Abstract

Ringkasan The higher the goal of optimal performance, the higher the obstacles to achieving this performance, so village cadres measure organizational performance by looking at the number of visits by the community, especially the routine activities of Posyandu toddlers and the elderly, seeing how active community visits have not reached the target. The performance of cadres in achieving the target of active visits still needs to be improved. This research aims to test the knowledge sharing variable, motivation, on the performance of cadres with learning organization as an intervening variable. This study uses a quantitative research approach. This research was conducted at Cabean Demak Village Cadres. The research population was all cadres with saturated sampling techniques; all people were sampled. The regression equation in this study is through 2 equations, namely the first equation Y1=0.339X1+0.610 X2 and Equation II Y2=0.331X1+0.293X2+0.376 Y1. So that it can be explained that the variable knowledge sharing, motivation has a positive and significant effect on learning organization and the variables of knowledge sharing, motivation and learning organization have a significant effect on the performance of cadres. In addition, the Sobel test shows that learning organization can mediate knowledge sharing and motivation on cadre performance. Abstract

The investigation at SAMSAT Bantul explores the impact of tax awareness, tax knowledge, tax penalties, and service quality on motor vehicle tax compliance. The collected information was analyzed using SPSS version 21, applying multiple linear regression methods. A questionnaire was implemented as a data collection instrument and involved 155 respondents as sample subjects. The study revealed that the compliance of motor vehicle taxpayers is significantly influenced by tax knowledge and tax penalties. On the other hand, no substantial effects were observed from tax awareness and service quality on the compliance levels investigated. Abstract

Student graduation is an important aspect of accreditation at a university. One of the problems of concern is that the number of new students is not balanced with the number of graduates (graduating on time) the problem can lead to potential dropouts. From these problems it is necessary to conduct an analysis to predict the study period at Halmahera University. The main objective of this research is to predict student study period using Naïve Bayes algorithm, by utilising student graduation data from 2014-2017. The approach used involves the stages of data selection, data preprocessing, analytical processing, and output, with evaluation of prediction results using confusion matrix. Prediction of study period is done by data mining method and using Naïve Bayes algorithm to find patterns (knowledge). The data used is student graduation data in 2014-2017 with a total of 1,157 records, the data is divided into 926 records for training data (80%) and 231 records as testing data (20%). The prediction results show the accuracy rate of the Naïve Bayes Algorithm is 82.9%.

Abstract

Business continuity in information technology services is starting to become a concern for many industries, along with these developments making employees look for job opportunities to be able to have a career in IT companies. In addition, employees who have the intention to change jobs consider several other factors. This study aims to analyze the effect of co-worker relationships, job mismatch, work-life balance on job satisfaction and turnover intention in Information and Technology Service Companies in West Jakarta. The data collection technique in this study was a questionnaire and library research. This study has a sample of 100 respondents which is the entire population of employees of an Information and Technology Services Company in West Jakarta using a saturated sampling technique as a sampling technique. Structural equation model (SEM) method with AMOS software version 22. The results of this research show that co-worker relationships have a positive effect on job satisfaction, job mismatch has no effect on job satisfaction, while work-life balance has a positive effect on job satisfaction, then job satisfaction has a negative effect on turnover intention.

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan merupakan hasil kerja yang dicapai seseorang ketika menyelesaikan tugas yang dilimpahkan kepadanya dan bergantung pada keterampilan, pengalaman, keseriusan, dan waktu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh etika kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai moderasi. Analisis saat ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metodologi pengumpulan data yang digunakan melibatkan pengiriman kuesioner yang telah menerima sekitar 160 tanggapan responden. Dalam penelitian ini, partisipan yang paling umum adalah pekerja di kantor yang tersebar di Indonesia, dan metode analisisnya menggunakan software Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa etika kerja dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan kepuasan kerja sebagai moderasi mampu memoderasi etika kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh indikator pelayanan prima yaitu kemampuan, sikap, penampilan, perhatian, tindakan dan tanggung jawab terhadap loyalitas anggota di BMT Istiqomah Tulungagung. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian assosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Menggunakan data primer dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden melalui kuesioner (angket) yang dibagikan. Sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan accidental sampling. Adapun teknik analisis yang digunakan berupa uji validitas dan realibilitas, uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, uji multikolineritas dan uji heterokedastisitas), dan analisis regresi linier berganda (uji F, uji R2 dan uji t). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) kemampuan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap loyalitas anggota di BMT Istiqomah, (2) sikap berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap loyalitas anggota di BMT Istiqomah, (3) variabel penampilan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap loyalitas anggota di BMT Istiqomah, (4) perhatian berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap loyalitas anggota di BMT Istiqomah, (5) tindakan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap loyalitas anggota di BMT Istiqomah, (6) tanggung jawab berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap loyalitas anggota, (7) variabel kemampuan, sikap, penampilan, perhatian, tindakan dan tangungjawab secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas anggota di BMT Istiqomah. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between the security and user understanding of QRIS and the effectiveness of digital transactions among students. Additionally, this research seeks to explore the extent to which understanding QRIS security contributes to the effective use of this technology by students. This research employs a survey method with a quantitative approach and a cross-sectional research design. Data were collected through surveys distributed to students in Bandung using purposive sampling techniques. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to test the relationship between the security and user understanding of QRIS and the effectiveness of digital transactions. The analysis results indicate that user understanding of QRIS has a significant impact on the effectiveness of digital transactions. Conversely, the security factor does not show a significant influence. The study concludes that user understanding of QRIS is a key factor in enhancing the effectiveness of its use, whereas user security does not have a significant impact. Therefore, it is recommended to improve user education related to QRIS understanding to enhance the effectiveness of digital transactions.

