Abstract

This study aimed to see if there are service quality affects customer satisfaction in using the services of Pharmacy Baya Husada Boyolali. Subjects in this study is that consumers Pharmacy Baya Husada Boyolali aged 18-60 years; purchase drugs at private expense; able to read, write, and communicate well; and willing to fill out a questionnaire. This study uses quantitative research methods, to determine the effect of service quality on consumer satisfaction using the services of the pharmacy Baya Husada Boyolali. The samples used in this study was 116 subjects. Measurements in this study was performed using a questionnaire based on the variables used. Data were analysed using classical assumption test and multiple regression analysis. Based on the analysis and discussion of the quality of service showed that the appearance of Pharmacy, Hospitality Officer, Drug Information Service at the pharmacy, Availability of Medicines in Pharmacies, Pharmacy Services and Speed affects customer satisfaction in using Pharmacy Baya Husada Boyolali. Abstract

Abstract Penelitian ini mengkaji efektivitas strategi pemasaran multi-channel pada biro perjalanan wisata skala menengah, dengan fokus pada PT. Jelajahi Arunika Indonesia sebagai studi kasus. Dalam industri pariwisata yang semakin kompetitif, pemahaman mendalam tentang implementasi dan dampak berbagai saluran pemasaran terhadap kinerja bisnis menjadi sangat penting. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengeksplorasi pengalaman dan persepsi internal perusahaan serta pelanggan terhadap strategi pemasaran multi-channel yang diterapkan oleh PT. Jelajahi Arunika Indonesia. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini menggabungkan wawancara mendalam dengan eksekutif perusahaan, staf pemasaran, dan pelanggan, serta analisis dokumen pemasaran perusahaan. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa integrasi yang efektif antara saluran digital dan tradisional memainkan peran kunci dalam meningkatkan engagement pelanggan. Studi ini juga mengungkapkan tantangan dalam menyelaraskan pesan pemasaran di berbagai saluran dan pentingnya personalisasi konten. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi biro perjalanan wisata skala menengah dalam merancang dan mengimplementasikan strategi pemasaran multi-channel yang efektif dan kohesif. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence and analyze the influence of capabilities, opportunities, and rationalization on the condition of financial statements and the role of income tax rates as a moderating variable in non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020–2022 as the population in this study. The data in this study consisted of 207 observations determined using the purposive sampling method. Data collection uses documentation techniques collected from annual financial reports and annual reports. The analysis technique used is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with Eviews. Based on the results of the regression test, capabilities and opportunities influence the condition of financial statements, while rationalization cannot influence the condition of financial statements. The results of the moderation regression show that the income tax rate is able to moderate opportunity, while other income tax rates are not able to moderate it. The practical implications of this research can provide information for stakeholders in decision making.

Abstract

Purpose: analyze the effect of the variables number of employment, unemployment rate and regional minimum wage on the human development index. Methodology: The analysis method in this study is econometric analysis of panel data regression from 2015 to 2028 in Surakarta City, in Central Java Province using e-Views software. Results: The results of the study on the partial test (t-test) explained that there was a positive and significant influence on the number of jobs and regional minimum wages on the human development index, but on the variable unemployment rate there was a negative and significant influence on the human development index in Surakarta City in the 2015-2022 period. Applications/Originality/Value: This study is different from the previous one where adding or using the level of unemployment and employment as independent variables against variables bound to the human development index in Surakarta City, Central Java Province

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak ekonomi Transjogja Koridor 1A terhadap peningkatan aksesibilitas dan perekonomian masyarakat Yogyakarta sebagai Smart City. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode literatur review, dengan mengumpulkan data dari berbagai artikel-artikel terkait. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Transjogja Koridor 1A memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan aksesibilitas masyarakat Yogyakarta. Dengan adanya layanan transportasi yang terintegrasi dan terkoordinasi dengan baik, masyarakat dapat dengan mudah dan efisien mengakses berbagai destinasi di kota Yogyakarta. Selain itu, Transjogja Koridor 1A juga memberikan dampak positif terhadap perekonomian masyarakat Yogyakarta, terutama di sepanjang rute koridor tersebut. Dalam konteks Smart City, Transjogja Koridor 1A dapat dijadikan salah satu solusi untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat dan mempercepat pertumbuhan ekonomi di kota Yogyakarta. Namun, peningkatan aksesibilitas dan perekonomian yang dihasilkan oleh Transjogja Koridor 1A juga perlu diimbangi dengan upaya-upaya untuk menjaga keberlanjutan lingkungan dan mengurangi dampak negatif terhadap masyarakat yang terdampak.

