Abstract

The capital market is an organized financial system that plays a strategic role in supporting national economic development. It functions as an intermediary between parties requiring funding, such as companies, and those with surplus funds, namely investors. Stocks are one of the most widely traded instruments in the capital market, offering potential returns through dividends and capital gains. However, stock price fluctuations also involve investment risk, making market reactions to corporate actions an important subject of study. One such corporate action is a stock split, which aims to increase stock liquidity and attract investors. This study aims to analyze differences in stock prices, trading volume activity, and abnormal retrns before and after stock split events. The research employs an event study approach by comparing conditions prior to and following the stock split. The findings of this study are expected to provide empirical evidence regarding market reactions to stock split announcements and contribute to the literature on capital market efficiency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of job autonomy on employee performance, with psychological empowerment as a mediating variable among BUMDes managers in Kunjang District, Kediri Regency. This research employs a quantitative method with a population of 72 BUMDes managers. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Smart PLS. The results indicate that job autonomy does not significantly affect psychological empowerment, suggesting that the level of job autonomy granted does not directly enhance the psychological empowerment of managers. Additionally, job autonomy does not affect employee performance, indicating that workplace freedom alone is insufficient to improve the productivity, responsiveness, and accountability of BUMDes managers. However, the findings confirm that psychological empowerment has a significant impact on employee performance, highlighting that psychological empowerment through the dimensions of Meaning, Competence, Self-Determination, and Impact plays a crucial role in enhancing their performance. Furthermore, psychological empowerment fails to mediate the relationship between job autonomy and employee performance, implying that other factors are more dominant in determining the effectiveness of job autonomy on performance. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of improving governance, policy support, and strengthening the competencies of BUMDes managers to drive more optimal performance.

Abstract

This study aims to conduct a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of the literature related to consumer decisions based on generations. In the ever-evolving digital age, understanding the complex and dynamic consumer decision-making process is critical. The study identifies the evolution of research, major contributors, as well as gaps in the current literature, and suggests directions for future research. The data was collected from the Scopus database and analyzed using the VOSviewer software. The results show that research on generation-based consumer decisions has increased rapidly, especially from 2021 to 2023. Generation Z and Millennials are more influenced by digital technology and social media, while Baby Boomers and Generation X are more responsive to traditional marketing. This study provides an in-depth view of research trends and patterns in generation-based consumer decisions, which is beneficial for researchers and marketing practitioners in developing strategies that are effective and relevant to each generation group. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation and workload on turnover intention with burnout as a mediating variable among employees of RSI Purwokerto. This study uses a quantitative approach with compensation and workload as independent variables, turnover intention as the dependent variable, and burnout as the mediating variable. This study was conducted at the Purwokerto Islamic Hospital from September to December 2025, with a sample of 142 permanent employees from a total population of 212 employees. Data collection was carried out using printed questionnaires distributed directly (offline). The data analysis method used in this study was Partial Least Squares (PLS) 4 with a series of tests, including measurement model testing (outer model), structural model testing (inner model), and bootstrapping analysis to see the significant direct and indirect effects between variables, including testing the mediating effect of burnout. The results of the study indicate that workload and compensation do not have a direct effect on turnover intention. Compensation does not have a direct effect on burnout. Workload has an indirect effect on turnover intention through burnout, so burnout is said to be a full mediator between workload and turnover intention. Meanwhile, between compensation and turnover intention, burnout does not successfully mediate. Keyword : Compensation, Workload, Turnover Intention, Burnout.
