Abstract

Abstract The Full Day School policy is aimed at increasing student knowledge and character formation. However, in its implementation the policy has the potential to violate Human Rights and Islamic Law. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the Full Day School Activities Policy from a Human Rights perspective, especially regarding the part of social and cultural rights, namely the right to receive adequate and quality education and from an Islamic Law perspective, especially regarding one of Al-Maslahah Al- Khamsah is Hifz l-Nasl (Guarding the Offspring). This research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach, namely describing the Full Day School Policy from the perspective of Human Rights and Islamic Law. The data used in this research is secondary data collected using the library research method. The data collected was analyzed using the stages of observation, data selection, most appropriate reduction, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the Full Day School policy can be in line with and hinder the implementation of human rights principles, especially regarding the right to receive good and quality education. This policy can also be in line with Al-Maslahah Al-Khamsah in special Islamic law regarding hfiz al-nasl (protecting offspring) provided that the policy is effective and able to provide knowledge for students, as well as shape student character. On the other hand, this policy can become an obstacle if it is not effective and is in vain. Keywords : Full Day School Activities, Human Right, Islamic Religion.

Abstract

In this digital era, Instagram is a social network that is quite popular in various circles. Instagram is considered effective as a promotional medium, because people tend to be more interested in visual language than textual language. The Lawu Park carries out promotions via the Instagram social media account with the account name @the_lawupark. The purpose of this research is to find out what The Lawu Park does in promoting via Instagram social media and how much influence these promotions have on interest in visiting The Lawu Park. This research uses a descriptive type approach. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, questionnaires and document study. Then the data is generated through an interactive analysis process. The research results show that the promotion carried out by The Lawu Park is uploading images with certain criteria determined by management using experts in taking images, holding activities that support the promotion and always uploading images. Promotion via this Instagram account can influence followers' interest in visiting The Lawu Park. Keywords: Promotion, Instagram, Interest in Visiting

Abstract

Tax avoidance is part of the methods used by companies to reduce tax cost. Companies consider tax as burden, which can result in reduced company profit, so many companies carry out tax avoidance activities to minimize the tax burden so that company profits are large. There are factors that influence tax advoidance, including GCG, institutional/political ownership, internal control, family ownership and evironmental uncertainty. This reseacrh method uses quantitative research with descriptive analysis. The population was 10 companies with the research year 2019-2021 and the reseacrh sample obtained was 30 financial reports. Previous research discussing tax advoidance focused on company size and GCG, and many case studies were conducted on manufacturing companies. Therefore, this research tries to look at tax advoidance in property and real estate companies with internal control variables and political connections. This result of this research show that internal control variables and political connection have a negative effect on tax advoidance.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate and examine the effect of green intellectual capital and accounting entrepreneurial competency on sustainable performance of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Karawang regency. This study uses a quantitative methodology with primary data collection. The population of this study consisted of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents. This research focuses on MSMEs in Karawang Regency. This research model uses PLS using SmartPLS 4.0 software. The findings of this study indicate that green human capital, green structural capital, green relational capital and accounting entrepreneurial competence have a significant positive effect on sustainable performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali pandangan muzakki dalam konteks zakat perdagangan emas terkait peran lembaga zakat. Penelitian ini melibatkan pedagang emas di tiga kota di Sumatera Barat: Padang Panjang, Batusangkar, dan Payakumbuh. Konsisten dengan tujuan penelitian yang masih bersifat eksplorasi, penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur terhadap pedagang emas di 3 kota di atas, yang bersedia berpatisipasi di dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan adanya kepatuhan yang tinggi dari para pedagang emas yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini terhadap kewajiban berzakat di ketiga kota yang diteliti. Namun, terdapat perbedaan signifikan dalam penerimaan edukasi dan ajakan dari lembaga zakat di ketiga kota. Lembaga zakat di Payakumbuh lebih aktif dalam sosialisasi langsung dibandingkan lembaga zakat di Padang Panjang dan Batusangkar. Pedagang emas di Payakumbuh memberikan penilaian positif terhadap lembaga zakat ‘Lazismu’ misalnya karena dipandang transparan dalam pengelolaan zakatnya.. Hasil penelitian ini menyarankan: perlunya peningkatan edukasi kepada muzaki dari kelompok pedagang emas terkait tata cara penghitungan zakat (i.e. zakat perdagangan emas), transparansi pengelolaan dana zakat oleh lembaga zakat untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan atau trust dari muzakki ke lembaga zakat, dan sikap proaktif lembaga zakat untuk menarik muzakki dari kelompok pedagang emas untuk menyalurkan zakatnya ke lembaga zakat.