Abstract

This study aims to find out whether the performance appraisal system and remuneration system have a partial effect on employee motivation at BPDPKS and to find out if the motivation of HR employees affects employee performance at BPDPKS. The data collection method used in this study was documentation and questionnaires collected by distributing questionnaires to all BPDPKS officials and employees as many as 84 employees.There are three steps of this research analysis stage: the first stage is a descriptive analysis of the characteristics of the respondents describing based on age range, education and gender, the second stage is a descriptive analysis of research variables looking at the description of the research variables based on the respondent's point of view and the third stage is the SEM PLS analysis carried out to assess the variable influence test with 2 (two) stages, namely the outer model test and the inner model test. The results of the SEM PLS analysis stated that the composition of remuneration had no effect on employee work motivation, the performance appraisal system had a good and large influence on work motivation, employee motivation was influenced by the performance appraisal method and remuneration composition at the same time and employee performance was positively and significantly influenced by work motivation

Abstract

Abstract Researchers believe in two things, namely, first, the Auditor Integrity variable can have a positive relationship and have a significant influence on Internal Audit Effectiveness. Second, researchers determine that the Auditor Competence variable can moderate the influence of the Auditor Integrity variable on Internal Audit Effectiveness. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the influence of the Auditor Integrity variable on the Effectiveness of Internal Auditors with Work Competence as a moderating variable. This research is a quantitative research with an exploratory approach that collects data using a questionnaire method. The data used in this research is primary data. The data was analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The research results show that the Auditor Integrity variable has a positive relationship and a significant influence on the Internal Audit Effectiveness variable because the better the Auditor's Integrity, the more independent the auditor, the more likely he is to intervene, and is believed to be able to complete his tasks well. Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which Private Label (X1) and Product Quality (X2) influence Purchase Decision (Y). The study uses a quantitative approach with sampling using the Non-Probability Sampling method. The type of data used in this study is primary data obtained from questionnaires filled out directly by respondents. Secondary data comes from books, journals, research results, practical work reports, and related to the author's research object. In this study, the population that will be taken is all consumers of Spesial Sambal Wonogiri branch, which is immeasurable. Sample measurement is determined by using the Minimum Sample Size Determination formula for SEM according to Hair et al (2010): (Number of indicators + number of latent variables) x (5 to 10 times) Based on these guidelines, the maximum sample size for this study is: Maximum sample = (17 + 3) x 5 = 100 respondents. The analysis technique used to process and discuss the data and test the hypotheses in this study is multiple regression analysis using the SPSS application tool. Meanwhile, to assess consumer responses to the indicators, the author uses the Likert scale. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. Using the SPSS analysis tool, the results of the study show that private label (X1) and product quality (X2), both partially and simultaneously, influence Purchase Decision (Y). Abstract

The impact of information technology (IT) and telecommunications breakthroughs on a country's economy may be large. National economic progress continues, especially after the formation of the G20, a meeting of 19 leading countries and the European Union which aims to foster world collaboration. The countries included in the list include South Africa, United States, Saudi Arabia, Argentina, Australia, Brazil, India, England, Italy, Japan, Germany, Canada, South Korea, Mexico, France, Russia, China, Turkey, and the European Union. Additionally, investment and workforce levels are important factors to consider. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of investment, labor, information and communication technology on economic growth in 5 G20 countries in 2017 - 2022. This research is quantitative research. The results of this research show that using the panel data method produces the best model, namely the Common Effect Model (REM), the results of the simultaneous significant test (F test) show that in 2017-2022 the investment, labor, information and communication technology variables do not simultaneous influence on economic growth in 5 G20 countries, namely Indonesia, Korea, Brazil, Saudi Arabia, Argentina. The results of the partial significant test (t test) show that the labor variable has an influence on economic growth in 5 G20 countries. Meanwhile, two other variables, namely investment and information and communication technology, have no effect on economic growth in the 5 G20 countries, namely Indonesia, Korea, Brazil, Saudi Arabia, Argentina in 2017 - 2022. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami bagaimana pengembangan karir dapat digunakan sebagai faktor moderating antara sifat kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Dalam penelitian ini, metode penelitian kuantitatif digunakan. Dengan bantuan kuesioner dan sampel 146 pekerja, data dikumpulkan. Analisis jalur dan analisis deskriptif adalah metode analisis data yang digunakan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel berpengaruh positif dapat dilihat dari: 1) Pengembangan karir mempunyai dampak terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan. 2 ) Pelatihan kerja berdampak pada kinerja karyawan. 3) Kepuasan kerja memiliki dampak terhadap kinerja karyawan. 4) Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa pengaruh tidak langsung lebih kuat daripada pengaruh langsung, maka kepuasan kerja digunakan sebagai variabel perantara antara karakteristik yang berkaitan dengan kinerja karyawan dan variabel yang berkaitan dengan pengembangan karir dan pelatihan kerja. Kata kunci: pengembangan karir, pelatihan kerja, kepuasan kerja, kinerja karyawan
