Abstract

The aim of this applied research is to map production costs to support business feasibility analysis using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) method for Pulotondo Mulyo Village-Owned Enterprises, called BUMDes, which have a variety of potential superior products. Observations were made on business activities, interviews and documentation to collect data. The BMC method is used to design, outline and develop a company's business model which consists of nine key elements that cover all important aspects of a business, starting from the value proposition offered to customers, the resources needed to produce that value, to the way the company interact with customers and earn revenue. For this reason, as support for one of the elements required in BMC, this research calculates the cost of production using the full costing method to determine the appropriate selling price for BUMDes' superior products, namely Catering and Maggot (from Black Soldier Fly – BSF) products using the cost based pricing method in order to be able to compete with competitors and covers a wide market share. After these stages, a business feasibility analysis is carried out using Payback Period (PP), Net Present Value (NPV), and Internal Rate of Return (IRR). The research results stated that the business was declared worthy of development.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini berjudul Pengaruh Penerapan Sistem Akuntansi Keuangan Daerah Dan Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah Terhadap Kualitas Laporan Keuangan Daerah (Studi Kasus Pada Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Kupang). Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Sistem Akuntansi Keuangan Daerah dan Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah terhadap Kualitas Laporan Keuangan Daerah. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Badan Pengelola Kuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Kupang, yang beralamat di Naibonat, Kec. Kupang Timur., Kabupaten Kupang, Nusa Tenggara Timur. dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 77 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik nonprobability yaitu sampel jenuh atau sering disebut total sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dengan pertanyaan tertutup dan skala likert dari 1–5. Teknik analisis dengan menggunakan bantuan program SPSS versi 27.0 Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, dengan hasil pengujian secara parsial dengan uji t mendapatkan hasil penerapan sistem akuntansi keuangan daerah berpengaruh positif terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan daerah dan pengelolaan keuangan daerah berpengaruh positif terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan daerah. Sedangkan pengujian secara simultan variabel Penerapan Penerapan Sistem Akuntansi Keuangan Daerah dan Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap variabel Kualitas Laporan Keuangan Pada Badan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Kupang. Kata Kunci: sistem akuntansi keuangan daerah;pengelolaan keuangan daerah;kualitas laporan keuangan daerah. Abstract The title of this research is The Effect of the Implementation of Regional Financial Accounting Systems and Regional Financial Management on the Quality of Regional Financial Reports (Case Study on the Financial and Asset Management Agency of Kupang Regency). This study aims to examine the influence of the Regional Financial Accounting System and Regional Financial Management on the Quality of Regional Financial Reports. The research was conducted at the Financial and Asset Management Agency of Kupang Regency, located in Naibonat, East Kupang District, Kupang Regency, East Nusa Tenggara, with a sample size of 77 respondents. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling, specifically saturated sampling, or what is often referred to as total sampling. The research instrument consisted of a questionnaire with closed questions and a Likert scale from 1–5. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS software version 27.0. This study is a quantitative study, with partial testing results using the t-test indicating that the implementation of the regional financial accounting system has a positive effect on the quality of regional financial reports, and regional financial management also has a positive effect on the quality of regional financial reports. Simultaneous testing showed that the variables of Regional Financial Accounting System Implementation and Regional Financial Management together have a significant and positive effect on the Quality of Financial Reports at the Financial and Asset Management Agency of Kupang Regency. Abstract

Abstract In the digital era, the use of technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) and big data has become key in business decision making. However, ethical challenges and their impact on the informal sector, especially among street vendors (PKL) in Kupang City, have not been widely studied. This study aims to examine the impact of AI and big data ethics on street vendors' business decision making, considering consumer satisfaction as a mediating variable and digital literacy as a moderating variable. This study uses a quantitative approach with the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 488 street vendors in Kupang City. The variables studied include AI ethics, big data, consumer satisfaction, digital literacy, and business decision making. Testing was conducted to measure the direct relationship between variables and the mediating and moderating roles of consumer satisfaction and digital literacy. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate how Word of Mouth (WOM) affects consumers' purchasing decisions for Kulo Coffee in Semarang City, using Brand Awareness as a mediating variable. This study was motivated by the high business competition in the coffee industry, where effective marketing strategies are needed to increase purchasing decisions. The research model developed examines the relationship between WOM, social media marketing, and Brand Awareness on consumer purchasing decisions. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 200 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The results showed that WOM has a significant influence on purchasing decisions, both directly and through Brand Awareness as a mediating variable. In addition, Social Media Marketing was also found to have a significant effect on Brand Awareness and purchasing decisions. This study provides theoretical and practical implications for entrepreneurs in the coffee industry to focus more on increasing Brand Awareness through Word of Mouth and social media marketing to influence consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The research problem formulated in this study includes: Does the discount price have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Nhabeauty Salon in Jombor Bendosari Sukoharjo? Does promotion have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Nhabeauty Salon in Jombor Bendosari Sukoharjo? Does the discount price have a significant effect on customer loyalty at Nhabeauty Salon in Jombor Bendosari Sukoharjo? Does promotion have a significant effect on customer loyalty at Nhabeauty Salon in Jombor Bendosari Sukoharjo? Does customer satisfaction affect customer loyalty at Nhabeauty Salon in Jombor Bendosari Sukoharjo? The first hypothesis suggests that the discount price affects customer satisfaction at Nhabeauty Salon in Jombor Sukoharjo as the t-value obtained is 0.026 < t-table 1.660, with a significance level (ρ) of 0.979 (not significant). The second hypothesis, which states that promotion affects customer satisfaction at Nhabeauty Salon in Jombor, is accepted since the t-value obtained is 6.185 with a significance level (ρ) of 0.000 (significant), as the t-value 6.185 > t-table 1.660. The third hypothesis, which states that discount prices affect customer loyalty at Nhabeauty Salon in Jombor Sukoharjo, is proven, with a t-value of 3.949 and a significance level (ρ) of 0.000 (significant). The fourth hypothesis, which states that promotion affects customer loyalty at Nhabeauty Salon in Jombor Sukoharjo, is also proven. This is because the t-value obtained is 6.185 with a significance level (ρ) of 0.000 (significant). The fifth hypothesis, which states that customer satisfaction affects customer loyalty at Nhabeauty Salon in Jombor Sukoharjo, is not proven, as the t-value obtained is 0.340 with a significance level (ρ) of 0.734 (not significant), and the t-value 0.340 < t-table 1.660. The sixth hypothesis, which states that discount prices do not affect customer loyalty through satisfaction, is not proven, as the t-value obtained is 0.025 with a significance level (ρ) of 0.980 (not significant). The seventh hypothesis, which states that promotion affects customer loyalty through satisfaction, is proven. Abstract

