Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of workload and work environment on employee job satisfaction during the Covid-19 Pandemic. This type of research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The subjects of this study were employees of the Merapi Coffe, Galia Cofee and Nyegerin.id MSMEs in the Yogyakarta area. Primary data obtained from a questionnaire with 37 respondents with the Non Probability Sampling technique using saturated sampling. Then the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research on the t test show that the workload variable (X1) has a negative and insignificant effect on the job satisfaction variable (Y) with a significance value of 0.333 and the work environment variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (Y) with a significance value of 0.003. The results of the study with the F test showed that the workload variable (X1) and the work environment (X2) had a simultaneous effect on job satisfaction with a significance value of 0.010. Abstract

Since the birt of the village law gives a great responsibility to the village government with special authority to regulate the village. Giving a big responsibility is not accompanied by a good preparation of human resources. As a result, the birth of good governance in the village government environment is still far from expectations. On the other hand grating village autonomy gave birth to new bags of corruption in the country. This study aims to determine the principles of supervision that are applied to support the good governance of village governments, especially in underdeveloped villages in Blitar district. This research uses a qualitative method with case studies conducted through interviews and documentation. The principle of supervision has been implemented by the inspectorate but weaknesses are still found with the main factors The principle of supervision has been implemented by the inspectorate but weaknesses are still found with the main. This research is expected to provide benefits to the inspectorate to improve performance and to the village government to implement the results of supervision to make improvements in accordance with applicable regulations.

Abstract

PT Telkom Indonesia (Telkom) Tbk meluncurkan layanan triple play, yakni IndiHome sebagai upaya dalam menyediakan produk dan layanan yang berkualitas bagi pelanggannya. Layanan berupa internet berkecepatan ekstrem, yaitu IndiHome Paket 1 Gbps yang ada di beberapa wilayah Indonesia hadir se-bagai wujud dari komitmen tersebut. PT Tel-ekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (TLKM) men-catatkan kemerosotan kinerjanya sepanjang paruh pertama 2018. Sehingga peneliti melakukan penelitain terkait pengaruh service quality, service innovation, dan brand image terhdap costumer loyality melalui costomer satisfaction. Penelitian ini mengambil objek penelitian pada Indihome PT. Telkom Indonesia. Yang mana penelitian ini menggunakkan metode penelitian pendekatan kuantitatif dan analisis data yang digunakan pendekatan struktural Equation Model (SEM) berbantuan aplikasi smart PLS. Dalam analisa model ini menspesifikasi hubungan antar variabel laten dengan indikator-indikatornya. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah service quality, service innovation dan brand image memiliki pengaruh terhadap costomer loyality dan costomer satisfaction.

Abstract

Revolusi Industri 4.0 dapat membawa peluang dan tantangan bagi perusahaan. Tantangan yang muncul tersebut dapat menimbulkan sejumlah risiko bagi perusahaan jika perusahaan tidak dapat untuk menghadapi era industri 4.0. Revolusi Industri 4.0 ditandai dengan semua industry menggunakan mesin otomatisasi yang terintegrasi dengan Internet (Internet of Things), robot, teknologi sensor, antarmuka mesin manusia, kecerdasan buatan (artificial intelligence), dan teknologi cetak 3D. Dari perspektif bisnis, sifat seorang pemimpin berbeda dengan Process Management (BPM), dan manajer harus memiliki sifat bisnis. Namun jika keduanya sama-sama mendefinisikan proses yang memadukan passion paling penting dalam kepemimpinan guna mencapai tujuan peningkatan nilai kewirausahaan (business leadership). Abstract

This study aims to test and describe the extent of the Electronic Disbursement Information System (SiPecel) and Monitoring Evaluation (e-Monev) in an effort to provide convenience related to the realization of disbursements both direct and indirect expenditure in the district of Blitar quickly and in real time. In this case, an innovation and breakthrough are needed to increase the success of appropriate, fast and accurate services through the creation of an Electronic Disbursement Information System (SiPecel). An android application that presents information (1) SP2D Number, (2) SP2D Date, (3) Date of Disbursement, (4) Beneficiary, (5) Amount, (6) Receiving Bank and (7) Remarks. Whereas Monitoring Evaluation (e-Monev) presents information (1) Realization of SKPD Budget, (2) Recapitulation of All SKPD, (3) Percentage of Budget Absorption, and (4) Ranking of SKPD Budget Absorption. It is expected to be able to assist the regional government in presenting information to the Regional Work Unit (SKPD) in Blitar Regency for goods / services providers, treasurers and stake holders as well as communities related to Budget Realization. For the next stage, applications that were initially desktop-based were refined to become web-android-based, which can later be accessed wherever we are, making it easier and faster for local government servants to provide goods / services and treasurers.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the impact of leadership style, benefit and applied information technology of simda finance aplictaion simultaneous and partial on employee performance in BPKAD Blitar District. This research is explanatory research, multiple linear regression data analysis techniques. The results of the study is leadership style, use and application of simda finance aplication information technology simultaneously influence the performance of employees in the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) of Blitar District. Abstract

