Abstract

Research has been conducted with the title "Ethnobotany of Medicinal Plants by the Gampong Mamplam Aceh Besar Community as a Substitute for Synthetic Chemical Drugs. This study aims to determine the Ethnobotany of Medicinal Plants by the Gampong Mamplam Aceh Besar Community as an Alternative to Chemical Drugs. The research method used is a descriptive method with the location of the research is the entire yard of houses and gardens located in Gampong Mamplam, Leupueng District, Aceh Besar Regency. Data collection is carried out by observation and interviews. The results of the study obtained 14 types of plants found in the village and useful as medicine, 9 types were found to grow a lot in the yard area of the community house while 5 more types grew in the community garden. The parts used are roots, stems, leaves, fruits, herbs, rhizomes, seeds, sap, and bark.

Abstract

Indonesia is very vulnerable to various types of disasters, including the flash flood disaster experienced by the Lahat Regency. This research aims to determine the disaster mitigation of the Regional Disaster Management Agency (Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah, BPBD) in dealing with flash flood disasters in the Lahat district area. This research used descriptive qualitative methods, with 15 informants. Research data was obtained using interview techniques, observation, and documentation studies so that it could be analyzed using a qualitative data analysis process. This research uses pre-disaster, emergency response, and post-disaster indicators. The research results show that disaster management in Lahat Regency is quite effective in dealing with flash flood disasters. The findings in this research are that even though they have lived in disaster-prone areas for a long time, the community and local government have not demonstrated disaster preparedness, resulting in unavoidable casualties and damage. Therefore, it is necessary to build a better system based on the integration of local wisdom that is adhered to by the local community.

Abstract

Companies need to build good relationships with stakeholders by meeting the demands of stakeholders which are the company's efforts to maintain good company performance. One of the company's efforts to build a good relationship with stakeholders is by disclosing transparent information. Currently, more and more companies want to provide a clear picture of corporate practices and responsibilities, one of which is by disclosing environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) aspects. The purpose of this study is to provide empirical evidence regarding the influence of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) on company performance and provide empirical evidence regarding the role of board gender diversity on the influence of ESG on the performance of companies listed on the Stock Exchange in Indonesia for the period 2018-2022. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling. The results of this study found that ESG has a positive effect on company performance and board gender diversity plays a role in encouraging ESG activities to improve company performance in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to explore efforts that can be made to realize dynamic management (dynamic managerial) in order to maximize public services. The focus of this study is the Office of the General of State Assets in East Java as a case study. The research methods used include interviews, observation, and document analysis to collect qualitative data. This research identifies several key factors that influence managerial dynamics in the context of public services, including internal and external factors. Internal factors include competency and capacity of human resources, responsive organizational structure, and use of information technology. On the other hand, external factors include the dynamics of public policy, community expectations, and changes in the external environment. Research findings show that the application of dynamic management can increase the efficiency and effectiveness of public services. Strategies that include increasing human resource capacity, structural termination, and utilizing information technology can have a positive impact in increasing responsiveness to community demands. It is hoped that the results of this research can contribute to the development of dynamic management concepts in the context of public services, especially within the Office of the General of State Assets in East Java. The practical implication is that the application of dynamic management practices can be a basis for improving the performance and quality of public services, as well as providing guidance for similar agencies in facing dynamic changes in the future.

