Abstract

Tujuan pelaksanaan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan nasabah (budaya, sosial, pribadi, dan psikologis) dalam memilih koperasi simpan pinjam dan pembiayaan syariah (KSPPS). Dalam penelitian ini yang tempat yang dijadikan penelitian yaitu KSPPS BMT Tumang Cabang Solo. Dalam penelitian ini populasi yang digunakan adalah nasabah BMT Tumang Cabang Solo. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode convenience sampling sebanyak 91 sampel. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan dengan kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji statistik deskriptif, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda, uji parsial (uji t), uji simultan (uji F), dan dengan menggunakan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial faktor budaya berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan nasabah dalam memilih BMT Tumang Cabang Solo. Secara parsial faktor sosial, faktor pribadi atau personal, maupun faktor psikologis tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan nasabah dalam memilih BMT Tumang Cabang Solo. Faktor budaya, sosial, pribadi, dan psikologis secara simultan mempengaruhi keputusan nasabah dalam memilih BMT Tumang Cabang Solo.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on PTS student activities in the LLDIKTI 4 environment. So that educational institutions will know the positive and negative impacts of learning that is being carried out at this time. In the COVID-19 pandemic situation, distance learning is still the main choice, although there are still many obstacles experienced by both students and educators. On the other hand, learning during this pandemic provides an extraordinary experience for students and educators in implementing PBM. Educators, especially elderly lecturers who were previously indifferent to information and communication technology (ICT) based learning, are now forced to want to learn. Likewise, Private Universities which were initially still hesitant, slowly began to learn to develop WEB-based Private Higher Education management. The form of online learning in universities in the LLDTI4 environment during the covid 19 pandemic is the use of applications. Applications that are widely used are zoom applications, and google meet. This means that in general PTS in the LLDIKTI4 environment are ready with the facilities and infrastructure along with their human resources. The enthusiasm of students to study in this pandemic condition is quite high, this can be seen from their ability if they have to graduate during a pandemic and later in the field they have to compete with other students who graduated before the pandemic. In general, technology has spread in remote parts of Indonesia, this is a positive aspect of the impact of covid-19, all aspects of life are forced to be ready quickly with technological advances, both government and educational institutions, especially in the field of facilities and infrastructure or human resources. It remains only to fix the lack of intrastructure in remote areas so that the signal and network can be reached properly. The most important lesson from the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic is that learning for certain subjects (not practicum/practice courses) can be carried out online or online with facilities and infrastructure and human resources that are owned by PTS-PTS in the LLDIKTI4 environment even though the pandemic has passed one day. later.

Abstract

Public health is a very important factor and will determine the success of the local government in this case the Tlogosari Wetan village, because the community is the consumer of the service products produced. The measure of the success of service providers as needed and expected in this case is knowledge about Covid-19 and how to prevent and produce products that are expected to anticipate the widespread virus. The restoration of public health in Tlogosari Wetan Village was allegedly due to the use of ready-to-brewed herbs by opinion leaders in the village concerned. Thus, the role of opinion leaders in Tlogosari Wetan Village as a communication bridge is very necessary because the good services achieved will also have an impact on social scientific activities that can be carried out effectively with optimal positive impacts. Based on the results of research on the Correlation of Interpersonal Communication in Socializing the Consumption of ready-to-drink herbs carried out on the Effectiveness of Handling Covid-19, there are several conclusions, namely the results of the study indicate that Communication between Persons in Socializing the Consumption of Ready Seduh Jamu is in the high category. This is evidenced by the categorization of the research results by 62%. Meanwhile, the effectiveness of preventing and handling COVID-19 in the community in the Tlogosari Wetan sub-district also tends to be high, at 65%. This mostly begins with public anxiety about the number of victims due to Covid, so they have great respect for the socialization activities for consuming ready-to-drink herbs carried out by local opinion leaders. The final result of the cross tabulation is that there is a positive relationship between Interpersonal Communication in Socializing the Consumption of ready-to-drink herbs carried out on the Effectiveness of Handling Covid-19 in the community of Tlogosari Wetan Village. This is evidenced from the cross tabulation table which states that the categorization of the X variable is high, the Y variable is also high at 68%.

Abstract

VO2 Max adalah volume oksigen maksimal yang diproses di dalam tubuh manusia pada saat melakukan kegiatan yang intensif dengan kondisi fisik dan daya tahan tubuh yang baik. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui kardiovaskuler atau tingkat volume oksigen maksimal VO2 max pada Anggota Mapala Marton Kabupaten Aceh Utara. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan evaluatif kualitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh anggota Mapala Marton Kabupaten Aceh Utara yang berjumlah 23 anggota. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik total sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan melalui langkah tes kardiovaskuler (VO2 Max) dengan menggunakan Balke Tes atau lari selama 15 menit. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan rumus persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata rata kapasitas kardiovaskuler (VO2 max) pada anggota Mapala Marton Aceh Utara sebanyak 42,587 ml/kg/min, daya tahan volume oksigen maksimum yang tidak memadai dengan tingkat persentase pada kategori sedang (4,34 %), kategori kurang (56,52 %) dan kategori buruk sekali (3,9%). Kesimpulan hasil penelitian ini adalah anggota Mapala Marton Aceh Utara belum memiliki tingkat konsumsi maksimal oksigen yang bagus sehingga akan berdampak terhadap kebugaran aerobic dan ketahanan kardiosrespirasi. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisa penilaian tingkat kesehatan bank umum syariah di Indonesia pada masa Pandemi COVID-19 tahun 2020.Penelitian ini menggunakan indikator rasio keuangan sebagai dasar mengukur tingkat kesehatan bank syariah yang telah ditetapkan dalam Peraturan Bank Indonesia :PBI No. 9/1/PBI/2007 dan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan : Nomor 8/POJK.03/2014yang secara umum dapat diketahui data kuantatifnya.Secara umum terdapat beberapa indikator tingkat kesehatan bank syariah berdasarkan rasio keuangan meliputi CAR, ROA, NPM, BOPO,NPF net dan FDR. Dalam penelitian ini akanmenekankan pada hasil penilaian tingkat kesehatan bank sebagai tolok ukur kinerja bank syariah di masa Pandemi COVID-19 tahun 2020. Obyek penelitian ini adalah bank umum syariah di Indonesia.Kebutuhan data yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan bank syariah dan analisis data menggunakan metode CAMEL yang teah ditetapkan oleh Bank Indonesia. Abstract

