator of measurement, and data analysis through validity tests, reliability tests; classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis; t test, F test and the coefficient of determination of the determination (R²) with the help of SPSS. The results of the analysis show that the intrinsic motivation variable (X1) shows a t count of 0.539 < t table of 2.004. So it shows that the intrinsic motivation variable has no significant effect on the performance productivity variable (Y). The organizational culture variable (X2) shows a t count value of 19,387 > t table 2.004, so it is assumed that organizational culture has a significant effect on the productivity variable (Y). Simultaneously the two X variables also affect performance productivity, with an F count of 209.871 > F table of 3.17. 88.8% of performance productivity can be explained by intrinsic motivation and organizational culture while the remaining 11.2% is influenced by other factors.Keywords : intrinsic motivation, organizational culture, performance productivity.

Abstract

Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are playing a major role in many country including Indonesia, the definition of SMEs under Law No.20 of 2008 are corps owned by individual or groups of people, and it’s defined by their assets and annual sales, cited from ilo.org Indonesia’s SMEs are reaching 816.000 in total, employing 97 percent of local workforce in Indonesia and contributing 27 percent of GDP and we can say that SMEs are the backbone of the economy in Indonesia. Despite the fact, many SMEs failed to sustain in this era of globalization and pandemic, cited from bbc.com there are around 30 million of SMEs were bankrupt  and closed during pandemic, hence the researcher did some research to find what are the most important factors to make SMEs sustain in this era. This study is located in Surabaya considering Surabaya as the second largest and fastest trading city with a significant SMEs growth since 2008 and high economic maneuver. Multiple linear regression was used for this study with a total 53 samples using google form as the data collection platform. Findings that all factors such customer value, transformational leadership, innovation and online marketing are significantly related to business performance. Abstract

This study aims to identify the behavior of the Micro, Small, and Medium enterprise within West Aceh in managing financial and operational activities of the business. The object of the research was randomly selected of 30 micro, small and medium enterprises located in West Aceh. The method of the study is a qualitative method with analysis descriptive approach using interview, observation and questionnaire as the technic of data collection. The result of the study shows that the practice of management accounting of the business is not compatible with the actual principle of the concept. Some respondents believe that their businesses operate normally as in fact they are not developing. Others consider that the development of technology and information are not relevant in increasing business’ performance and feasibility. Keywords: Management Accounting, SMEs

Abstract

In the midst of an increasingly advanced civilization, various companies are required to continue to innovate and maintain stability in order to be able to continue to exist in society and be able to compete in the business world. One of the businesses that continues to grow rapidly after the Covid-19 pandemic and has succeeded in dominating the domestic market to date is the sales-related industry that offers a variety of beauty products. In deciding to buy a product, potential customers have certain criteria. Research using qualitative research methods.
