Abstract

The research aimed to find out the impact of subsidy spending, social assistance spending and the economic growth in Maluku Province since 2012 - 2021. The data used of the research is secondary data from the Indonesian Central Bureau of Statistics and data from the Finance Ministry of Indonesia as well as others supporting data. The multiple linear regression method using Eviews10 application which was used as a tool to process data concluded that subsidy spending and social assistance spending had a positive and insignificant effect on reducing poverty in Maluku Province and The Economic Growth had a negative and significant effect.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan hotel di Yogyakarta. Reponden dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan karyawan hotel di Yogyakarta. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 50 responden. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda dengan SPSS sebagai alat analisis. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian data yang dilakukan, menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Kepuasan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan hotel di Yogyakarta. 2) Komitmen organisasi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan hotel di Yogyakarta. 3) Kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan hotel di Yogyakarta. Kata Kunci: Kepuasan Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

This study aims to Identify the obstacles Concierge faces in serving guests Study the efforts of Concierges in providing optimum service Formulate solutions to improve the quality of the service of the concierge Qualitative research methods are used by conducting semi-structured interviews with the staff of the Concierge at the Renaissance Hotel & Resort Okinawa. Research results show that: Concierge faces several obstacles, such as staff constraints, lack of knowledge, and ineffective communication. Concierge makes various efforts to provide optimal service, such as improving skills and knowledge, communicating well, and leveraging technology. Solutions to improve the quality of Concierge services include enhanced resources, training, and coordination. This study concludes that: Concierge plays an important role in improving the quality of service in the Front Office. Increased quality of Concierge service will enhance the hotel's reputation and provide guests with an unforgettable experience

Abstract

Tujuan Perbankan Islam didefinisikan dengan baik sebagai konsisten dengan Syariah, karakterisasi unik dan tujuan perbankan syariah mencakup penawaran bisnis yang selaras dengan hukum Syariah. Bank syariah menawarkan layanan yang melayani kepekaan agama, misalnya, menghormati kewajiban finansial dan moral kepada Tuhan dan pemangku kepentingan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji hubungan antara tujuan perbankan syariah dengan kepuasan nasabah, dan loyalitas nasabah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan menyebarkan kuesioner yang diperoleh sebanyak 270 responden. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia riil yang membuka rekening bank dan menjadi nasabah dengan cara menabung selama minimal 1 tahun, Dan teknik analisis menggunakan software Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian ini telah membutikan bahwa H1 tujuan perbankan syariah berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas. H2 tujuan perbankan syariah berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan. Dan H3 kepuasan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas. Kata Kunci: Tujuan Perbankan Syariah, Kepuasan, Loyalitas

Abstract

This study aims to provide a description and analysis related to the leadership role at PT. Permata Anugerah Yalapersada. The research method used in this study is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Primary data collection through interviews with eight company employees who became research informants. The results showed that the role of leadership in improving employee performance at PT. Permata Anugerah Yalapersada with leader performs interpersonal roles consisting of the role of the figurehead which is to represent the company, the role of the leader is to provide motivation and the role of liaison is to maintain communication with employees. The role of information consists of the role of the monitor, which is to receive information from various sources; the role of the disseminator such as always updating the latest information, the role of the spokesman is to convey information to outside parties. Decision making consists of the role of entrepreneurship namely providing ideas for job renewal, the role of handling disturbances as mediators in conflicts, the role of allocating resources by channeling funds transparently and the role of negotiators by participating in negotiations, the results show that the role of leaders has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether technical analysis, using moving average and candlestick indicators, can simultaneously influence investors' profit potential. The population in this study consists of FEBI students who opened an account in 2021, with a sample size of 71 students. The research employs a quantitative method with an associative quantitative approach. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression to test the research hypothesis, utilizing the t-test and F-test with the SPSS 16 for Windows software application. The research results indicate that the technical analysis variables (X1), moving average (X2), and candlestick (X3) have a simultaneous influence on potential investment profits, confirming that the hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