This study was conducted to examine whether there is a significant influence on education, social factors and knowledge on people's interest in saving at Islamic banks in Banyubiru, Jatikuwung Village, Gondangrejo Karanganyar. This study aims to determine and analyze education, social factors and knowledge of interest in saving in Islamic banks. The research method used in this study is quantitative with primary data sources originating from the distribution of questionnaires in the Banyubiru Jatikuwung Gondangrejo Karanganyar hamlet community. The sampling technique is by using the slove in formula. Data analysis methods in the form of Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test, F Test, t Test and Determination Test. The results of this study using the t test (partial test) showed that the knowledge variable had no significant effect on the interest in saving in Islamic banks while the education variable and social factors had a significant effect on the interest in saving in Islamic banks. The results of the F-test (simultaneous test) show that the variables of education, social factors, and knowledge have a significant influence on interest in saving in Islamic banks bank. Judging from the Adjusted R-square value of the education variable, social and knowledge factors affect the interest in saving in Islamic banks by 57%. Abstract

This research aims to test the influence of training and discipline on the productivity of civil servant nurses of Lubuk Sikaping Regional General Hospital with total population of 98 people. The study sample used saturated sampling techniques. Research data is collected by method and analyzed with multiple linear regressions. The results of the first hypothesis test study showed that the sig value of 0,000 < alpha 0.05 so that training had an effect on the work productivity of civil servant nurses of Lubuk Sikaping Regional General Hospital. The results of the second hypothesis test showed that the sig value of 0.019 < alpha 0.05 so that discipline had an influence on the productivity of civil servant nurses of Lubuk Sikaping Regional General Hospital. The results of the third hypothesis test showed that the sig value of 0.000 < alpha 0.05 so that training and discipline together had an influence on the productivity of civil servant nurses of Lubuk Sikaping Regional General Hospital. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of store atmosphere, product variants and word of mouth simultaneously affect purchasing decisions at Genayan Coffee Boyolali. This type of research includes quantitative descriptive. The population in this study was taken from all visitors at Genayan Coffee Boyolali within a period of 3 months in 2021 and used simple non probability sampling with 100 respondents. Collecting data usingquestionnaire a Likers scale to measure respondents' answers, either positive or negative responses. The analytical technique used for this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant positive effect of the variable store atmosphere, product variants and word of mouth on coffee purchasing decisions as evidenced by the results of the F test calculated of 115.406> Ftable 2.69 and a significance value of 0.000 from a significance value 3,892 ttable 1.661 and 0.00 significance value of the significant value of 4,705 ttable 1.661 and 0.00 significance value of the significant value of 3,121 ttable 1,661dan significance value of 0.02 of significance value

Abstract

The existence of business competition, every company needs to improve employee performance so that company performance increases. Companies need to pay attention to every thing that is indicated to improve employee performance. This study aims to determine the role of organizational culture, leadership, compensation, and organizational commitment on employee performance. This research was conducted on 53 respondents who are employees of traditional herbal medicine factories in Sidoarjo. The analysis technique is linear regression. The research findings state that organizational culture and organizational commitment partially affect employee performance. The leadership variable also partially shows a significant effect on employee performance. Compensation has a significant effect on employee performance. This study also found that all independent variables simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

Purpose of this study is to empirically analyze the influence of leadership, organizational culture, job promotion on job satisfaction and employee performance. The population in this study is the employees of the Regional Water Company of Sragen Regency with a total of 90 employees. This study took a sample of 90 respondents with the sample method used by the researcher was the census, namely the entire population was sampled. The analytical technique used is to use an instrument test which includes validity and reliability tests, linearity tests, regression analysis, path analysis, t test, F test, coefficient of determination test and correlation analysis. The results of the leadership hypothesis test have a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction. Organizational culture has a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction. promotion has no significant negative effect on employee job satisfaction. Leadership has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Promotion has no significant negative effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee performance. The results of the F test can be concluded that the variables of leadership, organizational culture, job promotion and job satisfaction have a significant positive effect on employee performance at the Regional Water Company of Sragen Regency. The total R2 value of 0.944 means that the performance of employees in the Regional Water Company of Sragen Regency is explained by the variables of leadership, organizational culture, job promotion and job satisfaction of 94.4% and the remaining 5.6% is explained by other variables outside the research model as an example of competence, work stress and work environment. Based on the results of the analysis, both direct and indirect effects, the indirect influence of leadership on performance through job satisfaction is the most effective or dominant influence on performance when compared to other paths. Job satisfaction variable proved to be effective or in research proved to be a mediating variable. Keywords: Leadership, Organizational Culture, Promotion, Satisfaction, Performance
