Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style, motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. XYZ South Jakarta. The type of research used is explanatory research with research methods in the form of data collection using questionnaires. The data analysis model used is multiple linear regression analysis. Sample selection is done by nonprobability sampling. The sample amounted to 100 respondents, using multiple linear regression analysis. The regression test results showed that 52.9% of employee performance factors could be explained by leadership style, motivation and work discipline while the remaining 47.1% were explained by other factors not studied in this study. While the results of the F test show that simultaneously the variables of leadership style, motivation and work discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the results of the analysis, namely the value of Fcalculate (38,088) > Ftable (2,700). The results of the t test showed that the leadership style variable showed the results of the tcount analysis (1,998), the motivation variable showed the results of the tcount analysis (3,268) and the work discipline variable showed the results of the tcount analysis (2,274) where the ttable (1,98397) then partially the three valiabels had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. XYZ South Jakarta. The dominant variable affecting employee performance is motivation.

Abstract

The development of online loans that are increasingly in demand by the public due to digital developments leads to transactions in shopping through the marketplace with a payment scheme with the term Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) or commonly called pay later, as a provider of financial service facilities in the form of installment payment methods without a credit card. The pay later facility allows consumers to better manage cash flow, especially during a pandemic that is full of uncertainty, so that consumers can more freely manage to budget and plan long-term finances. This study aimed to determine the effect of self-control and finance attitude on saving behavior. This study uses a descriptive type of research with a quantitative approach that describes the behavior of respondents regarding the effect of Self Control and Finance Attitude on the Saving Behavior of users of the Atome application buy now pay later service in Denpasar Bali. Based on the research object, this study's population is the residents of Denpasar City who use the Atome Pay later Application. The method of determining the sample in this study used the Non-Probability Sampling technique with purposive sampling technique, with the number of samples determined by the Cochran formula, the minimum number of samples in this study was 97 respondents. The number of samples in this study was 117 respondents. The results showed that Self Control and Finance Attitude positively affected Saving Behavior.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of technological development in employee performance at PT BPR Ceper in Klaten. Analyzing the influence of compensation in employee performance at PT BPR Ceper in Klaten. Analyzing the influence of skills in employee performance at PT BPR Ceper in Klaten. The population of this research is employees of PT BPR Ceper Klaten while the sample was 35 respondents using random sampling technique. Meanwhile, multiple linear regression analysis tools, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. Based on the results, it is known that technological developments, compensation and skills effect on employee performance are significant. Thus it can be stated that the first, second and third hypotheses have been proven correct.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of sales promotion and store atmosphere on impulsive buying with positive emotion as an intervening variable at Deco Mart Kuala Tanjung. The research method used is a quantitative method using the help of Smart PLS version 3.0 which was collected from the results of distributing questionnaires to 96 Deco Kuala Tanjung consumers. The analytical method used in this research is using instrument tests, namely validity and reliability tests. measurement model (outer model), namely validity test, reliability test, then the structural model (inner model) includes: coefficient of determination/r-square (r2), goodness of fit model and hypothesis testing with the t-statistic test and indirect effect test (influence indirect). The results of Smart PLS 3.0 in this research are that Sales Promotion has an effect on Positive Emotion, Store Atmosphere has an effect on Positive Emotion, Sales Promotion has an effect on Impulse Buying, Store Atmosphere has an effect on Impulse Buying, Positive Emotion has no effect on Impulse Buying, Sales Promotion has no effect on Impulse Buying, Sales Promotion has no effect on Impulse Buying. Abstract

Getting ready is an organized course of developing points of view, data or lead that produces abilities. Meanwhile, HR improvement is standard and accurate work to increment delegate information both ethically, cleverly, undeniably and theoretically according to work needs. The impact of delegates who have fittingly partaken in HR getting ready and improvement programs is extended laborer execution. Delegate execution is a victory factor that an association anticipates. This investigation hopes to conclude the effect of HR planning and progression on delegate execution at PT. Pos Indonesia Palopo Branch. Abstract

Fiscal policy is a policy that regulates or manages the state's revenue and expenditure with the aim of maintaining stability and promoting economic development. Government revenue and expenditure are among the instruments of fiscal policy. However, in modern literature, fiscal policy does not address ethical issues, except in distribution theory. Even then, it is only limited to distribution theory. This research method uses a library study. The results of this discussion show that fiscal policy in Islam, from the time of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) until now, has always used a balanced budget system managed through the Baitul Mal. Instruments developed in Islamic fiscal policy include zakat, infaq, sadaqah, waqf, ghanimah, fa’i, kharaj, jizyah, ushur, and khumus.