Abstract

Abstract The Jakarta International Stadium, abbreviated as JIS, was claimed by the Minister of PUPUR, the Minister of SOEs who is also the General Chair of PSSI, and the leadership of PT. Rama Prima's work does not meet FIFA standards and must be renovated immediately. This has caused a polemic among the people because JIS has been a symbol of achievement echoed by former governor of DKI Jakarta Anis Rasyid Baswedan. Therefore, this study aims to comprehensively analyze the polemic of JIS renovation from a social and political perspective. From the social side, this researcher uses the theory of Symbolic Interactionism. Meanwhile, from a political perspective, this research relates Anis Rasyid Baswedan as a presidential candidate and Erick Thohir as a vice presidential candidate. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques through the library method and analyzed using observation, selection, reduction and conclusion analysis techniques. The results of the research show that the fairness of JIS claims that are not FIFA standards has sparked polemics in the community and it is better if these claims are immediately announced by FIFA. In addition, this polemic is very easily associated with politics because Anis Rasyida Baswedan is a presidential candidate and Erickt Thohir is a vice presidential candidate who has the highest electability compared to other candidates. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether student participation in the green accounting society program can affect environmental awareness. This research method uses quantitative methods using purposive sampling method with a sample of respondents selected purposively. Data were collected through a questionnaire which included variables of student participation, Green Accounting Society, and environmental awareness. The population in this study were 7th semester class A students at the Faculty of Economics & Business, Universitas Muhammadiyah Palopo. Data analysis techniques were carried out using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) 25th edition application. The results of this study indicate that student participation has no significant effect on environmental awareness, while the green accounting society has a significant effect on environmental awareness. Abstract

Salma Wedding Concept is a company engaged inwedding service. Established in December 2020, but Salma Wedding Concept just confirmed focus and have office in january 2021. Salma Wedding Concept also hastagline separate ie “Concept Your Wedding Dream With Us” where is salma Wedding Concept this will help the aspirantsclient to make your dream wedding come true with attitude, responsibility, sincerity, and millenials idea. The purpose of this research was conducted: to find out the general description of Salma Wedding Concept, to find out the application analysis Product Life Cycle (PLC) on Salma Wedding Concept, and to find out the right marketing strategy to develop Salma Wedding Concept in the city of Bandung based on the concept PLC. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Primary data collection techniques are carried out by observation, in-depth interviews (in depth interview) and documentation. As well as secondary data collection techniques obtained from sources of books and journals. Based on the results of this study, it shows Salma Wedding Concept are in the maturity stage (maturity) according to Philip Kotler's theory, namely this period the sales growth tends to be slower and even from October 2022 to February 2023 the revenue decreases. This is marked by the emergence of new competitors that have sprung up and many competitors who have lowered their prices below standard so that there are many devotees, with that the interest of the public is starting to diminish in Salma.Wedding Concept this and cause the earned income to decrease.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine social media marketing and product quality on customer loyalty with brand image as an intervening variable. The method used in this research is descriptive with a quantitative approach with classical assumption tests, multiple regression, sobel tests, and hypothesis testing. Data processing was carried out using the Statistical Program of Science (SPSS) version 26. The results showed that social media marketing, product quality, and brand image have a positive influence on Skintific serum customer loyalty in Bandung. Then the results of further research that social media marketing and product quality have a positive influence on the brand image of Skintific serum in Bandung. Next, the results of data processing that brand image can mediate the effect of product quality on Skintific serum customer loyalty in Bandung. However, it is different from the results of this data processing where brand image cannot mediate the effect of social media marketing on Skintific serum customer loyalty in Bandung. Abstract

Lembaga keuangan syariah harus mampu mengembangkan kualitas berdasarkan kinerja yang baik, lingkungan yang sehat, etos kerja dan mampu bersaing di lembaga keuangan syariah di era globalisasi saat ini yang mempengaruhi suatu lembaga keuangan di bidang sektor perbankan. Seseorang karyawan harus mempunyai kinerja yang bekualitas tinggi untuk kemajuan lembaga di bidang keuangan syariah itu sendiri. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja islami dan etos kerja islami terhadap kinerja karyawan pada karyawan Lembaga Keuangan Syariah. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan melibatkan pengiriman kuesioner yang telah menerima sekitar 155 tanggapan responden. Hasil penelitian ini telah menemukan bahwa variabel lingkungan kerja islami dan etos kerja islami berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Lingkungan Kerja Islami, Etos Kerja Islami, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the company's growth rate, sales level and asset structure on the solvency ratio at PT. Sharia National Pension Savings Bank for the 2018-2022 period. The sample used is monthly report data for the 2018-2022 period. This study uses a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the company's growth rate (X1) has a significant and negative effect on the solvency ratio at Bank BTPN Syariah. The level of sales (X2) has a significant and positive effect on the solvency ratio at Bank BTPN Syariah. Asset structure (X3) has no significant and negative effect on solvency.