The Secretary has an important role in the service, either related to administrative tasks as well as service in the reception. Procedures of the Ministry of administration and the ethics of a good reception can avoid disappointment and dissatisfaction. A Secretary is required to be able to distinguish between providing services and able to exercise his duties, one of which, namely the administrative procedures in the exercise as well as the ethics of reception.The method of this research is a descriptive method. The technique of collecting data through observation of direct observations, interviews with the parties concerned, and the study of literature through his potretan camera, recording, copying and duplicating data. Based on the results of the research, the authors conclude that the role of the Secretary in the administrative procedures of the issuance of a residence permit is limited and the ethics of Immigration Office's reception class I Bandung has been running fine and according with the existing theory, but needs to be improved and good cooperation with the rest of the officers involved to complete its work effectively, efficiently and professionally. Abstract

To increase the educational quality, it was needed the teacher’s competence, the work teacher’s work commitment, and the training and education. The purpose of this research was to explain the influence of the training and education toward teachers’ competence and teahers’ work commitment and the effect on educational quality in Demak Subdistrict, Demak Regency. The research was conducted by using the quantitative method, inferential type. The research was conducted on 65 teachers of State Senior High School in Demak Subdistrict, Demak Regency. The technique of data collection was using questionnaire and analyzed by using SPSS for windows version 17.0. The result of this research showed that (a) the training and education program influenced teachers’ competence, (b) the training and education influenced teachers’ work commitment, (c) the training and education influenced educational quality, (d) teachers’ competence influenced educational quality, (e) teachers’ work commitment influenced educational quality, (f) teachers’ competence did not mediate the effect of the training and education on educational quality, (g) teachers’ work commitment did not mediate the effect of the training and education on educational quality. Abstract

This study aims to examine the company's status following the Covid pandemic and the potential strategic actions to affect employee performance. By gathering actual data from respondents, researchers can evaluate the viability of the put out hypotheses using inference verification procedures. 115 research samples in total were purposefully chosen to participate as responders. We utilize Smart PLS software 3.29 to analyze structural equation models. The results of the study are: (1) Good corporate governance has an influence on job satisfaction; (2) organizational culture has an influence on job satisfaction; (3) Good corporate governance has an influence on performance, (4) Organizational culture has an influence on performance, (5) Job satisfaction has an influence on performance, (6) Job satisfaction mediates good corporate governance on performance and (7) Job satisfaction mediates the influence of organizational culture on performance. A limitation of this study is that the survey only focused on Palembang city area companies Practical implications: from the research indicate that in order to improve performance, new techniques must first boost employee job satisfaction. Performance is influenced by organizational culture, which is the second most important factor. By increasing both internal and external satisfaction, one can increase job satisfaction. (1) Team culture, which is a workplace culture that promotes interpersonal, collaborative, and communicative work environments, can improve organizational culture. aims to establish a business that is like a happy, large family, (3) Adaptive culture, particularly the culture present in an organization or company where employee changes occur, including how the company maintains and maintains the work environment, (2) mission culture, which is a stable and external culture that emphasizes the organization with clear goals and variables, as well as the process of continuous internal improvement and (4) bureaucratic culture, i.e. internal and stable culture for a highly effective organization with a high level of consistency in all its activities. This research examines the performance of regional companies after the occurrence of Covid-19 which is related to the impact of good corporate government and organizational culture which are rarely studied on the sustainability of the performance of regional companies in Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of diamond fraud elements consisting of pressure elements (which are proxied with financial stability, external pressure, and financial targets), oppoturnity elements that are proxied by ineffective monitoring, rationalization elements that are proxied by change on auditors, and capability elements that are proxied by change in director against financial statement fraud in banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019-2021 period. The samples used in this study were 34 companies with purposive sampling method. The analysis method in this study is multiple linear regression. The results showed that financial stability, change on auditors, and change in directors had a significant positive effect on financial statement fraud. Meanwhile, external pressure, financial targets, and ineffectibe monitoring do not have a significant influence on financial statement fraud.
