Abstract

Karyawan adalah sumber daya manusia yang ada diperusahaan tidak hanya butuh kesejahteraan materi tetapi juga butuh penguatan nilai-nilai spiritual yang telah menjadi strategi besar dalam kajian bisnis. Seorang pemimpin perusahaan yang menerapkan gaya spiritual adalah salah satu upaya yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Sebuah perusahaan perlu melakukan penilaian kinerja pada karyawannya. Penilaian hendaknya memberikan suatu gambaran akurat mengenai prestasi kerja. Dengan kata lain kinerja dapat menggabarkan bagaimana dan berapa hasil kerja yang dapat di peroleh oleh karyawan dalam periode tertentu. Dari pemaparan diatas peneliti tertarik untuk mendalami Peran Spiritual Leadership, Kompetensi dan Lingkungan kerja Meningkatkan Kinerja Pegawai dengan Motivasi Sebagai Variabel Intervening sehingga nantinya di harapkan Spiritual Leadership memberikan kontribusi bagi karyawan juga perusahaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan peneliti dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Lokasi Penelitian di Pemerintahan Kab. Badung Bag. Tata Pemerintahan Sekretariat Daerah. Peneliti ingin mengetahui tingkat kualitas pegawai kontrak yang notabene memiliki masa depan yang kurang menentu yaitu seluruh pegawai kontrak sebanyak 97 pegawai. Pegawai yang diberikan oleh responden berupa pilihan angka diantara 1-10. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan model structural equation modelling (SEM) dengan meggunakan program SmartPLS 3.0. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat di simpulkan bahwa seluruh variabel independen yaitu spiritual leadership, kompetensi dan lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh kepada kinerja pegawai secara langsung. Tetapi hanya dua variabel saja yang bisa mempengaruhi secara tidak langsung melalui variabel mediasi, yaitu hanya variabel kompetensi dan lingkungan kerja. Begitu pula dua variabel ini juga memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap variabel mediasi yaitu motivasi. Hal yang berbeda dari variabel spiritual leaderhip dimana walaupun variabel ini memiliki pengaruh langsung ke kinerja, tetapi variabel ini tidak berpengaruh terhadap variabel medaisi yaitu motivasi. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh kepuasan pelanggan ditinjau dari harga, cita rasa, dan word of mouth (studi kasus pada pelanggan bubur bakar badran di Nusukan, Banjarsari). Metode penelitian dengan menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif, populasinya adalah pelanggan bubur bakar badran di nusukan banjarsari yang telah melakukan pembelian minimal 2 kali dan diambil jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner, teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas dan reabilitas, analisis linier berganda, uji t, uji f, koefisien determinasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Harga berpengaruh secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, Cita rasa berpengaruh secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, Word of Mouth berpengaruh secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Hasil koefisien determinasi (R2) diperoleh sebesar 0,598. Hal ini berarti 59,8% variasi variabel kepuasan pelanggan dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel harga, cita rasa dan word of mouth sedangkan sisanya 40,2%, diterangkan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diajukan dalam penelitian. Kata Kunci : Harga, Cita Rasa, word of Mouth, Kepuasan Pelanggan

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work ethic and job training variables on employee performance in the sales division at PT Putra Borneo Nusantara Indah. During 2021, monthly vehicle retail sales were only able to reach the target in June. This is thought to be influenced by the work ethic and job training variables. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Respondents in this study were 29 employees of the sales division of PT Putra Borneo Nusantara Indah. The research instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1-6. Testing the feasibility of the instrument found valid and reliable results. The results showed that the influence of work ethic and job training variables on employee performance compared to other variables not examined was 75.3%. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that there is a significant effect both partially and simultaneously on the work ethic and job training variables on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of product quality, service quality and web design on customer satisfaction. The sample used in this study is Shopee consumers who are students of the Faculty of Economics, University of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa. Sampling using purposive sampling method and obtained as many as 110 respondents. This study uses multiple regression analysis. The results showed that product quality had a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Service quality has no effect on customer satisfaction. Abstract

