Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan dan fasilitas rumah sakit terhadap kepuasan pasien, menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan dan fasilitas rumah sakit terhadap niat berobat kembali, dan mengetahui apakah kepuasan pasien memediasi pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap niat berobat kembali dan mengetahui apakah kepuasan memediasi pengaruh fasilitas rumah sakit terhadap niat berobat kembali.Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan dilakukan dengan memberikan kuesioner pada responden. Penelitian ini ditujukan pada Pasien Rawat Inap RSUD Kuala Kurun. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 102 orang. Untuk analisis data, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS) atau disebut PLS-SEM. Peneliti menganalisis model pengukuran (outer model), model structural (inner model), dan uji hipotesis.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kualitas Layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pasien. (2) Fasilitas Rumah Sakit berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pasien. (3) Kualitas Layanan tidak signifikan terhadap Niat Berobat Kembali, artinya Kualitas Layanan tidak menentukan Niat Berobat Kembali Pasien RSUD Kuala Kurun. (4) Fasilitas Rumah Sakit berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Niat Berobat Kembali. (5) Kepuasan Pasien berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Niat Berobat Kembali. (6) Kepuasan Pasien memediasi pengaruh Kualitas Layanan terhadap Niat Berobat Kembali Pasien RSUD Kuala Kurun, dan (7) Kepuasan Pasien memediasi pengaruh Fasilitas Rumah Sakit terhadap Niat Berobat Kembali Pasien RSUD Kuala Kurun.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the impact of work discipline, workload, and compensation on teacher performance at SMKN 1 Purwoasri, Kediri, East Java. A quantitative approach was used, with 62 teachers as the sample, selected through saturated sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed with descriptive statistics, validity and reliability tests, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R²), and hypothesis testing, using SPSS version 22 for Windows. The results indicate that work discipline does not have a significant impact on teacher performance, while workload and compensation both show a significant influence. Furthermore, the three variables collectively have a significant effect on teacher performance.

Abstract

Employee referral adalah salah satu metode perekrutan karyawan yang ditemui di usaha-usaha informal. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis peneliti kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Penelitian ini ingin mengungkap nilai pada alasan pemilik usaha lebih memilih metode employee referral dibanding metode lainnya. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan adanya jaringan sosial, modal sosial, homophily dan person org. fit yang membuat metode ini terus diminati. Kepercayaan merupakan kunci dalam berlangsungnya metode perekrutan employee referral ini.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of digital marketing, alumni testimonials, and customer service quality on interest in registering at SMAN 5 Taruna Brawijaya Kediri. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires to students of SMAN 5 Taruna Brawijaya and analyzed using SPSS Version 25. Data analysis techniques used include Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, t-test, F-test, and R2 Determination Coefficient Test. In the Validity Test, it is known that all question items (X1, X2, X3, and Y) have a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, thus each variable is declared valid. Then in the Reliability Test, each variable is declared reliable because it has a Cronbach's Alpha value> 0.60. Then in the t-test, the significance value of the digital marketing variable (X1), alumni testimonials (X2), and customer service quality (X3) was obtained at 0.000 <0.05, which indicates that the three variables partially have a significant effect on interest in registering. Then in the F-test, a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 was obtained, indicating that digital marketing, alumni testimonials, and customer service quality have an effect on interest in registering at SMAN 5 Taruna Brawijaya

Abstract

ABSTRACT The objective of this study is to examine the effect of kualitas kehidupan kerja on organizational commitment, also testing the effect of quality of worklife on competence and the effect of kualitas kehidupan kerja on competence with the effect of kualitas kehidupan kerja on organizational commitment organizational commitment as mediating. The population and sample in this study were all vocational high school teachers about 208 teachers in Kendal Indonesia using Proportionate Random Sampling. The data analysis in this study is Stuctural Equation Modelling (SEM) using software AMOS 26.0 with the result kualitas kehidupan kerja spirituality have a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. These results indicate that good kualitas kehidupan kerja teachers as theirs commitment and kualitas kehidupan kerja can encourege teachers to good performance. It is necessary to improve teacher performance by periodically assessing teaching performance through evaluation indicators in accordance with Indonesian Law No. 14 of 2005, so that teachers, in carrying out the learning programs, do not go in the wrong direction, always base their work on the basic competence syllabus, and provide learning facilities/media so that teachers can use learning media as support for classroom teaching and learning activities to enhance students' motivation and academic achievement. Abstract

Abstract resource management (HRM). This study emerges from a research gap: although labor regulations in Indonesia are clear, previous studies have mainly focused on institutional barriers and the number of inspectors, with limited attention to the detailed stages of labor case handling at the regional level and their implications for HRM in companies. This study aims to describe the stages of labor case handling by labor inspectors at the Labor and Occupational Safety and Health (K3) Office in Lombok and analyze how these stages contribute to worker rights protection and the improvement of HRM quality. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews and analyzed thematically. Findings show that the process starting from report submission, clarification, field inspection, to administrative or legal follow-up helps companies ensure workers’ rights, such as wages, overtime, leave, and occupational safety. Fulfillment of these rights positively affects employee motivation, loyalty, retention, and productivity. However, the effectiveness of labor inspection is still limited due to the number of inspectors, facilities, and budget allocation. This study emphasizes the need to strengthen inspector capacity, professionalization, and technology-based monitoring so that labor inspection can function optimally as an HRM instrument.
