Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of diversification strategies on company financial performance with profitability as an intervening variable. This research was conducted at manufacturing sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015-2019. The type of data used is secondary data, while the sample selection method uses purposive sampling, obtained 40 sample companies. The analysis technique used is path analysis using the SPSS application program. The results of this study indicate that the diversification strategy has a positive effect on the company's financial performance, and profitability mediates the effect of the diversification strategy on the company's financial performance. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Apakah pelayanan mulai dari bukti langsung, keandalan, daya tanggap jaminan dan empati baik secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat pada Kantor Pos Cabang Balige dan seberapa besar pengaruhnya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan beberapa uji yakni reliability analysis, uji penyimpangan asumsi klasik dan regression linier. Berdasarkan hasil regresi data primer yang diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS 20, diperoleh persamaan regresi linier berganda sebagai berikut Y = 1,221 + 0,331 X1 + 0,116 X2 + 0.012 X3 + 0,315 X4 + 0,147 X5 + e. Secara parsial, variabel bukti langsung (X1) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat, terbukti dari nilai t hitung > t tabel (2,582 > 2,008). Variabel keandalan (X¬2) tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat, terbukti dari nilai t hitung < t tabel (1,255 < 2,008). Variabel daya tanggap (X3) tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat, terbukti dari nilai t hitung < t tabel (0,122 < 2,008). Variabel jaminan (X¬4) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat, terbukti dari nilai t hitung > t tabel (2,401 > 2,008). Variabel empati (X¬5) tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat, terbukti dari nilai t hitung < t tabel (1,902 < 2,008). Secara simultan, variabel bukti langsung (X1), keandalan (X2), daya tanggap (X3), jaminan (X4) dan empati (X5) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat. Artinya hipotesis pada penelitian ini diterima, terbukti dari nilai F hitung > F tabel (41,896 > 2,40). Variabel bukti langsung (X1), keandalan (X2), daya tanggap (X3), jaminan (X4) dan empati (X5) mampu memberikan kontribusi pengaruh terhadap variabel kepuasan masyarakat sebesar 78,8% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 21,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Dari kesimpulan di atas, penulis memberikan saran bahwa melihat kurang tingginya nilai keandalan dan daya tanggap pegawai dalam hal memberikan kepuasan kepada masyarakat sekitar, maka sebaiknya pihak manajemen lebih memperhatikan dan meningkatkan pelayanan agar pegawai dapat diandalkan. Diharapkan ada penelitian yang mendalam di masa yang akan datang yang dilakukan peneliti-peneliti lainnya mengenai variabel pelayanan dan kepuasan. Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of audit fees, audit tenure and audit rotation on audit quality. The sample used in this research is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2022. Data were analyzed using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that audit fees have no effect on audit quality. This can occur because the determination of audit fees has been officially regulated by IAPI, so that it does not directly affect audit quality. Audit tenure affects audit quality, indicating that the longer the tenure, the more competent the auditor will be because the auditor understands internal control, accounting information systems, and company-specific risks. Audit rotation has no effect on audit quality, indicating that auditors who have a professional attitude will act independently in carrying out audits so that it is good to do audit rotation or not if an auditor upholds independence will not be affected by things that can reduce audit quality.

Abstract

Branding is the process of creating a company's brand or image in the eyes of society. Depending on the benefits of each product, each business must implement a unique branding strategy. A brand can consist of a single factor or a combination of factors, such as names, terms, signs, symbols, or designs, to identify a product or service provided by the seller (or a group of vendors) and distinguish it from its competitors. The focus of this study is the branding strategy employed by PT YKK Zipper Indonesia. The objective is to observe how PT YKK Zipper Indonesia carries out its branding procedure. This study contains qualitative descriptive research. With this study, researchers would like to find out how PT YKK Zipper Indonesia builds its brand, so that it can build trust with customers through its sales strategies and have advantages in the products it sells to make the community aware of its brand.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa penilaian skor pengungkapan ISR pada perusahaan jasa dan produk kesehatan yang terdaftar di Indeks Saham Syariah Indonesia (ISSI) periode 2017-2021. Pengungkapan ISR diperlukan sebagai bentuk tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan yang tidak bertentangan dengan islam. Pendekatan penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan data sekunder pada 12 perusahaan yang listing di ISSI dan dilakukan analisis deskriptif terhadap hasil penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa skor ISR tertinggi dilakukan oleh PT Jamu dan Farmasi Sido Muncul Tbk, dan yang terendah pada PT Scan Pacifik Tbk, pengungkapan tema yang paling stabil yautu pada tata kelola perusahaan namun secara total ISR keseluruhan mengalami peningkatan selama 5 tahun 2017-2021.

