Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial performance on the effectiveness of financial technology (fintech) collaboration at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), with liquidity as a moderating variable. This research employs a quantitative approach using secondary data from BSI’s quarterly financial reports for the period 2021–2024. Financial performance is measured by Net Operating Margin (NOM) and operational efficiency by the Operational Cost to Operating Income ratio (BOPO), while liquidity is proxied by the Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR). The effectiveness of fintech collaboration is measured through digital transaction growth and mobile banking usage. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results indicate that financial performance and operational efficiency have a significant effect on the effectiveness of fintech collaboration. Liquidity strengthens the relationship between financial performance and fintech collaboration effectiveness. These findings highlight the importance of maintaining sound financial performance and liquidity to optimize fintech collaboration in Islamic banking.

Abstract

By using green accounting practices, a business shows that it is serious about reducing its environmental effect. Companies included in the SRI-KEHATI index will have their 2022-2024 profitability impacted by green accounting and environmental performance, according to this analysis. Environmental reports prepared in accordance with the GRI criteria for 2021, environmental performance measured by PROPER, and return on assets (ROA) are the three main components that make up green accounting. With the help of Eviews 12 software, we performed data processing utilizing panel regression analysis, which included statistical testing, model selection, and hypothesis verification. This method relied on panel data regression using a Random Effect Model (REM). The results indicate that Green Accounting significantly and negatively affects ROA (p=0.0478), whereas Environmental Performance does not (p=0.6213). company profitability is not significantly affected by either of them at the same time (F=2.336540; p=0.130810). With an R2 of 0,1358, we can see that our model adequately accounts for 13.58% of the variation in profitability. As a result, there has been no progress in integrating sustainability techniques. Keywords: Green Accounting, Environmental Performance, Profitability.

Abstract

The micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) sector plays a crucial role in strengthening the country's economic structure, but the majority still face obstacles in implementing high-quality management accounting information systems to support management decision-making processes. This study explores the influence of organizational culture, human resource competency, risk management, and technological innovation on the quality of management accounting information systems in micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the Solo Raya region. A quantitative method was used by collecting primary data from 217 MSME respondents through a questionnaire survey, where participants were determined using a purposive sampling technique. Data processing was carried out using multiple linear regression with the support of statistical applications. The research findings revealed that human resource competency, risk management, and technological innovation have a positive and significant influence on the quality of management accounting information systems, while organizational culture shows a significant negative impact. Additionally, all independent variables simultaneously influence system quality. These findings suggest that strengthening human resource capability, implementing effective risk management, and adopting technological innovation are critical to improving system quality, supporting more informed decision-making, and enhancing the competitiveness of MSMEs. Abstract

Islamic work ethic is an important part in improving the quality of health services, especially for nursing staff who have a strategic role in providing direct services to patients. However, various factors such as work discipline, work environment, and work motivation often influence the strength or weakness of the implementation of Islamic work ethic in the hospital environment. This study aims to analyze the influence of Work Discipline, Work Environment, and Work Motivation on Islamic Work Ethic among nursing staff at Muhammadiyah Ponorogo Hospital. The research method used is a quantitative approach with an associative research design. The research sample amounted to 65 nursing staff using a total sampling technique. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires, then analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS program version 25, as well as instrument testing and classical assumption testing. The results of the study indicate that Work Discipline, Work Environment, and Work Motivation have a positive and significant effect on Islamic Work Ethic both partially (t-test) and simultaneously (F-test). The R² value of 0.672 indicates that 67.2% of the variation in Islamic Work Ethic is influenced by these three variables, while the remaining 32.8% is influenced by other variables outside the study. In conclusion, increasing discipline, improving the work environment, and strengthening work motivation have important contributions in shaping the Islamic work ethic of nursing staff at Muhammadiyah Ponorogo Hospital. These findings provide implications for management to strengthen Islamic value-based coaching programs in an effort to improve the quality of hospital services. Keywords: Work Discipline, Work Environment, Work Motivation, Islamic Work Ethic

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of digital promotion and local culture on digital impulsive buying, with digital payment methods as a moderating variable. This study uses the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach with primary data collected from e-commerce users in North Sulawesi, Indonesia. The results show that digital promotion has the most significant influence on impulsive purchasing behavior, followed by local culture, which also contributes positively. However, digital payment methods do not significantly moderate the relationship between the variables studied. These findings highlight that personalized digital promotion strategies and the integration of local cultural values effectively increase consumers' emotional engagement in online purchases. This study provides practical implications for e-commerce players, digital MSMEs, and fintech developers to strengthen digital promotion strategies and financial literacy throughout Eastern Indonesia. Keywords: Digital promotion, local culture, digital payment methods, impulsive buying, e-commerce

Abstract

The Jakarta-Bandung High-Speed Rail project, known as Whoosh, has transformed from a mere infrastructure ambition to the center of fiscal and national sovereignty debates in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the debt status of Whoosh through a multidimensional approach encompassing legal, social, and political perspectives until early 2026. Legally, this study highlights the shift in the scheme from a purely Business-to-Business (B2B) to the involvement of the state budget through government guarantees based on Presidential Regulation Number 91 of 2023. From a social perspective, there is a dichotomy between the benefits of public mobility and the tax burden borne by the public due to PT KCIC's operational losses reaching trillions of rupiah. Politically, the sustainability of this project is a test of economic diplomacy between Indonesia and China, especially under the leadership of President Prabowo Subianto who has taken full responsibility for the debt restructuring. The data in this study were collected through a systematic literature review and analysis of recent policy documents. The results of the study indicate that restructuring through the investment agency Danantara is key to maintaining the financial stability of PT KAI as the parent consortium. In conclusion, resolving the Whoosh debt requires stronger regulatory harmonization to mitigate long-term fiscal risks while maintaining public service functions. Keywords: Whoosh, KCIC Debt, Legal Perspective, Infrastructure Politics, Social Impact, Danantara.
