Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan aplikasi android yang berfungsi untuk meningkatkan kewaspadaan dan kesiapsiagaan masyarakat dalam menghadapi ancaman atau potensi bencana di sekitar mereka. Aplikasi android tersebut bernama SIMAK PRB. SIMAK PRB akronim dari Sistem Informasi Manajemen Kebencanaan Pengurangan Resiko Bencana. SIMAK PRB menyajikan informasi (1) Bencana dan Panduan, (2) Berita dan Tulisan Artikel, (3) Informasi Cuaca, Gempa dan Citra Satelit dan (4) Pelaporan Kejadian Bencana. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian pengembangan model pengembangan Sukmadinata yang diadaptasi dengan tahap: studi pendahuluan, pengembangan produk, dan uji produk. Studi pendahuluan dilakukan dengan survey lapangan dan studi teoretis. Pengembangan produk dilaksanakan dengan mengembangkan aplikasi android. Uji produk hanya dilakukan kepada kelompok kecil, kepada masyarakat area rawan bencana. Hasil uji produk, rata-rata menunjukkan aplikasi cukup layak digunakan.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of motivation variables, Wages, Labor and Social Security on the performance of a janitor, both simultaneously and partially on the performance of a janitor. The variables in this study consisted of independent variables in the form of motivation which consists of physiological needs, safety needs, social needs, the needs of self-esteem and self-actualization needs. Variable salary consists minimum wage, overtime, wages do not work due to other activities outside of work, and the structure and scale of remuneration proportional. Social security workforce composed of Accident Insurance (JKK), Death Benefit (JKM), the Old Age Security JHT) and pensions (JP). The dependent variable in the form of Performance Officer Hygiene. Performance consists of quantity, quality, punctuality, attendance, and ability to cooperate. This research is a quantitative research, with a population of 135 people janitor. The sampling technique was conducted using purposive sampling, with a sample of 100 people. The test results of T-test, partial variabel motivation significant effect of 0,388 to variable performance janitor Environment Agency Nganjuk. In partial wage, significant influence amounted to 0.865 against the performance variables janitor Environment Agency Nganjuk. In partial social securityberpengaruh significantly by 0.207 to variable performance janitor District Environmental Office. Nganjuk. F test results - Test Variables Motivation, Wages, Labor and Social Security amounted to 141.596 simultaneous effect on the performance of the janitor of the Environment Department Nganjukreinforced by the coefficient of determination coefficient of determination (R) = 0816 means the relationship between motivation, wages and social security to the performance janitor of 81.6% means a very close relationship. The greater the R means the relationship more closely. While the R square of 0.810 means that 81% can be explained by the motivation variable (X1), wages (X2) and social security of labor (X3) and performance (X4). While the remaining 19% can be explained by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengetahui mengapa rangsangan pemasaran (7P) mendorong konsumen untuk melakukan pembelian secara online di Tokopedia; (2) Mengetahui mengapa karakteristik individu mendorong konsumen untuk melakukan pembelian secara online di Tokopedia; (3) Mengetahui bagaimana proses konsumen memutuskan untuk melakukan pembelian secara online di Tokopedia. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan melalui pendekatan kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi, teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan data reduction, data display dan conclusion drawing/verification. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Rangsangan pemasaran yang mendorong konsumen untuk belanja secara online di Tokopedia adalah karena produknya lengkap dan praktis, harga murah, pengiriman cepat dan banyak pilihan, banyak promo menarik, respon penjual baik, review dan foto dapat dilihat, proses cepat dan sesuai harapan.; (2) Karakteristik individu yang mendorong belanja secara online di Tokopedia adalah karena mengikuti trend belanja online, pengaruh dari teman, sibuk, mudah membandingkan harga dan produk, membeli untuk dijual kembali, tidak mengetahui lokasi toko, dan dropship; (3) Keputusan pembelian online untuk pemilihan produk didasarkan pada review, harga murah dan total penjualan. Pemilihan merek didorong oleh loyalitas merek dan jika ada produk yang lebih baik dengan ulasan positif, konsumen akan mencoba membeli dengan merek baru yang memiliki ulasan postif. Pemilihan toko didasarkan pada reputasi/rating toko, kecepatan respon, serta lokasi toko. Waktu pembelian seringkali dilakukan ketika ada promo dari Tokopedia dan tanggal saat penerimaan gaji. Jumlah pembelian mayoritas adalah lebih dari satu, karena untuk menghemat ongkos kirim. Cara pembayaran yang paling umum dilakukan adalah menggunakan virtual account/tranfer, konsumen yang belum memiliki rekening tabungan, bisa melakukan pembayaran melalui Alfamart, indomaret, kantor pos dan kantor JNE.

Abstract

Sumber daya aparatur adalah penggerak utama aktivitas dalam organisasi khususnya pemerintahan yang memerlukan pengetahuan dan keterampilan. Dengan adanya kompetensi akan memberi fokus pada karaktiristik personal (pribadi), yang dapat membantu seseorang menghasilkan kinerja yang baik terhadap pekerjaan yang diberikan Peningkatan kualitas sumber daya aperatur menjadi sangat penting dan perlu dilakukan secara terencana, terarah, dan berkesinambungan dalam rangka meningkatkan kemampuan dan profesionalisme. Dalam sebuah organisasi kegiatan manajemen sangatlah penting. Manajemen suatu cara yang harus dilakukan agar organisasi tersebut dapat berjalan secara efektif dan efisien sesuai dengan tujuan yang diharapkan. Tanpa adanya manajemen, semua kegiatan dan aktivitas kerja yang terjadi di dalamnya menjadi tidak teratur. Aktivitas organisasi pun tidak akan efektif dan efisien. Akibatnya tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam organisasi tersebut menjadi sulit terealisasi. Kecamatan Sukorejo merupakan salah satu instansi pemerintah dalam penyelenggaraan otonomi daerah di Kota Blitar. Abstract

