Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh Person Organization Fit dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dengan Kepemimpinan Transformasional sebagai Variabel Moderasi . Penggunaan variable-variabel tersebut berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdahulu, yaitu: Maria & Yuniawan (2016), Ticoalu (2013), Jensen (2014) dan Adinata (2015). Penelitian ini dilakukan di KPP Pratama Pare, responden yang digunakan sebanyak 104 karyawan, menggunakan uji interaksi atau yang sering dikenal dengan Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Person Organization Fit dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan ketika di moderasi dengan Kepemimpinan Transformasional. Pengaruh dari Person Organization Fit terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah signifikan dan positif, pengaruh dari Organizational Citizenship Behavior terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah signifikan dan positif; pengaruh Person Organization Fit di moderasi dengan Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah signifikan dan positif; pengaruh Organizational Citizenship Behaviour di moderasi dengan Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah signifikan dan positif.

Abstract

Kompetisi bisnis ritel tidak hanya cukup dengan menawarkan produk kualitas prima, harga bersaing, menciptakan kepuasan pembeli dan memberikan pelayanan yang lebih baik masyarakat atau konsumen, namun utamanya selain menciptakan kepuasan pelanggan, juga upayakan untuk membangun loyalitas minat masyarakat berbelanja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Marketing Mix Terhadap Kepuasan Dan Loyalitas Konsumen Swalayan Tani Jaya Di Wilayah Kecamatan Puncu Kabupaten Kediri. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah berjumlah 191 respondent. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisa data adalah teknik analisa regresi bergana. Hasil penelitian diperoleh melalui pengaruh marketing mix dan loyalitas pelanggan secara simultan atau bersama – sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Hasil lain menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial marketing mix dan kepuasan pelanggan sendiri – sendiri terhadap loyalitas konsumen.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the process of handling public complaints through social media and sms center in Blitar City. Testing the significance of the effect of service quality on community satisfaction on social media users and sms center as a means of public complaints in the Office of Public Works and Spatial Planning of Blitar City. Which service quality variable dominantly influences community satisfaction on social media users and sms center as a means of public complaints in the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning of Blitar City. The research methodology used descriptive questionnaires, interviews and multiple linear regression tests on 5 (five) independent variables namely tangibles X1, X2 reliability, responsiveness X3, assurance X4 and attention (empathy). ) X5 against Y dependent community satisfaction variable. The results of the study concluded that the Guarantee, Physical Evidence, Empathy and Responding variables simultaneously (together) had a significant influence on community satisfaction and spatially only the four variables had an influence on community satisfaction.

Abstract

The type of this research is descriptive research and explanatory research is a study that describes the problems of the current facts of a population and said explanatory research because this study explains the position of the variables studied and the relationship between one variable with another. This research uses random sampling technique in sampling as many as 109 people as respondents. Measurement scale using Likert scale with five choices of answers. This research uses descriptive analysis technique and multiple regression analysis. Based on the result of data analysis, it can be concluded that (1) Quality of Service (X1) has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty of PT.BPR Berkah Pakto, while Satisfaction (X2) has positive and significant impact on customer loyalty of PT.BPR Berkah Pakto; (X1.1), Reliability (X1.2), Responsiveness (X1.3), Guarantees (X1.4), Empathy (X1.5) have a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty of PT .BPR Berkah Pakto (Y). (3) The independent variable gives effective contribution to customer loyalty of PT. BPR Berkah Pakto is a service quality and customer satisfaction of 38.4%, the rest is influenced by other variables.The researcher's suggestion is expected for further researcher to find or examine other variables outside of this research, because customer loyalty is also influenced by other variables. The variable is like the value felt by the customer, because the variable also affects customer loyalty.

Abstract

The purposes of the study were (1) explain the influence job motivation to teachers performance, (2) explain the influence headmaster managerial competences on teachers performance, (3)explain the influence job motivation and headmaster managerial competences on teachers performance of Junior High School 02 Blitar. Respondent in this research are 85 teachers. The results of data analysis proves that (1)there is influence of job motivation on teachers performance , (2)there is influence of headmaster managerial competenceson performance, (3)there is influence of job motivation and headmaster managerial competences on teachers performance. Thus, job motivation, headmaster managerial competences, and teachers performance has a big influence on teachers performance, that has become necessity for personnel of education to always pay attention and improve the job motivation and headmaster managerial competences to improve the teachers performance without forgetting the other factors that influences on teachers performance.

Abstract

This researchaims to identify and analyzen the influence factors of leadership comprising plan, supervision, coaching, invitation and communication the motivation of farmers in the development of sugarcane in PG.Kremboong Sidoarjo. Bases Model Summary analysis regression elaboration of multiple linear regression obtainable value R Multiple of 0,811, means indicates a very strong relationship, while the results R Square 0,658 means the influence of variable factors motivational leadership to sugarcane farmers can be explained by the regression model for 65,8% while the remaining 34,2% influenced by other variables not examined. While standars error of the estimate is 0,30071. Mean standard error rate is only 0,30071. This shows that the level of accuracy of the results of the study are representative. Variable most dominant influence on sugar cane farmer motivation is coaching, as indicated by the beta coefficient (????) of 0,392 or influenced by 39,2% compared to the other variabel in a row is an invition (X4) 0,280, supervision (X5) 0,157 , communication (X2) 0,123, and plan (X1) 0,072.