Abstract

Procurement has experienced changes functionally and role, which previously as a transactional and administrative, currently to experience development in a strategic within the organization by the use of technology. Not all organizations can maximize the use of digitalization due to factor of the cost and human resource factor. The unpreparedness of these factors can affect the results obtained in the performance of the supply chain and organizational performance. This research is based on the theory of resource Based View (RBV),to produce sustainable organization and competitive advantage within the organization, can be achieved by having an internal strategy within the organization, one of the which is the use of technology and digitization in the area of digital procurement and supply chain innovation.The research in based on survey with the distribution of questionnaire with of 25 questions that show the impact on digital procurement, supply chain innovation, supply chain performance and organization performance. From the result of this study can be conclude that digital procurement capabilities do not have a positive impact on supply chain performance, while supply chain innovation has a positive effect on supply chain performance. And supply chain performance has a positive effect on organizational performance.

Abstract

The development of business existence both in the field of goods and services, encourages new businesses to emerge. One of the growing businesses is the MUA service business. The mushrooming of MUA businesses in Indonesia has created quite tight market competition between business actors operating in the same field. So a special strategy is needed to win market competition. This study aims to determine Novi Ulvia MUA's marketing strategy in increasing sales turnover. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods, using data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that Novi Ulvia MUA was able to increase sales turnover and stabilize income with the 7P marketing mix strategy in the form of having a variety of make-up looks, the cosmetic products used are safe and have BPOM, using good quality cosmetic brands , provide affordable prices, have a variety of prices, provide cashback and discounts, easy to reach locations, have a large parking area, comfortable and clean gallery, carry out promotions through social media, word of mouth and wedding expo, owner has MUA BNSP certification , employees have superior quality human resources, conduct makeup training for employees, carry out a detailed process from preparing makeup tools to maintaining the quality of makeup until the event is over, have a photo album of previous makeup results with good quality makeup as a consumer reference, pay attention to the preparation dresses in the gallery so that they are always neat. The Marketing Mix strategy has proven to be able to increase Novi Ulvia MUA's sales.

Abstract

Abstract E-Commerce businesses have a significant impact on changes in consumer behavior. The concept of grinding purchases in physical stores changes to online shopping habits, showing society's adaptation to technological advances and can influence satisfaction factors and purchasing decisions in the Lazada Live Streaming E-Commerce context. This research was conducted to analyze the influence of e-word of mouth, price discounts, e-service quality on consumer satisfaction through purchasing decisions on Lazada Live Streaming e-commerce. The sampling technique was in accordance with the purposive sampling technique of 105 respondents with the criteria being respondents who had made transactions on Lazada Live Streaming and consumers who were employees working in the South Jakarta area. This research method uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)-PLS 3.0. The results of this research conclude that: E-Word of Mouth, E-Service Quality have a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction and purchasing decisions; Price discounts have no effect on consumer satisfaction and purchasing decisions; E-Word of Mouth, E-Service Quality have a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction through purchasing decisions and price discounts have no effect on consumer satisfaction through purchasing decisions; Purchasing Decisions have a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction. Konsep rutinitas pembelian di toko fisik berubah menjadi kebiasaan berbelanja online, menunjukkan adaptasi masyarakat terhadap kemajuan teknologi dan dapat memengaruhi faktor-faktor kepuasan dan keputusan pembelian di konteks E-Commerce Lazada Live Streaming. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisa Pengaruh E-Word Of Mouth, Potongan Harga, E-Service Quality Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Melalui Keputusan Pembelian di E-Commerce Lazada Live Streaming. Teknik pengambilan sampel sesuai dengan teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 105 responden dengan kriteria responden yang sudah pernah melakukan transaksi di Lazada Live Streaming dan konsumen yang merupakan karyawan berlokasi kerja di daerah Jakarta Selatan. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)-PLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa : E-Word of Mouth, E-Service Quality berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dan keputusan pembelian; Potongan Harga tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen dan keputusan pembelian; E-Word of Mouth, E-Service Quality berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen melalui keputusan pembelian dan Potongan harga tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen melalui keputusan pembelian.