This research aims to analyze how much foreign investment, population, inflation, and labor force influence unemployment in Sweden for the period 1991-2022. The data set used comes from the World Bank, the method used in this study is a quantitative approach with time series data analysis using EViews 12, which is analyzed using Error Correction Model (ECM) regression analysis method to investigate the short term and long term impacts of independent variables, including foreign investment, population, inflation, and labor force, on unemployment. The findings show indicate that there is no evidence to conclude that the labor force affects unemployment in either the short or long term. In the short term, foreign investment and population influence unemployment. In the long term, foreign investment and inflation influence unemployment.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh struktur modal sebagai variabel moderasi terhadap hubungan antara rasio profitabilitas, rasio likuiditas, dan rasio solvabilitas terhadap return saham pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2019–2023. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode regresi data panel dengan program EViews 8. Variabel independen meliputi Return on Asset (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Current Ratio (CR), dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), sementara variabel moderasi adalah Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) dan Equity to Asset Ratio (EAR). Penelitian menemukan bahwa struktur modal, baik DAR maupun EAR, secara umum tidak mampu memoderasi hubungan antara rasio-rasio keuangan dan return saham. Hasil juga menunjukkan bahwa beberapa variabel, seperti DER dan ROA, tidak signifikan terhadap return saham. Studi ini memperkuat pemahaman tentang pentingnya analisis rasio keuangan dalam memprediksi kinerja saham, sekaligus memberikan wawasan tentang keterbatasan penggunaan struktur modal sebagai variabel moderasi.Keywords: Struktur Modal,Profitabilitas,Likuiditas,Solvabilitas dan Retuurn Saham.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the accountability for handling general election violations at the General Election Supervisory Agency of South Sumatra Province in 2019 using Koppel Theory which includes indicators of transparency, liability, control, responsibility and responsiveness. This research uses a qualitative approach using the case study method to examine the Accountability for Handling General Election Violations at the General Election Supervisory Agency of South Sumatra Province in 2019. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with informants such as the Commissioner of the Violation Handling Division, Head of the Violation Handling Section, and Violation Handling Staff. Apart from that, field observations and analysis of program documents were also carried out to obtain a comprehensive picture. Data was analyzed by Koppel Theory, which includes Transparency, Liability, Control, Responsibility and Responsiveness. The results of this research show that there are many violations of campaign props in all districts/cities in South Sumatra being installed not in accordance with the regulations, such as being installed on trees, electricity poles, crossing bridges, hedges and public facilities which cause damage to aesthetics and the environment, from several These violations were only a few campaign props that were successfully controlled. The conclusion of this research, it can be assessed that the accountability of Bawaslu of South Sumatra Province regarding handling violations in the 2019 election in general is still classified as not having mature accountability, because it still has obstacles that need to be corrected due to the lack of transparency in the process of handling violations, such as a lack of openness in conveying information, as well as in handling campaign props, the results of controlling campaign props are still many that have not been completed.

Abstract

financial performance indicates how successfully a firm has implemented sound financial management practices. In order to gather sufficient information about financial performance and set future planning goals, financial statement can be analyzed in order to evaluate financial performance. Through comparative research, the financial performance of KPPN Surakarta in 2022 and 2023 is to be ascertained in this study. Comparative analysis is the method of analysis that is employed. Secondary data is used in research, and a sort of descriptive research methodology is employed. The researcher obtained data in the form of cash flow statements and balance sheet reports at the KPPN Surakarta level for two periods from 2022 to 2023. According to the analysis, there has been a notable growth in KPPN Surakarta’s overall financial performance between 2022 and 2023, particularly in grant income. This indicates that flow of money within KPPN Surakarta’s purview is growing

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) face a growing number of difficult business variables in the fast-paced globalization period, particularly in the face of intense competition and shifting consumer behavior brought on by technological improvements. The MAY refillable drinking water depot, situated in Surabaya, is one SME that has experienced a substantial decline in sales as a result of this rivalry. This article examines MAY Depot's marketing approach, which made use of the 7P marketing mix, SWOT analysis, and the creation of a Business Model Canvas (BMC) to identify creative solutions. This study employs a qualitative descriptive methodology to offer comprehensive insights into MAY Depot's market prospects and business issues. The end objective is to enhance the company's sustainability and competitiveness. It is anticipated that the research's conclusions will offer useful advice to companies in comparable circumstances.