Abstract

Rapid technological developments have changed business paradigms and interactions with consumers, encouraging the emergence of the concept of Society 5.0. This era emphasizes technological integration and collaboration between humans and machines. In the era of Society 5.0, digital marketing is the key to success for companies in achieving business goals. This article discusses basic digital marketing concepts, key marketing strategies, successful implementation, challenges, and solutions in running digital promotions. Through qualitative literature study methods, this article analyzes various sources to understand these concepts. The results show that identifying the target audience, creating relevant content, using digital channels, and digital analytics are the keys to success in digital marketing. In the Society 5.0 era, companies need to adopt a business strategy that includes advanced technology, a focus on user experience, collaboration, sustainability, and transformation to a platform-based business model. Nevertheless, companies are faced with challenges such as technological complexity, fierce competition, data security, changing trends, and limited resources. To overcome these challenges, companies need to have a deep understanding of trends and technology, creativity in strategy development, commitment to data security, and flexibility in adapting. In this way, companies can run digital marketing promotions more effectively and achieve marketing goals in today's digital era.

Abstract

The marketing strategy involving consumers is currently a dissolution which is considered effective with product promotions carried out by the companies themselves (Strand & Robertson, 2020). Relationship quality is a key factor in marketing strategies that involve consumers, because it will illustrate how strong the relationship between brands and consumers is (Adhikari & Panda, 2020). According to Shahid et al. (2023) good relationship quality allows consumers not only to understand a brand better, but will enable consumers to participate in spreading good things about the brand. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between social media marketing activities and customer experience as a preliminary to relationship quality, and how the quality of the relationship between a customer and a brand impacts brand image, intention to participate, and relationship value. This study uses a quantitative approach where data collection is carried out through surveys by distributing online questionnaires via Google Forms which are posted directly to ICONNET customers. Based on the test results of this study, it is proven that there is a relationship between some of the variables, although some do not affect one another. Based on the results that can be concluded in this study, social media marketing activities & customer experience are not the driving factors for relationship quality. However, this study was successful in confirming the influence of brand image, participation intention, and relationship value on the quality of Iconnet's customer relationships.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which Product Quality (X1), Healthy Lifestyle (X2), and Group Reference (X3) influence Purchasing Decision (Y). This study uses a quantitative approach with sampling using the Non Probability Sampling method. The type of data used in this study is primary data obtained from questionnaires filled out directly by respondents. Secondary data comes from books, journals, research results, practical work reports and related to the author's research object. In this study, the population that will be taken is all consumers of Superindo branch Solo Baru, which is immeasurable. Sample measurement uses the formula proposed by Hair et al., (2010) which is 115 respondents. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. Using the SPSS analysis tool, the results of the study show that Product Quality (X1), Healthy Lifestyle (X2), and Group Reference (X3) simultaneously influence Purchasing Decision (Y). Abstract

Abstrak Pertumbuhan yang terjadi di berbagai sektor bisnis saat ini terlihat sangat cepat. Hal ini disebabkan oleh perekonomian global saat ini yang semakin maju. Persaingan bisnis hampir terjadi di berbagai sektor. Dalam suatu perusahaan hal yang paling penting yang perlu diperhatikan adalah sumber daya manusia yang menjadi pendukung utama tercapai tujuan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran sumber daya manusia berpengaruh terhadap pelayanan dan kualitas kepuasan pelanggan Molindo Inti Perkasa. Analisis saat ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian telah menemukan bahwa sumber daya manusia berpengaruh terhadap pelayanan dan sumber daya manusia berpengaruh terhadap kualitas kepuasan pelanggan Molindo Inti Perkasa. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the application of government accounting standards, human resource competencies, information technology utilization, and internal control system on the quality of financial reports of the Regional Secretariat of the Ende Regency. This research uses quantitave research. The population used in the study amounted to 156 respondents. The sample used in this study amounted to 42 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. The results of this study show that the variables of the application of government accounting standars, human resource competencies, information technology utilization, and internal control systems together have a significant impact on the quality of financial reports of the Regional Secretariat of Ende Regency by 64,1%. While the remaining 35,9% is explained by other variables outside the study.