Abstract

Presence rate of several staff at KPU Kota Kediri is considered in a low level. In addition, there were some staff who proposed mutation to other institution, low work loads, low work motivation, leadership dualism at the office of KPU Kota Kediri. Such phenomena showed that the office suffered from low satistaction rate. While many factors affect work satisfaction rate of the staff, this study focused on only three of them: leadership, work environment, and motivation. From this standpoint, there came statement of the problem: Was there any relationship of leadership, work environment, and motivation to work satisfaction of the staff at KPU Kota Kediri. Method used in the study was an explanatory study using population obtained from KPU Kota Kediri staff. There were 21 staff subject to a sensus sampling. Technique of data collection used questioner and documentary techniques with instrument of questioner and Likert Scale for measurement. Data collected were analysed by Rank Kendall correlation. The study resulted in as follows:1. Leadership had a positive relationship with work satisfaction of the staff at KPU Kota Kediri.2. Work environment had a positive relationship with work satisfaction of the staff at KPU Kota Kediri and Motivation had a positive relationship with work satisfaction of the staff at KPU Kota Kediri. 3. The simultaneous of leadership, work environment and motivation on work satisfaction of the staff at KPU Kota Kediri was 88%. The other 12% effect was derived from other variables than leadership, work environment, and motivation. In conclusion, superiors of KPU Kota Kediri could enhance work satisfaction of the staff by means of improving their leadership, work environment, and motivation, either partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

The aim of this research analyzing the effect of employee dicipline and compensation to the employee performance in PT Bank Jatim Tulungagung Office. Using multiple linear regression equation by SPSS program version 11.5 to analyze questioner of 73 employee in PT Bank Jatim Tulungagung Office, the result is : Compensation have the biggest effect to the employee performance by 0.591 point regression coefficient. The employee diciplin effected to the employee performance 0.401 point. This result compensation and employee diciplin simultaneous and partial have effected to the employee performance. Compensation have the biggest effect to the employee performance

Abstract

Arrangement of Slum in a dense residential neighborhood that tends to be slum must fulfill basic principles. First, legalization of ownership status on land and housing sites, Second, provision or improvement of technical services, such as clean water, waste and management of liquid waste, sanitation, electricity, road sidewalks, street lighting. Third, provision or improvement of social infrastructure such as schools, clinics, community centers, playgrounds, green areas. Fourth, the improvement of the physical environment, including the rehabilitation / improvement of Ineligible Houses. Fifth, if deemed necessary, the construction of new housing units is included in the up-grading scheme. Sixth, a redesign of the settlement development plan, including the harmony of buildings and road patterns in accordance with infrastructure needs. Seventh, a change in the policy or regulatory framework that is more in line with the needs and opportunities available to the urban community. However, the involvement of people who live in slum areas, from the planning process to the implementation of the arrangement and improvement of the quality of slum areas, is a must. So that in determining the priority of community activities will feel part of the improvement and development in the region. From the participation and empowerment, there will be a response from the residents' expectations of the living conditions in accordance with their needs and increased comfort. For this reason, the paradigm from development to empowerment of the development and construction of settlements, requires the comfort of living to be a priority that is taken into consideration in the sustainable arrangement of settlements. Criteria for the comfort of living will be the standard of success in evaluating the results of structuring and improving the quality of slums. The success of the physical arrangement of settlements is not a benchmark for the usefulness and sustainability of an area, but a process of survival that will have a positive impact on changes in the quality of life for people who live in Kampung Seng Area Kerantil Settlements

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk : 1) Mengetahui kondisi toko Rizquna Lirboyo dalam melayani konsumen, 2) Mengetahui pengaruh faktor harga terhadap minat konsumen di toko Rizquna Lirboyo pada tahun 2015, 3) Mengetahui pengaruh pelayanan karyawan terhadap minat konsumen di toko Rizquna Lirboyo pada tahun 2015, 4) Mengetahui pengaruh faktor kelengkapan barang dan kenyamanan terhadap minat konsumen di toko Rizquna Lirboyo pada tahun 2015, 5) Mengetahui pengaruh yang signifikan dari faktor harga, faktor pelayanan, faktor kelengkapan barang dan faktor kenyamanan terhadap minat beli konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yaitu suatu penelitian yang hasil penelitiannya disajikan dalam bentuk deskriptif dengan menggunakan angka dan statistik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kausalitas yang berupaya untuk meneliti apa dan seberapa jauh factor-faktor yang diperkirakan mempengaruhi suatu variabel. Misalnya, kita ingin mengetahui apa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi frekuensi beli konsumen. Berdasarkan try out yang telah dilakukan sebelumnya, kita dapat menguji apakah faktor harga, kelengkapan barang, pelayanan dan kenyamanan berpengaruh terhadap minat beli konsumen. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data mengenai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi frekuensi beli konsumen pada supermarket Pamella I Yogyakarta, maka dapat diambil beberapa kesimpulan sebagai berikut : 1) Hasil pengujian secara simultan/serempak (uji F) menunjukkan bahwa variabel-variabel bebas (faktor harga, pelayanan, kelengkapan barang dan kenyamanan) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap frekuensi beli konsumen. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh nilai F hitung (31,483) lebih besar dari nilai F tabel (2,494). 2) Hasil pengujian secara parsial (uji t) menunjukkan bahwa variabel-variabel bebas (harga, pelayanan, kelengkapan barang dan kenyamanan) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap frekuensi beli konsumen dan pengaruhnya adalah positif sehingga apabila faktor harga, pelayanan, kelengkapan barang dan kenyamanan semakin baik maka frekuensi beli konsumen juga akan meningkat. Ini ditunjukkan oleh nilai t hitung untuk faktor harga (4,764), faktor pelayanan (2,393), faktor kelengkapan barang (2,507) dan faktor kenyamanan (2,161) lebih besar dari nilai t tabel (1,992)
