Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the measurement of nurses' physical and mental workload using the Index of Physical Workload and the NASA-Task Load Index (NASA-TLX) as a strategy for selection and placement. The research method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method, using a total sampling of 47 nurses in the Instalasi Rawat Intensif (IRI). The results showed that the physical workload of nurses was 23.38 (medium category), and the mental workload of nurses was 58.02 (high category). Strategies for selecting and placing nurses in the future include detailed and comprehensive job analysis, selection and placement of nurses according to qualifications, ergonomics programs, implementing fitness programs, following and understanding SOPs well, and enhancing cooperative relations with educational institutions.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami bagaimana komitmen organisasi dapat beroperasi sebagai faktor moderasi antara kinerja karyawan dan penempatan kerja. Teknik penelitian kuantitatif diterapkan dalam penyelidikan ini. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan sampel sebanyak 115 karyawan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur dan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dari seluruh variabel, dibuktikan dengan: Pengaruh variabel penempatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah signifikan. Dampak penempatan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi merupakan faktor yang signifikan untuk dipertimbangkan. Tingkat komitmen organisasi yang ditunjukkan oleh karyawan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja mereka. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa dampak tidak langsung memiliki pengaruh yang lebih besar daripada dampak langsung. Konsekuensinya, konsep komitmen organisasi digunakan sebagai konstruk perantara yang membentuk hubungan antara faktor penempatan kerja dan efektivitas karyawan. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of halal labels, product variety, product quality, and competitive prices on consumer buying interest. In the era of globalization where consumer preferences are increasingly diverse, these factors can be the main attraction for consumers in choosing products. The research method used is a survey through a questionnaire given to 527 respondents who are potential consumers. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that the halal label has a significant positive effect on consumer buying interest. Consumers tend to choose products that have a halal label as a consideration of their halalness. In addition, product variety and product quality also have a significant positive influence on purchase intention. Consumers tend to be more interested in products with a variety of variations and have good quality. In addition, competitive prices also have a significant influence on consumer buying interest. These findings provide insight for producers and marketers to understand the importance of halal labeling, product variety, and product quality as well as competitive prices in increasing consumer buying interest. In addition, this study also provides a basis for further research on other factors that can influence consumer buying interest.

Abstract

This research was conducted to obtain empirical evidence regarding the influence of motivation, rewards and work environment on employee performance. This research uses quantitative methods and primary data in the form of questionnaires and analyzed by SPSS statistical tools by testing classical assumptions followed by hypothesis testing. This research was conducted at PT Citra Bumi Sumatra in 2023-2024. The results of this research show that motivation has a negative effect on employee performance. This result is due to the lack of optimal leadership at PT Citra Bumi Sumatra in providing motivation to their subordinates. Rewards do not have an influence on employee performance at PT Citra Bumi Sumatra, this is because the reward regulations are not in accordance with employee wishes. The work environment has a positive effect on employee performance at PT Citra Bumi Sumatra. This result is caused by the fact that the work environment, both physical and non-physical in the office, supports employees to be productive and improves employee performance at PT Citra Bumi Sumatra. Motivation, Reward and Work Environment together have a significant effect on employee performance. These results show that these three variables are related, and are in accordance with theory and previous research.

Abstract

Abstract This research is quantitative research with an explanatory approach which uses a number of previous studies, especially the five studies mentioned above, as the main inspiration in finding novelty in the research being carried out. The data used in this research is primary data distributed to Daihatsu employees spread throughout Indonesia as many as 600 employees which were obtained through distributing online questionnaires containing 4 statements of strongly agree, agree, normal/normal, disagree and strongly disagree. 16 question items consisting of Quality of Work Life, 6 question items for the Employee Performance variable, and 4 question items for the Compensation variable. The data that researchers obtained from Daihatsu employees was analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. This result in this research show the Quality of Work Life variable can have a positive relationship and have a significant influence on employee performance. This can be proven because the P-Values value is positive and is below the 0.05 level of significance, namely 0.008. This is because good quality of work life can make employees more enthusiastic at work, happy at work, and ultimately can improve employee performance. Apart from that, the second hypothesis in this research can also be proven because the same thing is that the P-Values value is positive and is below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.000, which is more significant than the direct test of 0.008. This is because compensation can increase the quality of work life because employees work happily, enthusiastically and comfortably, which ultimately increases its influence on employee performance. In this way, the first and second hypotheses in this research can be accepted and proven. Keywords: Quality Work Life, Employee Performance, Compensation

