Abstract

This research is quantitative research with an exploratory approach which uses a number of previous studies as a reflection of the old to form an element of novelty in future research . The data that researchers used was obtained from 300 Muhammadiyah students spread throughout Indonesia who already had smartphones. The data obtained was distributed through an online questionnaire containing 5 choices of statements for questions, namely statements of strongly agree, agree, disagree, strongly disagree, and normal/so-so. The data used was analyzed using the Samrt PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this article show the Live Streaming Engagement variable can have a positive relationship and a significant influence on Continuous Watching Intention. This can be proven because the P-Values value is positive and is below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.006. . This is because Live Streaming's collaboration can make live creativity continue to increase with new innovations and new objects that can make live streaming viewers not bored and decide to watch live continuously. Apart from the results of the first hypothesis above, in the second row of the third table the path coefficients in this study show similar results if the Electronic-Word of WOuth variable can moderate the influence of the Live Streaming Engagement variable on Continuous Watching Intention because the P-Values value is positive and is at below the significance level of 0.05, which is 0.000, is more significant than the direct assessment of 0.006. Thus the first and second hypotheses in this research can be accepted. Keywords: Live Streaming Engagement, Continuous Watching , Electronic-Word Of Mouth

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of basic accounting understanding, entrepreneurial knowledge, e-commerce, as well as motivation and interest in entrepreneurship among accounting students at the University of Bengkulu. In this study, the population used was 320 people with the criteria being students of the 7th and 5th semester accounting study program who had taken accounting introduction and entrepreneurship courses and using a non-probability sampling method based on the results of calculations using the Slovin formula, a research sample of 76 students was obtained. In this research, the method used is a quantitative method, SPSS 27 using in this research to testing hypotheses and processing data. The results of this research show that accounting understanding, entrepreneurial knowledge, e-commerce, motivation have a simultaneously affect interest in entrepreneurship among accounting students at the University of Bengkulu .

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial literacy on millennials' investment intention on equity crowdfunding-based fintech platforms with risk perception and trust in platforms and fundraisers as mediating variables. This research is a survey with data collection from 200 respondents, millennial generation Indonesian citizens aged 19-35 years, who used non-probability sampling techniques (purposive and snowball sampling). Primary data was collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire, while secondary data came from literature and trusted online databases. The interview method was used with a small number of respondents to obtain additional information. Data analysis involved descriptive statistical techniques and path coefficient analysis to achieve the research objectives. The results showed that financial literacy has a significant positive effect on the intention to invest in equity crowdfunding platforms, but has no significant effect on the perception of investment risk. Trust in the platform and fundraiser contribute positively to investment intention, suggesting the importance of financial literacy in shaping trust and motivation to invest in that context.

Abstract

Sebagian besar perusahaan dalam menentukan harga pokok produksi menggunakan sistem tradisional, dimana dalam sistem ini membuat perusahaan tidak mampu menunjukkan berapa biaya yang dikonsumsi sesungguhnya. Pengalokasian biaya membuat terjadinya penyimpangan karena produk tidak mengkonsumsi biaya Overhead secara proporsional terhadap unit yang diproduksi. Kondisi tersebut, menimbulkan kesalahan atau kekeliruan terhadap penetapan harga pokok produksi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis deskriptif yang menunjukkan dan membandingkan sistem perhitungan Harga Pokok Produksi yang sudah diterapkan perusahaan yakni sistem tradisional dengan sistem activity based costing. Penelitian menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui laporan harga pokok produksi. Dengan menggunakan sistem activity based costing dalam menghitung Harga Pokok Produksi diperoleh hasil penelitian yakni apabila perusahaan menggunakan sistem activity based costing, maka jumlah biaya overhead pabrik dan harga pokok produksi untuk produk Square Hollow dan Rectangular Hollow menjadi lebih kecil dari sistem tradisional. Sehingga menimbulkan harga pokok produksi per unit yang lebih rendah daripada menggunakan sistem tradisional.

Abstract

Promotion of the tourism sector has an important role in supporting the Indonesian economy. Tourism marketing in the digital era encourages tourism resources to make optimal use of technology. This study aims to (1) find out the digital tourism strategy used by DKI Jakarta Disparekraf in Instagram content @disparekrafdki; (2) find out the effectiveness of the digital tourism strategy by the DKI Disparekraf in promoting DKI Jakarta tourism through Instagram content. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The results of this study indicate that (1) the digital tourism strategy used by the DKI Jakarta Tourism and Creative Economy Department in promoting tourist destinations in DKI Jakarta through the Instagram platform contains dimensions of entertainment, interaction, trends and customization; (2) Promotion of the tourism sector by utilizing digital tourism strategies through the Instagram platform which tends to be simple, global and interactive is an effective and inexpensive way.