The government provides more effective and efficient public services in the context of accelerating regional economic development through vision and mission, superior programs and activities directed at developing local potential according to the characteristics of the basic needs of the local community by taking into account the available resources that can be used as a mainstay sector to attract tourists from outside the area. The local government of Kediri City supports this effort with the flagship program of Kampung Keren (Creative and Independent). The research was carried out in the Kampung Dalem Village, Kediri City with the objectives of the research being (1) analyzing the types of regional superior product potential based on the type of marketing product entity, stakeholder participation, and marketing strategies in the Kampung Keren clusters, (2) analyzing the barriers to potential product development superior areas supporting the Kampung Keren clusters, (3) analyzing the causes of obstacles to the development of potential superior products from the areas supporting the Kampung Keren clusters, (4) analyzing SWOT-QSPM-based development strategies for regional superior products based on Kampung Keren clusters. The methodology is descriptive and the data is collected through discussion, documentation, and direct observation with 30 informants or respondents. The results of the study are 50 (fifty) potential local products that can be developed to support urban tourism based on the Kampung Keren cluster with various types of marketing product entities, especially services, with the largest community participation, and the level of promotion that must be more varied. The obstacles are especially in terms of limited budget and the main cause of the COVID-19 pandemic which requires the government to reallocate the budget for the development of Kampung Keren for prevention, handling and recovery of the economic impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. government stakeholders, entrepreneurs, citizens, media, academics, in providing participation in goods, money, thoughts, expertise, personnel.

Abstract

Dunia sedang mengalami Pandemic covid-19 termasuk Indonesia. Hal ini berdampak pada ketidakstabilan ekonomi dan salah satu yang terdampak adalah UMKM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variasi produk, kemasan dan media iklan terhadap keputusan pembelian kripik “NADASUKA” di Tulungagung di masa pandemi covid-19. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen kripik “NADASUKA” yang membeli langsung ke produsen. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah accidental sampling. Sampel diambil secara kebetulan dan didapatkan sampel sebanyak 30 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan secara parsial variabel variasi produk, kemasan dan media iklan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Sedangkan secara simultan variabel variasi produk, kemasan dan media iklan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the function and usefulness of the results of the Use of Electronic-Based Taxation Applications in the Regional Revenue Agency of Blitar District Towards the Digital Era, which hopes taxpayers and tax officers can easily carry out tax transactions. The results of this study are expected to provide benefits, among others: (1) For Bapenda of Blitar District, this research can be used as an evaluation material regarding the level of understanding of taxpayers and tax officials in using electronic-based taxation applications and can be followed up with socialization on how to use tax-based applications electronic properly and thus minimizes the level of errors that occur due to human error. (2) For researchers, provide researchers with knowledge about the problems faced by taxpayers and tax officials in using electronic-based taxation applications and their causes, as well as honing the ability of researchers to find solutions to that understanding. (3) For taxpayers, it is hoped that this research can solve the problems encountered when using electronic-based taxation applications. (4) For tax officers, it is hoped that this research can solve the problems encountered when working using electronic-based taxation applications This qualitative approach uses a descriptive approach, namely: a study conducted on a causal-effect (cause-and-effect) event or phenomenon that has occurred, the cause of which is not due to the treatment / intervention of the researcher. In this method the research subject of Siridoaja Tax Application in Blitar Regency Regional Revenue Agency, Taxpayers and Tax Officers This research data uses secondary data taken from Blitar District Bapenda data. This research design using field studies is a research design that combines literature search (Literature Study), surveys based on experience or relationships between these variables in a particular problem situation. From this research it was found that: (1) This system was built to provide a solution and convenience for taxpayers to get fast and complete information about PBB-P2 and to find out the truth of the amount of tax they have. (2) Factors that constrain the use of electronic-based applications are unequal internet access, operator capacity in using applications, and the ability of taxpayers to operate Siridoaja applications (3) The advantages of electronic-based Siridoaja applications in their use are accurate and accountable so that if there are errors entries / data can be viewed immediately by the operator or taxpayer. (4) Evaluation of the use of the Siridoaja application that this application can be utilized to the maximum both by the Tax Officer and the general public who can already enjoy online tax service facilities
