Abstract

This study discusses human resources regarding emotional intelligence and motivation for employee performance. The number of samples was 55 with the status of Civil Servants (PNS) and This study aims to prove whether there is a influence between the independent variable on the dependent variable. Researcher are interested in taking topics related to emotional intelligence for each employee, where emotional intelligence plays an important role in determining attitudes and managing emotions at work and achieving company goals and individual achievements. The analysis techniques used were validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, R2 tests, t tests and F tests. simultaneous namely emotional intelligence (X1) and motivation (X1) there is an influence on employee performance. Based on the results of the simultaneous regression analysis, the Fcount value was 34.994 with a significance F 0.000 <0.05. In the simultaneous or joint test, the three variables of emotional intelligence, motivation and performance have a joint influence. Meanwhile, partially emotional intelligence (X1) has an influence on performance (Y) and motivation (X2) has an influence on performance (Y). Based on these results, it shows that employees can show that they have achievements in their field of work. Not only work but can show integrity in himself, and can increase work motivation.

Abstract

Abstract This study was conducted to determine the effect of liquidity and profitability on the capital structure of retail companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the period 2017-2019. The author approached quantitative data in the form of financial reports obtained through www.idx.co.id. The researcher approach purposive sampling method and obtained observation data of 54 retail companies that have met the criteria to determining the samples. The technique of analyzing of data, the author use path analysis with apply SPSS program system. Refers to the test results indicated that the liquidity variable (current ratio) has a negative and significant effect on capital structure (debt to equity ratio), liquidity (current ratio) has a positive and significant effect on profitability (ROA), and profitability (ROA) has a positive and significant effect on capital structure (debt to equity ratio). The results of this study indicate that the role of the profitability variable as a intervening is able to intervening the effect of liquidity on capital structure through profitability. Abstract

The problem that is the focus of the research discusses human resource management regarding individual characteristics, abilities and work environment that affect the performance of employees at UD Berkah Mandiri. Population of 89 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study was the instrument validity and reliability test, multiple linear regression test, classical assumption test and hypothesis test through the t test and F test. The results obtained significant values. t of 0.000 <0.05 means that there is a partial influence between individual character (X1) on employee performance. Significant value. t is 0.001 <0.05, which means that there is a partial influence between the work ability variable (X2) on employee performance. Significant value. t is 0.005 <0.05, which means that there is a partial influence between work environment variables (X3) on employee performance. significant value of F of 0.000 <sig. 0.05. Based on these calculations, it can be explained that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. It can be explained that the influence of individual characteristics (X1), work ability (X2) and work environment (X3) on employee performance at UD Berkah Mandiri.

Abstract

The low and stable inflation is a recondition to reach a society welfare. In the other hand, the source of inflation in Indonesia not only comes from the government that can be controlled by Bank Indonesia, but also from the demand side. So, the inflation manager needs a cooperation and coordination across instances, that is Bank Indonesia and government. The government and Bank Indonesia transformed an inflation monitor and control team at the central level on 2005, the strengthening coordination is continued by establishing the regional inflation control team (TPID) on 2008. In order to control and reduce the inflation, it is needed to have a strategic plans through a cooperation of regional institution by establishing the regional inflation control team (TPID) of Blitar District in which it will work to maintain the inflation in Blitar District. So, this research aims to know how is the work management that is implemented by TPID Blitar District on controlling the inflation. According to research hypothesis, how is the work management of TPID Blitar District on controlling the work management in Blitar District?. This research is filed research which uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The research subjects of this research are the secretary and TPID member of Blitar District. The data from this research is collected by observation, interview, and documentation technique which is validated by using triangulation source, then it is analysed through reduction, display, and conclusions stages. The research shows that work management of TPID Blitar District on controlling inflation is based on the inflation control guidance which set through governor regulations number 10 year 2015. TPID Blitar District has been implemented management functions indirectly, because the inflation control process that is done by TPID Blitar District has been in line with planning, organising, implementing and controlling function. The management of inflation control which is done by TPID Blitar District has been successfully enough in which the inflation in Blitar District is relatively controlled and stable. Thus, the researcher conclude that the management of inflation control that is done by TPID Blitar District is effective enough with the contribution that they managed to achieve as like as TPID goals.