Abstract

The issues faced by Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in tourism villages, particularly regarding efficiency and effectiveness in the production process, remain an under-researched area. Most studies focus more on the development of tourism attractions and accommodations. However, within the 3S tourism concept (something to see, something to do, something to buy), the aspect of "something to buy" also deserves attention. This study aims to analyze the challenges and opportunities of utilizing technology to support product development for SMEs in Desa Wisata Wates Jaya, as well as to explore appropriate strategies for implementing technology in SME operations. Preliminary research has revealed that, in addition to capital issues, the workforce driving the SMEs in Wates Jaya Village lacks motivation in production. Problems related to calculating the cost of goods sold (COGS), forecasting raw material needs, and manual and disorganized bookkeeping/administrative processes have been identified as key concerns. This study adopts a qualitative approach using a case study of SMEs in Desa Wisata Wates Jaya. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation, and documentation. The findings show that SMEs in Wates Jaya Tourism Village already have a "local champion" who acts as a driving force, serving as a mediator, facilitator, and mobilizer. Support from village officials also strengthens the development of SMEs in the area. However, the lack of trained human resources, particularly in administrative tasks, and the underutilization of technology are notable weaknesses that hinder progress. An integrated system is expected to reduce minor errors through automation, which could also assist with administrative tasks, allowing SMEs in Desa Wisata Wates Jaya to become more resilient and thrive in the future

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether transformational leadership style, compensation and work environment significantly affect employee loyalty. The sampling technique was obtained from primary data and secondary data, primary data was obtained by distributing questionnaires using google form to employees of PT Prima Sejati Sejahtera in the Preparation Department for more than 3 years, obtained a number of 73 respondents and the secondary data used was obtained from personnel. In this research method using data instrument test, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing. The data was processed statistically using SPSS. The results showed that there was a significant influence on the variables of transformational leadership style, compensation and work environment on employee loyalty. Abstract

Special needs children themselves are usually abbreviated as ABK, which is a condition of child limitations that occur from birth or due to illness. This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive case study approach, which describes a specific, limited, in-depth case using a variety of sources, such as interviews, observations, documents. This research aims to find out the communication patterns carried out by teachers in dealing with children with disabilities. Children with special needs (ABK) have the same rights as other normal children in all aspects of life. disability itself is a disease with nerve disorders that inhibit the motor system. It is a congenital disease or can also be caused by an accident. In carrying out teaching and learning activities, it is certainly not the same as teaching normal children. Teachers and parents are important supporters in guiding children with disabilities, especially in the world of education, not only teachers at school, parents at home can also be teachers for their children. Teachers should master competencies when educating these children. In addition, patience must also be instilled so that during the teaching and learning process the student can be calm and easy to understand.

Abstract

This research has the aim of how the readiness of both students and the campus of the Study Program (Prodi) and the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) of Jenderal Achmad Yani University in welcoming, implementing and evaluating linearly. The advantages offered are not only aimed at increasing student skills but there are still shortcomings in their implementation, starting with the fact that there are still many students who lack information about MBKM. A total of 279 students filled out an online questionnaire and answered according to what they knew. The majority of students are interested in this MBKM program as evidenced by 66% choosing it. This is not in line with the readiness of students and the campus. Through this research, it is hoped that the evaluation of both parties can be the basis for future corrections.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to prove empirically the impact of financial ratios on profit growth. The ratios studied include current ratio (CR), total asset turnover (TATO), net profit margin (NPM), return on asset (ROA), and debt to equity ratio (DER). This ratio is used as a signal for investors to help determine the right investment place. This study used a population of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2019-2021 period with a total of 177 companies. The technique for determine the research sample used purposive sampling so that 88 companies were obtained with 264 data (88 companies X 3 periods). Researchers analyzed the data using multiple linier regression method by applying the Common Effect Model. The researchers tested the classic assumptions and tested the hypothesis using the EViews 12 application to help process data. This result showed that NPM and TATO partially had a positive and significant effect on profit growth. ROA, CR and DER variables have no effect on manufacturing company profit growth.
