Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore the influence of interactive, informative, and social media marketing trends on customer brand engagement and the consequences for the brand loyalty of the @starbucksindonesia Instagram account. The population used in this study is followers and customers on accounts Instagram @starbucksindonesia in Semarang City. In taking the sample, the researcher used a purposive sampling method and distributed the Google form questionnaire as the instrument. SEM (Structural Equation Mode) with SMART PLS 3 is used in this study to carry out validity tests, reliability tests, coefficient of determination tests (Adjusted R Square) and t tests. The results of this study indicate an informative variable. The trend variable has a significant positive effect on customer brand involvement and brand loyalty except interactive. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify production activities and analyze the improvement of cost efficiency and profitability through the implementation of Activity Based Management. The data used were primary and secondary data data through interviews and documentation data collection techniques. This research method was descriptive qualitative method. The results showed that there were found four non-value-added activities and the selection of alternatives continuous improvements was cost reductions in each non-value-added activity, cost efficiency produced by sugar and drip products by 0.52%, which was valued at Rp. 762,596,166. The implementation of ABM by managing production costs can be applied US a continuous improvement step to production activities. Abstract

This study aims to identify aspects that can influence the decision to purchase green products in the city of Medan with a case study on LoveBeauty &Planet products. The method in this study is quantitative descriptive using primary data, with a sample of 100 valid respondents obtained through the distribution of questionnaires and processed using the Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) analysis tool. By testing three independent variables, namely GPK (Green Product Knowledge), GPQ (Green Perceived Quality), and Life Style where these three variables will be tested for their effect on dependent variables, namely Buy Dec (Buying Decision). The results showed that the green product knowledge factor has a very small influence on consumer decisions, while the Green Perceived Quality factor influences consumer purchasing decisions and also Life Style has a significant influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak financial technology dan uang saku terhadap perilaku komsumtif mahasiswa akuntansi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan kuesioner yang dibagikan melalui google form. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa akuntansi semester 7. Populasi dalam penelitian ini 63 mahasiswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam0 penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa financial technology berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa dan uang saku berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa. Kata kunci: Financial Technology, Uang Saku, Perilaku Konsumtif

Abstract

Understanding the behavior of freight and passenger transport companies as users of port services is essential to evaluate service quality performance because it will have an impact on port operational performance and also port service user satisfaction (companies and passengers). Therefore, this study aims to examine the impact of service quality on port operational performance and customer satisfaction from the perspective of port service users. This research uses qualitative and quantitative methods. The quantitative method uses PLS-SEM, while the qualitative method uses IPMA. Data were collected from two sample groups by distributing questionnaires to 50 freight transportation companies and 50 passengers of Luwuk Port in Banggai Regency. The results prove that service quality positively and significantly affects port operational performance and satisfaction in the sample group of freight and passenger transportation companies. The results of the IPMA analysis on both research samples still require improvement to improve port operational performance and port service user satisfaction.

Abstract

Financial stability is an important part of economic growth. The main objective in this study is to analyze how financial stability (using Bank Z-Score) affects economic growth. The data used is country-level data from five selected countries in the Southeast Asia region (Indonesia, Cambodia, Malaysia, Philippines, and Thailand) for the period 2011 – 2021 using the ARDL model approach. The results of this study found strong evidence that financial stability (banking stability) has a positive effect on economic growth for countries in the Southeast Asian region. This study also reveals that it is not only financial stability variables that are important to achieve economic growth but investment and trade openness must also be increased if the country want to achieve the expected economic growth. The positive relationship between investment and trade openness implies that investment and trade openness can be beneficial to economic growth. . Abstract

Pentingnya peran pemimpin dalam suatu organisasi kelompok dapat berjalan efektif jika terdapat kesesuaian antara gaya kepemimpinan dengan bawahannya. Dalam peran seperti itu, pemimpin dapat mengendalikan dan mempengaruhi situasi. Perilaku kepemimpinan tercermin dari sikap seseorang secara keseluruhan, yang ditunjukkan melalui ucapan dan perilakunya sebagai anggota organisasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh peran fungsi kepemimpinan sebagai variabel moderasi antara perilaku kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja organisasi. Hasil penelitian ini telah menemukan bahwa perilaku kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja organisasi dan fungsi kepemimpinan mampu memoderasi perilaku kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja organisasi. Abstract

This study aims to investigate whether there are differences in abnormal returns and Trading Volume Activity before and after the merger event of Bank Syariah Indonesia. It describes a market reaction due to the announcement of a merger which can be perceived as the changes in share prices and trading volume activity. The method of his study was a quantitative approach based on the problem characteristics by applying an event study for the status of research subjects concerning a specific or typical phase. In particular, the population were PT Bank Mandiri Syariah, PT Bank Negara Indonesia Syariah, and PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah, which merged to become Bank Syariah Indonesia. Therefore, the analysis technique used the Paired Sample T-Test and Shapiro-Wilk test for 31 days before the event (15 days before, one day after the event date, and 15 days after). As a result, this study showed no differences in Abnormal Returns before and after Islamic banking merged to become Bank Syariah Indonesia. Its stock market has not interpreted mergers as actions with new information that affects the company's value. With the research results on trading volume activity, there was also no difference before and after the merger of Bank Syariah Indonesia

Abstract

This research explores the factors that influence employees' tendencies to engage in deviant behavior in the workplace and contribute to its creation. This research aims to determine the influence of workplace behavior on organizational commitment, spirituality, ethical leadership, organizational justice, and job satisfaction, using a social exchange theory framework. This research uses a sampling method as a non-random sampling method based on samples selected for statistical analysis. The respondents used in this research were 232 employees of the Islamic University of Purwokerto City. The research uses hardfiles and softfiles (Google forms) for data collection. Data collection was carried out using a Likert Scale-based questionnaire and tested using the Smart PLS application. The findings show that although workplace spirituality and organizational commitment have a direct negative impact on workplace deviant behavior, this relationship is not statistically significant. On the other hand, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Justice have a negative but significant effect on conservation behavior in the workplace. Additionally, there is a weak but positive relationship between workplace deviant behavior and ethical leadership. Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat masyarakat dalam menggunakan layanan fintech peer to peer lending dengan menggunakan model Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). Variabel eksogen dalam penelitian ini adalah Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, dan Facilitating Condition. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner menggunakan Google form. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Performance Expectancy mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap minat masyarakat dalam menggunakan layanan peer to peer lending, sedangkan variabel Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating Condition tidak mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap minat masyarakat dalam menggunakan layanan Peer to Peer lending..