Abstract

Indonesia menjadi negara yang memiliki kualitas udara terburuk di Asia Tenggara dengan ditandai tingginya penggunaan kendaraan yang berasal dari minyak dan gas bumi. Sebagai negara yang menyumbang banyak emisi CO2 di dunia,  Pemerintah Indonesia secara resmi telah menerbitkan bantuan subsidi untuk pembelian kendaraan bermotor listrik berbasis baterai (KBLBB). Program subsidi yang dicanangkan tersebut menuai banyak pro dan kontra di kalangan publik. Berdasarkan kajian literatur yang penulis lakukan, terdapat tiga dampak yang dapat dirasakan oleh masyarakat akibat adanya subsidi KBLBB, antara lain dampak terhadap ekonomi, lingkungan dan sosial. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkonfirmasi seberapa besar dampak terhadap masyarakat atas diberlakukannya subsidi KBLBB melalui aspek ekonomi, lingkungan dan sosial. Serta untuk mengetahui alternatif kebijakan yang diharapkan oleh masyarakat dalam program transisi energi melalui pendekatan top-down agar kebijakan yang disusun oleh Pemerintah dapat dirasakan oleh semua lapisan masyarakat. Penelitian menggunakan mix method research (explanatory / confirmatory research and description research) dengan sampel yang berjumlah 130 responden dari berbagai stratifikasi sosial. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) – Partial Least Square (PLS) 4.0 dan analisis NVIVO (Non-Numerical Unstructured Data Indexing Searching and Theorizing - VIVO). Hasil penelitian ini adalah subsidi KBLBB akan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ekonomi sebesar 27,1%, lingkungan 40,9% dan sosial 57,2% secara keseluruhan. Artinya adanya subsidi KBLBB akan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap ekonomi, lingkungan dan sosial yang akan dirasakan langsung oleh masyarak. Dalam proses transisi energi, masyarakat juga lebih menginginikan transisi energi dengan mengoptimalkan penggunaan energi baru terbarukan.

Abstract

Keputusan untuk membeli dipengaruhi oleh inovasi, di mana inovasi produk merupakan pusat dari keberhasilan suatu bisnis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh inovasi produk terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada Toko Little Juin Makassar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian korelasional untuk mengukur hubungan inovasi produk terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Sampel digunakan 100 responden dari konsumen pada Toko Little Juin Makassar. Teknik analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif, uji instrumen penelitian, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear sederhana dan uji hipotesis (Uji t). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa inovasi produk berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Toko Little Juin Makassar atau hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini dapat diterima. Inovasi produk mempunyai hubungan yang kuat dan berkontribusi sebesar 42,8% terhadap naik turunnya nilai keputusan pembelian di Toko Little Juin Makassar. Abstract

Financial distress is a situation in which a firm experiences a deterioration in its financial performance such that it has difficulty carrying out its operational activities and meeting its obligations. The objective of this study was to determine the effects of institutional ownership and environmental performance on financial distress both simultaneously and partially. The population of this study is companies in the basic materials sector that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2018-2022. The sampling method used is purposive sampling. The total sample of this study consists of 90 companies. Multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25 was used for data analysis. The results of this study show that institutional ownership and environmental performance have no simultaneous influence on financial distress. Institutional ownership and environmental performance have no partial influence on financial distress.

Abstract

Computers have become an inseparable part of society's activities, especially in the need to support business processes, so the need for computerized systems has a very essential role in carrying out business processes. However, quite a few still use manual systems in carrying out business activities. As a result, obstacles arise as the business continues to grow due to increasingly large and complex needs. One of them is also experienced in the shoe laundry business which requires complex handling considering the large number of services as the number of consumers increases. In order to meet the needs of existing business processes, a computer-based transactional system is needed to support existing business processes, so that business efficiency and effectiveness can be realized. Further training is also needed due to the transition from manual systems to computer-based systems so that workers can adapt to using computerized systems. precisely on target.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate empirically the basis for improving user satisfaction of accounting information systems by using basic theoretical concepts and supporting assessment tables which are the basis for the research topic of User Satisfaction of Accounting Information Systems by using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) Model for accountants in Indonesian banking companies. This study uses a systematic literature review method by using the Publish or Perish version 8 application as a support for scientific literature collection. The researcher determined that the procedure carried out in collecting the literature of this research was sourced from scientific publications that had indexes on the crossref and google scholar databases. The results of this study found that the EUCS Theory emphasizes five key factors that affect user satisfaction including content, precision, format, usability and timeliness. Each of these dimensions is very important in determining user satisfaction with the accounting information system used.
