Abstract

Aqidah jiwa menjadi hal yang penting untuk membentuk manusia. intensitas penelitian terhadap wacana pengembangan Namun, apabila kita sadari menurut Mohd Zaidi Ismail bahwa daya khayal ini memiliki dua segi, yakni segi yang menuruti serangkaian aturan tertentu (muntaẓam) dan segi yang bebas dari aturan-aturan tersebut (ghayr muntaẓam). Dalam hal ini al-Attas, sepertinya juga memiliki terma yang sepadan yakni, orderly dan non-orderly fashion. Hal demikian, nyatanya pun selaras dengan pandangan Syed Muhammad Nauqib al-Attas dalam karyanya Prolegomena terkait daya tersebut. Dalam hal ini al-Attas pun juga telah membagi dua bentuk imajinasi, yaitu sensitive imajinasi dan rasional imajinasi. Dimana jenis yang pertama ini hanya menerima dari data inderawi dan jenis kedua lebih kepada intelek atau alam batin yang tinggi.Di samping itu al-Attas juga menegaskan bahwa dalam perolehannya terhadap ilmu perlu adanya bantuan atas daya imajinasi. Abstract

Untuk menjamin stabilitas keuangan dan kepatuhan terhadap prinsip Syariah, perbankan syariah di Indonesia harus menerapkan manajemen risiko. Penelitian ini menyelidiki metode dan masalah manajemen risiko dalam konteks keuangan Islam. Studi ini melihat bagaimana metode manajemen risiko yang sesuai dengan Syariah dikombinasikan dengan metode manajemen risiko konvensional, dengan penekanan pada perubahan yang diperlukan untuk memenuhi persyaratan undang-undang dan sejalan dengan prinsip-prinsip etika Islam. Studi ini juga mengevaluasi seberapa efektif metode yang digunakan pada bank syariah di Indonesia untuk mengidentifikasi, menilai, dan mitigasi risiko, dengan menekankan betapa pentingnya transparansi dan tata kelola untuk mengurangi risiko keuangan. Penelitian ini juga membahas bagaimana badan pengawas berkontribusi pada pengembangan budaya manajemen risiko yang kuat di sektor perbankan syariah untuk meningkatkan ketahanan dan kepercayaan para pemangku kepentingan. Pada akhirnya, penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang bagaimana bank syariah di Indonesia menangani risiko sambil mempertahankan prinsip Syariah, dan menawarkan wawasan tentang metode manajemen risiko yang paling efektif dalam industri keuangan Islam di seluruh dunia. Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine (1) the role of improving the quality of visitor services on visitor satisfaction based on tourist reviews; and (2) strategies for developing Indonesian tourism through improving the quality of visitor services. This research uses SWOT analysis as an analytical tool to explore Indonesian tourism development strategies through improving the quality of visitor services. The results of this study show that (1) Tourist reviews after visiting tourist attractions are strong social evidence that can significantly influence potential tourists' decisions; and (2) Indonesia's tourism development strategy through improving the quality of visitor services consisting of the SO strategy through tourism promotion by offering quality visitor services, the WO strategy by developing a consumer touchpoint concept to attract tourists, the ST strategy through collaboration with tourism stakeholders to support consumer touchpoint tourism, and WT's strategy by educating tourism managers to improve the quality of visitor services. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to evaluate the impact of bureaucratic simplification, career development, and organizational culture on employee performance through satisfaction at the Directorate General of Food Crops. With a sample of 125 employees, quantitative methods were used with the Smart PLS 3 analysis approach. The results show that bureaucratic simplification and career development have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. However, the impact of organizational culture on job satisfaction is not significant. In addition, bureaucratic simplification, career development, and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, organizational culture has a negative and insignificant impact on employee performance. The study also identified that bureaucratic simplification and career development affect employee performance through job satisfaction as an intermediary. These findings provide strategic insights for the Directorate General of Food Crops to improve employee effectiveness and well-being through more positive bureaucratic, career, and organizational culture change initiatives. Keywords: Bureaucratic Simplification, Career Development, Organizational Culture, Satisfaction, Employee Performance Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dampak penyederhanaan birokrasi, pengembangan karir, dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan di Direktorat Jenderal Tanaman Pangan. Dengan sampel 125 pegawai, metode kuantitatif digunakan dengan pendekatan analisis Smart PLS 3. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa penyederhanaan birokrasi dan pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Namun, dampak budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja tidak signifikan. Selain itu, penyederhanaan birokrasi, pengembangan karir, dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sementara itu, budaya organisasi memiliki dampak negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi bahwa penyederhanaan birokrasi dan pengembangan karir memengaruhi kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai perantara. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan strategis bagi Direktorat Jenderal Tanaman Pangan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan kesejahteraan pegawai melalui inisiatif perubahan birokrasi, karir, dan budaya organisasi yang lebih positif. Abstract