Sistem Pemasaran Sayuran Hidroponik Dalam Rangka Pemanfaatan Lahan Pekarangan Pertanian Kota (URBAN FARMING) (Studi Kasus : di Syifa Hidroponik Bromo Kota Medan Sumatera Utara). Dibawah bimbingan bapak Ir Ir.A.Effendi Lubis. MMA sebagai ketua pembimbing dan Ibu TinaH.Masitah,SP.,M.Si sebagai Anggota Pembimbing.Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana saluran dan strategi yang tepat dalam memasarkan Sayuran Hidroponik jln. Bromo Kota Medan di Syifa Hidroponik.Pendekatan Penelitain ini dilakukan dengan metode pengumpulan data responden. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah di di Syifa Hidroponik Bromo Kota Medan Sumatera Utara. Data yang dikumpulkan berupa data primer dan data sekunder. Analisis data pada perumusan maslah digunakan analisis SWOT. Model yang digunakan dalam tahapan pengumpulan data ini adalah Matrik faktor strategi internal dan Matrik faktor Eksternal. Hasil identifikasi faktor faktor internal yang merupakan kekuatan dan kelemahan, ranting dan pembobotan dipindahkan ke tabel matrik IFAS untuk diberi Scorsing: ranting x bobot.Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa : Strategi yang diperoleh untuk meningkatkan pemasaran dan minat akan sayuran hidroponik di daerah penelitian yaitu menggunakan strategi SO, Meningkatkan kualitas sayuran hidroponik,Meningkatkan kerjasama petani penangkar, Memperluas wilayah pemasaran. kata kunci : Sistem Pemasaran, Hidroponik, Lahan Pekarangan

Abstract

Abstract Performance is one important element in the organization.The purpose of this study is to create a regression model between leadership style, motivation, and work discipline together on the performance of private vocational school teachers in Tenjolaya sub-district during the Covid-19 period. This research is classified as qualitative research. The data collection tool in this study was a questionnaire. While the data analysis techniques used descriptive analysis techniques, inferential statistical data analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study conclude that there is a positive and significant influence between Leadership Style, Motivation, Work Discipline, and Information Technology on Performance. The results of the multiple linear regression equation regarding the influence of social media and socialization on public health behavior are Y: 2,784 – 0.508 X1 – 0, 490 X2 – -005 X3 – 0.771 X4. Meanwhile, the R Square value obtained is only 0.681 or 68.8%, and 33.4% is explained by other variables that are not included in the regression model. further research on leadership style, work discipline, and motivation because information technology and motivation are good enough to improve teacher performance during the covid-19 period Keywords: Leadership Style, Motivation, Work Discipline, Use Technology, Performance

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of profitability, capital structure, and dividend policy on company value during the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia. The independent variables in this investigation are profitability (ROA), capital structure (DER), and dividend policy (DPR), with the dependent variable firm value (PBV). The sample used in this study is 19 manufacturing companies in the Consumer Goods sector from 2018 to 2021 which are listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange using the purposive sampling method. The method used in this study is quantitative method with multiple linear regression data analysis techniques. The results showed that profitability had a positive and significant effect on firm value, capital structure and dividend policy had no effect on firm value. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the influence of anxiety facing termination of employment on the work motivation of employees at PT Mujur Timber Sibolga. This study involved 71 employees of PT Mujur Timber Sibolga who were still actively working at PT Mujur Timber Sibolga to become respondents or samples. the data collection uses a psychological scale, namely the work motivation scale and the anxiety scale. The data used is primary data which was analyzed by simple linear regression test using SPSS version 25. Then the results obtained from the study are the correlation value between the work anxiety variable and the work motivation variable of 0.698, so it can be concluded that there is a strong relationship between the variables work anxiety with work motivation variables. In this study it was found that the coefficient of determination or R-square was 0.487 or 48.7%, so the researchers stated that the work motivation variable was influenced by 48.7% of the work anxiety variable, and for the other 51.3% it was influenced by other variables. Abstract

Disclosure of risk management shows the ability of a company to manage its risk management and as an important form of reporting and accountability to meet the need for information needed by the company's stakeholders. So as to reduce the information asymmetry between the principal and agent. This study aims to analyze the effect of Profitability, Leverage, Company Size, Audit Committee and Board of Commissioners on Risk Management Disclosure. This type of research is quantitative with a sample of 37 manufacturing companies in the consumer goods sector listed on the IDX 2019-2021. The results showed that company size has a significant effect on Risk Management Disclosure. Meanwhile, profitability, leverage, audit committee and board of commissioners have no significant effect on Risk Management Disclosure

Abstract

This study (conducted at PT. Matahari Department Store Solo Grand Mall) attempts to identify and evaluate the impact of brand image, service quality, and product quality on consumer satisfaction. This study was conducted in the Solo Grand Mall's PT. Matahari Department Store. The quantitative descriptive methodology is used in this investigation. This study took four months to complete. This study's demographic consisted of all PT. Matahari Department Store Solo Grand Mall customers. The study's sample size was 100 respondents. This study employs incidental sampling / accidental sampling, and the analysis technique employs multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The findings demonstrated that at PT. Matahari Department Store Solo Grand Mall, brand image, service quality, and product quality had a favorable and significant impact on customer satisfaction. According to test results of the coefficient of determination of brand image, customer satisfaction at PT. Matahari Department Store Solo Grand Mall is influenced by product and service quality with a variable in the model of 69.2%, while the remaining variable of 30.8% is influenced by other variables not considered in this study.