The Nganjuk District Agricultural Office requires reliable human resources to achieve the stated goals. After understanding the importance of human resources as the activator of the organization, the organization must be able to manage, utilize and empower in such a way that the strengths of human resources in the organization can be optimized. For this reason, Employee Performance is emphasized. The objectives of this research are: (1).To determine the effect of discipline on employee performance; (2). To determine the effect of compensation on employee performance; (3) To find out the effect of discipline and compensation together on employee performance. The subjects of this study were employees of the Nganjuk District Agriculture Office with 75 employees. This study uses a quantitative approach. The research data were obtained by using questionnaire, observation and documentation techniques. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with t test and F test to test the research hypothesis. The results showed that, the correlation of discipline and compensation showed a positive and significant effect on the performance of Nganjuk District Agricultural Service employees both separately and simultancously, Effective contribution of discipline and compensation of 48,1% to employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the process of handling public complaints through social media and sms center in Blitar City. Testing the significance of the effect of service quality on community satisfaction on social media users and sms center as a means of public complaints in the Office of Public Works and Spatial Planning of Blitar City. Which service quality variable dominantly influences community satisfaction on social media users and sms center as a means of public complaints in the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning of Blitar City. The research methodology used descriptive questionnaires, interviews and multiple linear regression tests on 5 (five) independent variables namely tangibles X1, X2 reliability, responsiveness X3, assurance X4 and attention (empathy). ) X5 against Y dependent community satisfaction variable. The results of the study concluded that the Guarantee, Physical Evidence, Empathy and Responding variables simultaneously (together) had a significant influence on community satisfaction and spatially only the four variables had an influence on community satisfaction.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the intent and purpose to test the significance of service quality to public compliance in paying vehicle taxes at the Kantor Bersama Samsat Kediri Kota; Test the significance of service quality towards increasing motor vehicle tax revenue in the Joint Office of Samsat Kediri City; Test the significance of community compliance in paying motor vehicle tax to increase motor vehicle tax revenue at the Joint Office of Samsat Kediri City. The study will be conducted at the Joint Office of Samsata Kediri City with a total sample of 344 taxpayers who own four-wheeled vehicles. The research data was taken using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire, the data collected will be analyzed using a regression test to see the relationship between the research variables studied. The results of this study have the following conclusions; There is a positive and significant effect on the quality of service on public compliance paying motor vehicle tax at the Joint Office of Samsat Kediri City; There is a positive and significant effect on the quality of service on increasing motor vehicle tax revenue in the Joint Office of Samsat Kediri City; There is a positive and significant effect of public compliance in paying motor vehicle tax to increase motor vehicle tax revenue at the Joint Office of Samsat Kediri City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the Family Hope Program on the social welfare of underprivileged communities in the District of Panggungrejo. The population of this study were residents of the District of Panggungrejo. While the sample in this study is Very Poor Households (RTSM) who received a Family Hope Program. Assistance from the Family of Hope Program and those directly related to the community in Kecamatan Panggungrejo totaling 55 samples. The analytical method used in this study is Multiple Regression Analysis. Based on the results of the study note that there is an influence of the Family Hope Program Against Community Welfare Panggungrejo District. In addition, one of the processes that determines the implementation of PKH in Panggungrejo District is the preparation of implementation steps in advance so that the desired objectives are achieved. The process of preparing for the Implementation of the Family Hope Program includes the preparatory process for implementation starting from the selection of districts / cities by BPS (Central Statistics Agency), determining the location of PKH recipients, selecting companions, and determining PKH participants. In addition, in the process of collecting data and information there must be cooperation between the relevant work units.

Abstract

KWE Puspa Jagad is a Tourism Village in Semen Village, Gandusari District, Blitar Regency. Tourism Village is a form of integration between attractions, accommodation and supporting facilities that are presented in a community life structure that is integrated with applicable procedures and traditions. Indonesian Government has massive promote tourism now. This development reaches the lowest level, which is the village formed in the tourist village. The tourism village was formed from the utilization of the village's original potential both from economic activities, native culture and local village human resources. Empowering rural communities through tourism s a labor-intensive activity. The typical local economic and cultural activities can be presented as tourist attractions with village community guides. Tourism village HR management has supporting factors including a high level of social awareness and is easy to direct, but also has an inhibiting factor, low quality of existing human resources. As an organization at the rural level, HR management is carried out simply, following the existing HR level. Planning is limited to HR management in the tourism business development plan without increasing member. Managerial level is choiced base on the level of education and experience in the organization. Performance assessment is only based on discipline and quality of service. HR operational functions are carried out simply, following the capabilities KWE Puspa Jagad members. New members Recruitment is not held specifically, but every time native people can apply become member. HR development doing by learn from skilled organizations or other groups, attend training and autodidact. Work compensation is carried out simply by following what is common in rural areas with 3 levels: managers, trained staff and helpers. Integration is carried out by family based deliberations. Mintenance members is emphasized in providing awareness that in the KWE organization Puspa Jagad is friendship group and loving organizations able to provide added value for active members. Discipline is base on of the awareness members themselves, if undiscipline, manager will give a personal warning. Termination members of KWE Puspa Jagad isn’t done, but members who never participated in the activities are considered inactive members.