Abstract

Berdasarkan data hasil pemantauan RSUD Ngudi Waluyo Wlingi, Blitar, dalam tiga tahun terakhir pengguna layanan publik SMS GATEWAY mengalami penurunan. Peningkatan pengguna SMS GATEWAY berada di tahun 2018 kondisi ini dipicu karena aplikasi ini masih baru banyak masyarakat yang antusias, mudah, dan di tahun 2018 data di hitung dari bulan awal hingga bulan ke-12.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine: 1) The Effect of Work Motivation on Employee Performance, 2) The Effect of Job Training on Employee Performance, 3) The Effect of Career Development on Employee Performance, 4) The Effect of Work Motivation, Job Training, and Career Development on Employee Performance. This research was conducted on employees of the Tulungagung Regency Work Training Center (BLK). In this study using quantitative research, the population is 48 employees. The sampling technique used was the saturated sampling technique, namely the determination of the sample in which all members of the population were used as samples. Data collection techniques using a closed questionnaire method that has been tested with validity and reliability tests. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression,. The results of this study indicate that partially 1) Work Motivation has an effect on Employee Performance. Motivation is a form of attention from superiors or co-workers to employees, this attention can improve employee performance. 2) Job Training has an effect on Employee Performance. An employee participating in Job Training will gain knowledge or insight about the work in their field, so that their performance will increase. 3) Career Development affects Employee Performance. Career development is very influential on his performance because of this, he can plan his future career where he works so that performance can be optimal according to goals. 4) Work Motivation, Job Training, and Career Development have an effect on Employee Performance. The results of this study can be used as input and consideration for the management of the Tulungagung Regency Work Training Center (BLK) to improve employee performance by improving the quality of human resources.

Abstract

Abstract Firm value is a term used to indicate the company’s financial condition in order to determine its future sustainability. There ase several factors that can affect firm value, namely capital structure, company growth, and profitability. This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure (DER), company growth (Assets Growth), and profitability (ROE) on firm value (PBV). Also, this study will also analyze the capital structure (DER) and company growth (Assets Growth) on profitability (ROE) in Consumer and Goods Industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study are the Consumer and Goods Industry companies listed on the IDX for the periode 2017 – 2019. The sample in this study was determined by purposive sampling, so 47 companies were obtained from 58 Consumer and Goods Industry companier listed on the IDX. The type of data used is secondary data from www.idx.co.id and related company websites. The data analysis method uses is the path analysis method using the SPSS program. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Rasio Aktivitas, Rasio Profitasbilitas, dan Intelektual Capital Terhadap Return Saham pada Bank Konvensional. Penelitian dilakuakn terhadap bank konvensional yang terdapat di Indonesia. Terkumpulnya beberapa sampel yang berjumlah 64 bank konvensional yang sesuai dengan penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan laporan kuangan yang di terbitkan pada tahun 2017 hingga 2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil dari penelitian adalah Adanya hubung yang signifikan pada vatiabel rasio aktivitas (TAT), rasio profitasbilitas (ROA) dan intelektual capital (VAIC) terhadap profitabilitas saham. Serta terdapatnya pengaruh yang signifikan antara tingkat aktivitas, tingkat keuntungan, dan modal intelektual) secarabbersama-sama (bersamaan) terhadap profitabilitas saham.

Abstract

Human resources play an important role in achieving organizational goals, the ability of human resources must be thoroughly tested so that they are able to do all the work assigned to them. From the initial survey it is known that the high level of absenteeism of employees can affect organizational performance. The purpose of this study was to find out how the performance of employees of the B3 Waste and Waste Management Division at CV. Tjek Entis. The method used in this study is a survey method by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The sample used in this study were 50 employees. The results of this study show that quality, quantity, timeliness and cooperation are good. Whereas in the presence dimension there is an indicator with a low value, for that it is expected that the leader can provide motivation to employees with reward or punishment in order to increase employee attendance at work.
