Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, discipline, and work environment on teacher performance at SMK Pancasila, Southwest Sumba. The research method used is quantitative research. The results of the study showed that the teacher's performance at Pancasila Vocational School Sumba Barat Daya was "very good", this indicated that the teacher's awareness of their professionalism was increasing.

Abstract

Pemilihan tempat belanja menjadi bagian yang sangat penting bagi masyarakat dalam memutuskan pembelian untuk memenuhi kebutuhan keluarganya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah pilihan tempat belanja berpengaruh terhadap kebutuhan keluarga. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan menerapkan penelitian survei, terhadap 100 warga pada 2 RT di Setu, Cipayung Jakarta Timur dengan menggunakan software statistic SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa pilihan tempat belanja berpengaruh terhadap kebutuhan keluarga. Penghasilan menjadi tolak ukur bagi masyarakat dalam memilih tempat belanja.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of financial literacy, financial inclusion, and innovation on the performance of MSMEs in Pedurungan District. The independent variables analyzed in this study are financial literacy, financial inclusion, and innovation. The dependent variable analyzed in this study is the performance of MSMEs. The sample used in this research is MSME players in the Pedurungan District area. Sampling using purposive sampling technique with the sovin formula obtained a sample of 90 respondents. The method for analyzing this research data uses validity tests, reliability test, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, t tests, F tests, and coefficient of determination tests. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of data processing software SPSS version 22. The results of this study indicate the financial literacy has a negative and significant effect on MSME performance, financial inclusion has a positive and significant on MSME performance, innovation has a positive and significant effect on MSME performance.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, technological advances have become a new driver for economic growth, especially in the financial sector, where fintech has been able to become a new instrument to encourage growth in this sector. This research aims to find out whether there is an influence between financial literacy and the increased use of financial technology (fintech) in generation z in the era of society 5.0. The research method used is a quantitative method. The data used in this research is primary data where the data is obtained directly from respondents' answers to questionnaires distributed to generation z in Bandar Lampung City. The respondents of this research are generation z in Bandar Lampung City who were born in 1997-2005. Data analysis techniques use software Smart PLS vers 3.. The results of this research are that financial literacy has a positive and significant influence on the use of financial technology in generation z in the city of Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of service quality on the level of customer satisfaction of electric power installation companies in Surakarta. The object of this research is PT. Serkolians Aman Nusantara Unit Surakarta. This research used 74 respondents as research samples and the sampling technique used a non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used is a quantitative analysis method which includes validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing via t test, F test and R2 test. The F test results for all variables of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy simultaneously influence the level of customer satisfaction with the calculated F test results > Ftable (4.73 > 2.34). Testing the t-test hypothesis shows that the physical evidence variable has a positive and significant effect on the level of customer satisfaction with a significant level of physical evidence of 0.17 < 0.05 and the tcount value (2.108) > ttable value (1.667). The reliability variable has a positive and insignificant effect with the results of a significant reliability value of 0.857 > 0.05, and the tcount value (0.181) < ttable value (1.667). The responsiveness variable has a positive and significant effect on the level of customer satisfaction with a significant responsiveness value of 0.049 < 0.05, and the calculated t value (2008) > ttable value (1.667). The guarantee variable has a positive and significant effect on the level of customer satisfaction with a significant guarantee value of 0.011 < 0.05, and the calculated t value (2.619) > ttable value (1.666) 0.11 < 0.05. The empathy variable has a positive and insignificant effect on the level of consumer satisfaction with a significant empathy value of 0.394 > 0.05, and a tcount value (0.858) < ttable value (1.667). The coefficient of determination test (R2) seen in the Adjusted R Square is 0.604, indicating that 60.4% of customer satisfaction at PT. Serkolians Aman Nusantara Surakarta Unit can be explained by the service quality variable.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of firm size, KAP size, profitability, and audit opinion on audit report lag which is moderated by auditor specialization in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for the 2018-2022 period. This research uses quantitative research, with a population of 225 companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2018-2022. The sampling method used in this research was purposive sampling. The total sample was 150 companies with 562 data analyzed. The analysis method uses Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of the analysis show that firm size and profitability have an influence on audit report lag. Meanwhile, KAP size, audit opinion has no influence on audit report lag in Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2018-2022. And auditor specialization is unable to moderate the variables firm size, KAP size, profitability, and audit opinion regarding audit report lag in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2018-2022.

Abstract

In the current era we have entered where everything has been based on technology. The technology in question is the internet. Indonesian people use internet services for daily activities such as online shopping because it is considered practical and safe, one of the food delivery service providers is Shopeefood. One of the businesses that uses the Shopeefood application is Special Fried Rice and BakmieBang Najib. It is expected that sales through shopeefood will increase compared to direct sales, but the fact that sales through the Shopeefood application is smaller compared to direct sales. The purpose and target of this study is to find out how much influence product quality factors, promotions and service quality have on purchasing decisions using the Shopeefood application. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test hypotheses and produce empirical evidence regarding the effect of tax socialization, service quality and knowledge level of taxpayers compliance. This study used a sampel of 69 respondents. Respondents in this study were the UMKM Songket taxprayers in Palembang City. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis method with the help of SPSS program.The results of this study indicate that partially increase socialitazion has no effect on taxprayer compliance, while the service quality and level of taxprayer knowledge partially have a significant effect on taxprayer compliance. Simultaneously socialization of tax service quality and level of knowledge of taxpayers has a significant effect on taxpayer compliance. Abstract

Peran utama dalam menentukan kualitas pendidikan di sekolah adalah guru. Dalam melaksanakan tugasnya tersebut guru dituntut untuk berusaha keras dalam meningkatkan kualitas kerjanya. Kinerja guru dapat berkembang atau meningkat, salah satunya dipengaruhi oleh kepuasan kerja, dengan kepuasan guru yang meningkat maka guru akan berusaha untuk meningkatkan profesi dan mutunya Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 50 orang guru SD Negeri di Kabupaten Aceh Barat. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara total sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuisioner, sedangkan uji statistik yang digunakan adalah regresi linear menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 20. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dengan kinerja guru SD Negeri di Kabupaten Aceh Barat (t-hitung = 7,475 dan F-hitung sebesar 55,868).

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of brand awareness and customer relationship marketing on customer purchasing decisions at BSI KCP Panorama. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques in this research used observation and interviews. This research explores customers' perceptions of a bank's brand image and how ongoing relationships built through relationship marketing influence their trust and purchasing decisions. The research results show that brand awareness plays an important role in strengthening the bank's image and increasing customer trust, while customer relationship marketing is effective in building meaningful and sustainable relationships with customers. Marketing strategies that focus on increasing brand awareness and strong relationships with customers can increase customer loyalty and purchasing decisions at BSI KCP Panorama.
