Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is quantitative research with an exploratory approach, namely an approach that uses a number of previous studies as the main foundation to strengthen the new arguments that the researcher has designed. The previous research referred to in this article is . The data used in this research is primary data that researchers obtained from Tiktokshop, Shopee and Marketplace consumers. The data used in this research was analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this article show the Fear of Missing Out variable can have a positive relationship and a significant influence on Impulsive Buying Decisions because the P-Values value is positive and is below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.006 . This can be caused by the greater the Fear of Missing Out, consumers are more targeted, want to follow trends, and make impulsive purchasing decisions. In the next line, which is also a different formulation from the two studies above, is the Product Uniqueness variable which is believed to moderate the influence of the Fear of Missing Out variable on Impulsive Buying Decisions. This can be proven because the P-Values value is positive and is below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.000, more significant than the direct test of 0.006. These results indicate that curiosity, desire to buy, and the feeling of not wanting to miss the trend will increase if FOMO is accompanied by a unique product that attracts consumers. Abstract

Distribution chain is the relationship between distributor institutions or channeling institutions that have activities to distribute goods and services from producers to consumers. Distribution is one of the activities in the economy apart from production and consumption activities. Distribution activity is an activity to distribute or distribute goods or services from producers to consumers. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the coffee marketing distribution chain in Ponorogo Regency, in particular to determine the effect of marketing distribution techniques on the welfare of coffee plantation farmers. Abstract

Abstract This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach that is closely related to E-Catalog and its role in developing tourism in Indonesia. The data used in this article are secondary data that researchers obtain from scientific articles, books, scientific magazines, and a number of other sources related to this topic. The data are collected, selected, and analyzed using the SWOT analysis method which is explained in the following sections. The result in this article show that E-Catalog has many benefits in developing tourism in Indonesia, especially if E-Catalog can go hand in hand with existing technological advances. The benefits in question are that it can increase the quantity of visitors, the finances of tourist attractions, and so on. In contrast to the points mentioned above, the implementation of E-Catalog also has a number of weaknesses and threats, namely, uneven Human Resources, programs that are not running, and capital losses. Abstract

This research explains the impact of the use of financial technology (Fintech) and electronic commerce (E-commerce) on the financial performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. Along with the rapid development of information and communication technology, especially in the Fintech and E-commerce sectors, MSMEs are becoming the center of attention as strategic elements of the national economy. The aim of this research is to identify the positive or negative influence of Fintech and E-commerce on the financial performance of MSMEs. Data analysis methods include multiple linear regression, partial T test, and simultaneous F test. The research results show that Fintech and E-commerce have a positive and significant impact on the financial performance of MSMEs. Regression analysis highlights a significant relationship between both independent variables and financial performance, with positive regression coefficients for Fintech and E-commerce. Partial T tests confirmed that each variable exerted a significant effect individually, while simultaneous F tests showed significant joint effects. The findings of this research provide practical implications in improving performance strategies, supporting informational managerial decisions, formulating business policies, and emphasizing the importance of influencing factors, namely Fintech and E-commerce. In conclusion, the use of Fintech and E-commerce can be considered an effective strategy for improving the financial performance of MSMEs in Indonesia. These implications provide a basis for decision making and improving strategies in facing the challenges and opportunities of the MSME sector in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and see how the role of society and local government participation in the development of the tourism sector in Bukit Lawang. This research uses qualitative method with research noted during field observation and interviews conducted by the author to informants. Sample in this study used a puposive sampling technique while attention to the availability of the society to become research informants. The result of this study indicate that the current development if the Bukit Lawang tourist attraction shows the local government is not optimal gave attention to the potential of Bukit Lawang. Including first, the road infrastructure to Bukit Lawang still verry bad. Second, there is no availability of facilities. Third, the lack of implementation of education and training at the Langkat Regency tourism office for the development of human resources in the tourism sector. Forth, the lack of cooperation between the local government and the community to hold meetings both formally and informally with the aim of developing Bukit Lawang. Fifth, lack of regular guidance and supervision in the field by the Langkat district tourism. Keywords : Participation, Society, Local Government, Tourism Development.