Abstract

Dividend catering theory explains that the dividend payment policy is closely related to fulfilling the requests of investors as share owners. When there is an increase in investor demand for dividend payments, the percentage of managers as company representatives in making policies to increase dividend payments will be greater. However, the existence of managers who are also share owners is a problem in itself when paying dividends. This research aims to measure the significance of the influence of managerial ownership, the presence of the manager as the majority shareholder, and the number of shares owned by the manager on dividend payments. The samples in this research were 33 manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2010-2019 period which were determined using purposive sampling techniques. The data analysis technique used is panel data regression analysis technique. The results of this research state that managerial ownership, the presence of the manager as the majority shareholder, and the number of shares owned by the manager have a significant negative effect on dividend payments

Abstract

E-commerce has had a positive impact on significant growth over the past decade, driven by rapid digital transformation and changes in consumer behavior. This study aims to project global retail e-commerce sales based on historical data from 2014 to 2023 obtained from Statista and eMarketer, estimating trends from 2024 to 2030 using the Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) model. The methodology of this research employs a quantitative approach. The forecasting results show an increasing trend in e-commerce sales annually, with impressive projections for 2024 to 2030. The projection for 2024 is expected to reach $6,720.79 billion and is anticipated to gradually increase to $9,903.68 billion by 2030. This analysis provides essential insights for business strategy and policy planning in supporting e-commerce growth.

Abstract

In national development efforts, taxes are one of the important things that become a large and strategic source of revenue for the state, which is useful in increasing the growth of the country's economy to create prosperity and welfare for society and the state. Thus taxes become one of the sources of state revenue that has high potential. This study aims to determine the growth rate of realization of state revenue, the growth rate of realization of luxury goods value-added tax, and international trade tax. This study uses secondary data from 2017 to 2018 obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics and the Directorate General of Taxes. The research method uses the growth rate calculation formula. The results showed that the growth rate of realization of state revenue in the tax sector has a unidirectional relationship with the realization of luxury goods value-added tax and international trade tax. If there is an increase in the growth rate of realization of luxury tax and the international The context of the application of luxury tax and international trade tax is expected to reflect horizontal and vertical equity in every tax collection, including other VAT collection. In order to reflect fairness, the collection of tax on the sale of luxury goods and international trade tax on international trade is expected to reflect horizontal and vertical equity in every tax collection, including the collection of other VAT.

Abstract

Abstract Investment is the most appropriate way to increase money for students who are busy with various activities. There are several factors that can influence students' investment interest, including Financial Self Efficacy and knowledge of investment itself. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the influence of Financial Self Efficacy on Students' Investment Interest with Investment Knowledge as a moderating variable which researchers believe can strengthen the influence of this variable. This research is a quantitative research with an explantory approach. The data used in this research is secondary data distributed through a questionnaire scale containing 20 question items to 250 students of Asy-Syafi'iyah Islamic University with the criteria of 3 months of investing across all platforms with consideration of investment consistency and adjusted to the average student investment. The data collected in this study was analyzed using PLS 3.0. The research results show that the Financial Self Efficacy variable has a positive relationship and a significant influence on the Student Investment Interest variable because increasing self-confidence in managing finances will increase the financial potential of Asy-Syafi'iyah students to become more prosperous and ultimately students will manage their finances. his finances are as good as possible. One way is by investing. Apart from that, the Investment Knowledge variable can moderate the influence of the Financial Self Efficacy variable on the Student Investment Interest variable because increasing investment knowledge in students will make their self-confidence higher.