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to find out the influence of organizational culture and competence partially and simultaneously on employee performance. This research using quantitative research methods with techniques of data collecting through spreading of questioner and supported secondary data. Data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis. The sample in this research is a simple random sampling. The number of samples is 81 respondents from employees of Swiss-Belinn Hotel Makassar at the head office. The results of this research show that the variables of organizational culture and competence partially and simultaneously have a significant influence on the performance of employees of Swiss-Belinn Hotel Makassar at the head office. Employee performance variables can be explained by the variables of organizational culture and competence by 66.8%. While the remaining at 33.2% is explained by other variables not included in this research.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which accuracy (X1), speed (X2), security (X3) influences customer satisfaction (Y). This study uses a quantitative approach with sampling using the Non Probability Sampling method. The type of data used in this study is primary data obtained from questionnaires filled out by respondents directly. While secondary data comes from books, journals, research results, practical work reports and related to the author's research object. In this study, the population that will be taken is all BSI Syariah customers in Langkat Regency from 2020 to February 2022, namely 30,100 customers. The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that accuracy (X1), speed (X2), security (X3) simultaneously affect customer satisfaction (Y). Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of profitability, company growth, asset structure, and company size on capital structure in the transportation and logistics sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this research were all transportation and logistics sector companies totaling 37 companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, during the period 2021-2023. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, with this technique the final sample obtained was 18 companies with 54 analyzed data. The data analysis technique used is the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 25 application. The results of the analysis show that profitability has no effect on capital structure, growth rate has no effect on capital structure, asset structure has a significant negative effect on capital structure and company size has an effect on capital structure.

Abstract

Abstract Researchers believe that the Sleman area is a suitable area to apply the Cultural-Tourism concept in order to develop tourism in the Sleman area. Based on this, the researcher initiated this research. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach which is related to Cultural Tourism, tourism in Sleman, and the application of the concept of Cultural Tourism in the city of Sleman. The data used in this research is secondary data that researchers obtained from various credible sources such as scientific articles, books and other sources commonly used in every research. These data were analyzed using the stages of data collection, data reduction, data selection, and drawing conclusions. The result in this article show 1. The Cultural-Tourism concept is a concept that does not only look at tourism development from profits, number of tourists, financial stability, physical development. However, this must go hand in hand with cultural values and historical values. 2. Tourism in the Sleman area is one of the regions in Indonesia that has the most physical cultural heritage in Indonesia compared to other regions. 3. The Cultural-Tourism concept is suitable to be applied in Sleman for 3 things, namely the abundance of physical cultural heritage, having a strong historical story, and being supported by a strong community character in protecting culture. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan memperoleh bukti secara empiris mengenai pengaruh audit tenure dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap audit report lag dengan kualitas audit sebagai pemoderasi pada perusahaan property dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2018-2022. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode penentuan sampel adalah metode purposive sampling, diperoleh 12 perusahaan yang dijadikan sampel penelitian dengan pengamatan selama 5 (lima) tahun, sehingga total observasi adalah sebanyak 60 sampel. Metode analisis data menggunakan eviews versi 9. Berdasarkan analisa data yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan hasil bahwa secara parsial Audit tenure berpengaruh terhadap audit report lag, dan ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap audit report lag. Secara simultan audit tenure dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh siginikan terhadap audit report lag. Hasil uji MRA menunjukkan bahwa kualitas audit memperlemah pengaruh audit tenure dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap audit report lag.