This research describes the integration of digital business materials into English Language Teaching (ELT). This research is descriptive qualitative research. The analysis shows that English proficiency is fundamental for adapting and succeeding in digital business amid ongoing globalization and technological advancement. Integrating digital business contexts into English materials equips learners with technical terms and concepts essential for innovation and management in digital enterprises. Teaching English skills for digital business is crucial for preparing individuals to thrive in today's interconnected global business landscape. Teaching English for digital business requires an integrated approach focused on e-commerce, digital marketing, and fintech contexts. Proficiency in English facilitates effective communication via digital platforms like email, video conferencing, and social media, enabling seamless collaboration with international colleagues and clients. It also ensures direct access to essential information and documentation in English within a digital business, eliminating translation barriers and ensuring comprehensive understanding. Mastery of English in understanding technology concepts such as e-commerce and artificial intelligence empowers individuals to actively contribute to strategic decision-making. In digital marketing, English proficiency is vital for creating compelling content and optimizing strategies globally. Teaching materials for English language skills in digital business cover a broad spectrum of topics in reading, writing, listening, and speaking. These include analyzing case studies of digital transformations, reading industry whitepapers on blockchain and e-commerce trends, understanding regulatory documents, and analyzing big data for consumer insights. Writing tasks range from crafting technology project proposals to developing SEO-driven content strategies and drafting legal contracts. Listening activities involve industry podcasts, negotiation simulations, and webinars on technology innovations while speaking exercises include pitching ideas, cross-cultural communication, and presenting digital products. These materials not only enhance language proficiency but also cultivate analytical, communication, and strategic skills essential for navigating the complexities of the digital economy and seizing global business opportunities.

Abstract

Indonesia's digital economy has very promising prospects if managed well because its growth exceeds Indonesia's economic growth. Indonesia is experiencing an overall increase in the digital economy in finance, health, tourism, industry, education, and so on. This has an effect on increasing the national economy. This research is descriptive qualitative research with a literature study research method through literature study. The results of the study state that the potential of the digital economy greatly affects national economic growth, making Indonesia the largest market share of the digital economy. The existence of the digital economy is strongly felt by the community, thus forcing related parties to design new strategies by adopting digitalization, which is dominated by innovations in technology, information, communication, and the increasing development of internet networks. To achieve the success of the digital economy, the support of a workforce / human resources with special skills in technology is also one of the important basic pillars, the innovation ecosystem is also important to revive the digital economy, as well as public services, digital economy, and good governance and digital strategy.

Abstract

Abstract This study is a qualitative study with a descriptive approach that concerns the Role of Green Sukuk in Realizing Indonesia EMAS 2045. The data used in this study are secondary data that researchers obtained from Articles, Books, Credible Websites, and other things. The data used in this study were analyzed using the SWOT analysis tool. The result in this article show that the presence of Green Sukuk in realizing Indonesia EMAS 2045 has more strength because Indonesia has the largest Muslim population in the world, in terms of the environment and infrastructure development, Green Sukuk can be relied on, is more efficient, and has a longer term compared to other financial instruments. Abstract

Abstract Good company values are the aspiration of a company to have a good image and be able to help the country, employees and local residents. Because the company values are good, everyone will experience prosperity. There are a number of factors that can influence a company, including a measurable debt policy and adequate profits so that they can help the company in difficulties and fund the company's large projects. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the influence of Company Debt and Profitability on Company Value. Different from previous studies, this research adds the Product Quality variable as a moderating variable. This research is a quantitative research with an explantory approach. The data used in this research is secondary data which was distributed through a questionnaire method to the Head of Finance and Employees in the Kuangan field at PT. Sawit Lestari Group Benkgukulu, Pt. Sumber Andalas Kencana, PT. Sawit Sumbermas, and PT. Astra Agra Palm Oil which is spread throughout Indonesia. The data used was analyzed with Smart PLS 3.0. The results show that the Corporate Debt and Profitability variables have a positive relationship and have a significant influence on the Company Value variable because each variable has a t-table value below the significance level of 0.05. Apart from that, the Product Quality variable can significantly moderate the influence of the Corporate Debt and Profitability variables on Company Value. Abstract

This research investigates the factors influencing the performance and sales of insurance products at PT TASPEN (Persero) and its subsidiary, Taspen Life. The research findings highlight several key aspects. First, the market sensing capability, or the company's ability to understand the market, has a significant impact on marketing performance. Second, marketing insurance products faces challenges, such as declining premium revenue and low achievement of marketing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Third, innovation in marketing is key to attracting more customers and competing in an increasingly competitive market. Companies need to consider more innovative marketing strategies and unique products. Lastly, the research reveals the complexity of the relationships among the variables under study. Therefore, companies can conduct specialized marketing campaigns to improve brand image, provide knowledge sharing about marketing, consider innovation in marketing strategies, and continue research to better understand the factors influencing marketing performance. For future research, it is essential to consider elements such as risk management, pricing strategies, and external factors affecting the life insurance market. Integrating these suggestions into future research is expected to provide deeper and more valuable insights for developing more effective marketing strategies across various branches of PT TASPEN (Persero).

Abstract

The goal of the study is to determine how the profitability of the Shariah general bank (BUS), which is anticipated to provide a return on assets, is impacted by fee-based income, spread for income, and financing to deposit ratio. (ROA). Descriptive quantitative research is the term for this kind of study. Data from the SBH, FBI, FDR, and ROA BUS for the years 2015 to 2022 are used as secondary data in the form of time series or time rows. The Financial Services Authority (OJK) website's Statistics of the Shariah General Bank provided the information. Purposive sampling was used to choose the sample for this investigation (based on criteria). Six Shariah General Banks (BUS) with OJK registration, namely BJBS, BMI, BMS, BSB, BCAS, and BTPN shariah, were utilized as samples. The study's findings demonstrate that the financing to deposit ratio, fee-based revenue, and spread for income collectively have a favorable and significant impact on the profitability (ROA) of Sharia banking at the Sharia General Bank in Indonesia.