Abstract

Abstract Agriculture is an important sector for Indonesia. Because around 30% of the population works in the agricultural industry. Based on data from the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), global coffee production will reach 170 million per 60 kg of coffee in the 2022-2023 period. Indonesia is listed as the 3rd largest coffee producing country in the world in 2022-2023, having produced 11.85 million coffee. Indonesia is the largest producer and exporter of coffee in Asia, this can be an indication that coffee plants play an important role in the national economy both in terms of financing development and employment opportunities. Jambi Province is one of the coffee producers in Indonesia. Nationally, Jambi Province is in 13th position with a planting area of 25,576 Ha and total production of 12,168 kg. The number of farmers cultivating coffee in Jambi was recorded at 26,704. Coffee productivity in Jambi Province is relatively high, recorded at 812 Kg/Ha, higher than the national average productivity of 736 Kg/Ha. Liberika coffee actually has high economic potential because Liberika coffee products are starting to be liked by consumers because of their distinctive taste. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Researchers use research data in the form of secondary data obtained from a number of credible sources such as scientific articles, books and a number of other sources that are credible and commonly used in research. Abstrak Berbagai cara dilakukan oleh para produsen untuk memperkenalkan produknya. Kemajuan teknologi yang pesat di era digital ini menuntut para produsen untuk mempromosikan produknya secara online di media sosial seperti dengan menggunakan strategi pemasaran online dengan jasa endorsement. Endorsement merupakan promosi yang dilakukan oleh seseorang atau kelompok melalui media sosial seperti Instagram dan Tiktok. Pemberian testimoni ataupun ulasan dengan tujuan mempromosikan suatu barang atau jasa di Instagram dan Tiktok dilakukan oleh influencer. Influencer atau selebritis merupakan istilah bagi para pengguna akun Instagram dan Tiktok yang terkenal di media sosial tersebut. Pemasaran digital endorsement dilakukan oleh ifluencer untuk menambah penghasilan atau sebagai mata pencaharian. Pemungutan pajak terhadap influencer dapat dikenakan pajak penghasilan. Abstract

Marketing is an effort to meet consumer needs through creating products and/or services which are then enjoyed or purchased by those who need them through an exchange process that must be fulfilled by a company in order to be successful in achieving the goal of creating consumers and retaining customers. There is a problem formulation, namely what is the quality of the product, what is the purchasing decision and how much influence does product quality have on purchasing decisions. The aim of this research is to find out the formulation of the problem, this research method is quantitative with the population, namely consumers at the penyet mugo mulyo chicken restaurant, with a sample of 60 respondents. With a sampling technique using a quota sampling technique. The results of the research were that the positive influence was very strong, obtaining an r value of 0.836 and providing a contribution of 69.9%. on product quality on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the impact of overinvestment, liquidity, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) moderated by dividend policy on the company's financial performance. This research was conducted with a quantitative approach. The data used in this study are secondary data sourced from the annual reports of energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2017-2022 period. The research sample was selected using purposive sampling method so that 22 companies were sampled with 132 observations. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is panel data analysis using the Eviews 12 program. The results showed that overinvestment had no effect on company performance calculated using Basic Earning Point (BEP). Liquidity and CSR partially have a positive and significant effect on company performance. Dividend policy does not moderate the relationship between overinvestment and firm performance. Control variables consisting of company size and business risk partially have a positive and significant effect on company performance. The results of the study inform that the management of energy sector companies needs to increase liquidity and conduct CSR activities actively to improve company performance.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh rasio keuangan terhadap pertumbuhan laba pada perusahaan tambang batubara yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2019-2023. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah populasi Perusahaan Pertambangan Batubara yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia 2019–2023 yaitu sebanyak 27 perusahaan. Pengambilan sampel yang dapat diambil dari populasi tersebut, dan pemilihan sampel penelitian ini ditentukan secara purposive sampling. Data Penelitian ini kemudian diproses dan di analisis menggunakan Regresi Linear Berganda dengan menggunakan Program SPSS. Hasil pengujian hipotesis pertama menunjukkan bahwa current ratio dan net profit margin tidak berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan laba. Sedangkan debt to asset ratio berpengaruh tetepi tidak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba. Kata Kunci: Current Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio, Net Profit Margin, Profit Growth
